Today I visited Art s Master Muffler for a damaged exhaust tip and was thoroughly impressed. Not only did they have the necessary parts in stock, but my car was also on the lift within two minutes of my arrival. The entire replacement process was completed in a swift 20 minutes. The service was exceptional and the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend them for their efficiency and quality work.

Great to find a shop that actually knows what they are doing, is honest and great pricing to boot. Friendly service early on a Saturday morning. They had me in and out in 30-45 minutes and fixed problems that a national chain both caused, and said couldn't be fixed. Thank you Art & team!

Was traveling thru from Houston to a race in IL , my existing muffler broke open so I made a quick google for muffler shops and Art s shop came up. I gave him a call and he said he had a new one in stock . He literally had me fixed up in 15 mins . Good price , and a nice job done. You could tell just from the few mins talking to him, he s forgotten more than most will ever know !Service: Exhaust

Art was great, we broke down while traveling and he was able to accommodate us and get our truck back up and on the road. it is a great place to go to get your car fixed without getting taken to the cleaners on the price. Arts master muffler has always taken great care of me. Ive seen Mr Art for all of my exhaust needs for over 10 years and they are always friendly, very helpful and fast. Prices are always great for the superb quality of work provided. I highly recommend using them for everything because you'll leave with a smile and knowing they've done the job correctly every time. I just called trying to get a custom exhaust done and was being polite just to ask the owner if they are busy now, so I can see if I can make it or not and he just rudely said, "that is none of your business, you need service just come" I was going to try to give this place a try since other shops I called are really busy. I called, because of the reviews he had. It was just a simple question. I just don't understand the rudeness at all. Wonder if anyone else experienced this..

Art was an absolute Hero today for my son and I. We were travelling from Dallas to Boston (1900 miles) and just before we entered Memphis two studs between the catalytic converter and the exhaust on our Porsche Boxster broke. We took the car to the local Porsche dealership who diagnosed the problem, but said they were unable to fix it and suggested we drive all the way to Boston without addressing it. We were not satisfied with that answer and we sought a 2nd opinion with Art. He quickly took a look at the car, cut the broken bolts out, put new ones in, and had us back on our way within an hour. He provided incredible service at a reasonable price, and literally saved our trip. I can't say enough good things about him and we wish him the best of luck going forward. Went to Art's for my Muffler delete on my Dodge Challenger. Great experience. Called in and he told me to come right on in. Got there and they got me right on in. Price was a bit steep but well worth it. Happy with the work they did. Highly recommended!Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Awesome service and experience. I've brought 2 of my cars here and will continue to use them. They are very friendly and inviting. Hot coffee, cold bottle water and cheerful conversation and story telling. They make you feel like family. I was a walk-in and they pulled my car right in and had me out fast.

Great little shop. Owner and staff were amazing. Dealership wanted almost $2000 to replace a catalytic converter on my Durango. Art's muffler charged $750 out the door for a heavy duty converter with a five year warranty. Will be back for all my exhaust needs. I was in and out in less then an hour!Can't speak highly enough about this shop!

Fast replacement service for a broken exhaust pipe. Great prices, he won t sell you anything you don t need. The owner Art is very knowledgeable and customer friendly. I read some other review about a poor phone conversation when inquiring about prices. I found Art has spent years in the business and working around loud machinery so he wears hearing aids, and you may need to speak up so he can hear you. From my family experience hearing aids don t work well with telephones. I didn t call I just stopped by and I m glad I did. One of the best automotive repair experiences I ve ever had. I couldn t find it anywhere on the company listing online, but they do take major credit cards. I ll be going back next time I need muffler or exhaust work Highly recommend!!!

Best experience for the fairest price. This shop embodies everything you would ever want from a business, excellent work and the best customer service of my life. The four seasons doesn t have anything on this place. We can t say enough, it s worth the drive.Ps they replaced 2 catalytic converters within an hour.

