I have no complaints when it comes to All Things Automotive! I initially went to BMW service to get a few things fixed that I thought was simple. Their quote was over $4k, due to labor, which is more than what the car is even worth. I was defeated and was about to just let my car sit. About 3 weeks go by and I decided to look for another establishment. That's how I found Will! I described what was needed and when I tell you he was more than willing to help me AND work with me on the price, I was eager to bring my car in and just give him my money. He is the quintessential of a professional and I immediately felt like "family" with how comfortable I was in his place of business. He worked on two different components on my car and when I drove away, I immediately felt the difference in the driving. I told my family about All Things Automotive for when they need future service and now I have found my local auto shop.

I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to Will! My car hasn t ran this good in a very long time! The amount of professionalism & honesty is impeccable. I had several auto shops not want to work on my vehicle because it is a high mileage car. Will is very timely on getting you back on the road & VERY patient. If you need someone that doesn t have a long turn around time he s the man to go too.

Will is an amazing auto mechanic. He is personable and honest about his work. I had an issue with my vehicle for over 6 months. I went to several mechanics and paid them to fix what they said was causing my issue. I continued to have the same issue. Found All Things Automotive on Google. Within 2 days I was back in my vehicle and riding.

Fast friendly service from a professional local businessman. I ve gotten better service done to my car at all things automotive versus the dealership. It was right the first time didn t have to return my vehicle after work was completed. I would requirement to friends and family and anyone reading this review. Thank you Mr. W. Spates.

Will . Very professional and stands by his work! My situation was for foreign car range rover sport supercharged. Needed a water pump I went back and forth with Bluff City JLR and needed an expert and All things automotive (Will) was there and didnt up sale me did the job and followed up with me! I recommend him when you find a great Master Mechanic you can trust its rare and Im confident in this review this mans skillset and knowledge base and professionalism is unmatched! Thank you Dr. Will I look forward to you keeping my car on the road for any future fixes!

If I could give 1 million stars I would. Will did major work on my vehicle and save me major $$. God definitely gifted him with a talent of knowing ALL THINGS AUTOMOTIVE. He knew exactly what my issue was just by listening to my vehicle. His diagnostic machine proved him RIGHT ON. He is also very very professional. Kept me in the loop from day 1. If you are looking for not only a reasonable knowledgeable mechanic that isn't trying to BREAK THE BANK.... Will is your guy. I PROMISE you WILL NOT be disappointed.

Called for pricing on front end suspension work and got Will on the phone. He was pleasant, helpful and just straight forward. I really appreciated the way he treated me on the phone very sincere and great customer service attitude. Also his quote was very fair and I will keep his shop number in my contacts.

I came here to have my brakes and rotors replaced. Will was very knowledgeable about my vehicle and the parts that were needed for it to be fixed. The sound of my brakes were so loud and embarrassing.I initially didn t have all of the matching parts but he explained what parts I needed to request. When I returned to the store, I was able to confidently say what I needed. I returned to Will with the parts and he replaced them.I noticed something was still off as I drove. I went back and had them inspected once more and he immediately was able to find the problem and fix it.A colleague used my car for most of the week as I was away. He has since checked and followed up on the work that he did.In all, if you re looking for someone who is experienced and willing to share their knowledge while servicing your vehicle, All Things Automotive has it.

I'm so pleased with the great service I received from All Things Automotive I highly recommend this business for any and all Automotive Services Will is very knowledgeable when it comes to auto repairs the prices are very reasonable and the needed repairs were cmpleted fast.. you'll definitely be pleased with all services you request' my car rides sooooo much better!!!!

Great business. I called them up and had my truck in there by the afternoon. 1 hour in and out. He even fixed a few extra knick knacks that he didn't charge me for. He was super nice, super knowledgeable, and had me up and going in no time. I have found my shop for life for my auto repairs. Thank you again for the wonderful service and pricing.

I am so happy I found this place! I was surprised and relieved by the owner s clear communication and excellent customer service. He is not your stereotypical mechanic! This shop is one of the best Mechanic shops in Memphis and the surrounding areas!! Will is very articulate and knowledgeable is this profession!! I needed my alternator replaced yesterday. After going to a couple shops and was told I need an appt. I hit up All Things and he was able to replace it for me. He was professional and very knowledgeable. He got the work done and didn't do what other mechanics do and make up issues to get more money. I will definitely be taking my car back to him

I was fed up with calling mobile mechanics that never reached back out to me, and shops overcharging me and telling me it'll be 2 weeks with an appointment. Thankfully my girl encouraged me to try one more shop. If you're looking for A-1 service, this is the shop. Will figured out the issue with my car when no one else could. Reasonable prices and great service.

Mr Will was up front and very knowledgeable about the issue I needed fixed his pricing is reasonable I will definitely use him again. I tried getting the repair done at Firestone and