If you re looking to get an exceptional and quality exhaust job done I d definitely recommend Art s ! I originally found out about them via google search and I just have to say it was worth the risk. I have an older Toyota Camry so parts can either be scarce or expensive. This wasn t a problem for them AT ALL ! Everything you would need was in stock and ready to install. Very professional service done by the kind people at Art s and I just want to say thank you so much for taking care of me today.Service: Exhaust

Awesome customer service!! Everyone was so nice and friendly and knew exactly how to help me. I came in for a new exhaust setup on my Mustang and they had me in and out of there, with no appointment just a call ahead of time, in less than an hour. Pretty great prices too! 6/5 stars would HIGHLY recommend.

What encouraged me to go to Arts Master Muffler were the reviews that I had seen before making my own visit to this friendly establishment. And I must say that everything said is true. Mr. Art and his son did an excellent job of getting what I wanted done and making sure that I was happy with what they had done. A wise man Mr. Art is and his son definitely took into heart the job he was performing. I was not there long at all and they got me in and out. Definitely recommend going here for your exhaust work :) Truly worth the review!!!

These great reviews are true, so based on that , I took my car to have a new flex pipe installed today. I live across town and the drive was well worth it. I had a great experience. Mr. Art was courteous and very welcoming. Great, fast service and the prices are reasonable too! I highly recommend this business to anyone!

I got to the shop and Mr Art immediately got to me after he finished up with a customer. He asked me to listen to the sound of the customers muffler that he was working on to confirm what I was looking for. After I gave him my thoughts he quickly told me what my options were. He saved me more than 100 dollars and was able to install everything in less than 30 minutes. He offered coffee, soda and water. He is truly a diamond in the rough. 50 years of experience and plenty of stories to tell. I would definitely recommend him. He has my car sounding great!! Thank you Mr Art! I was referred to Art's Master Muffler shop by a trusted friend. He didn't steer me wrong! (no pun intended). I spoke with Mr Art by phone to ask if I needed an appointment. He said no, just come on over. From the start he was very pleasant to deal with. He quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me a price that I considered quite low for the work involved and went to work. It seems I was in and out of there in no time at all. Now my car drives and sounds like it's supposed to. I'd recommend Art's Muffler Shop without a second thought!

Art is rarity when it comes to doing business. From the inquiry phone call to coming in and getting great work done at great price and extremely fast, I highly recommend him. It's rare that paying someone is actually a pleasure. He and his staff made me feel like I was an old friend. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll surely have to stop by just to say hi. I went in for an exhaust on my truck. I wanted something louder than stock but not too loud. Once he had me fixed up, I wasn't happy at first because it still sounded almost stock so, like he said, I wasn't going to leave until I was satisfied. He did a little more work and I left with exactly what I wanted. He even helped me cut some framing metal where my tires were rubbing at no extra charge. Thank you Art

Mr. Art s shop is the #1 muffler shop in the Mid-South. Very Professional-Great Service-Reasonable Prices. Took in and had done within 2 hours! He is an honest gentleman. Will never go anywhere else!!!

Tried to support black business but EVERY SINGLE TIME I confirm what I've always experienced. We dont do each other right the south still has that willie lynch code in place. I took it to this ART muffler shop and had some flowmasters installed. So very soon after I has to take it back because I heard a noise and already it was something installed wrong that they had to adjust. Now 5 days has gone by and my truck is over pressurized and is leaking coolant. So here it is the 5th day I called and wanted to take my truck back to just make sure there nothing wrong with the way they installed the flowmasters and of course just like I presumed they're making it seen likts nothing on their part. Ive never had anyproblem with over pressure until now. I getthecold shoulder they rusheme out of the shop andwent on with the business like my issue isnt important . I guarantee if I was of caucasiandescent they would'vefixed the problem even if they "claim"it's nothing on their part. It's a shame I'll have to look for other ethnicities to treat you with respect and do BUSINESright no matter the color of skin. Mr. Art does outstanding work and is very honest and professional. I've used him twice, once to fix rusted out exhaust on my volvo and to put dual exhaust on my truck. He is through and goes over everything with you before work is done at a very fair price.
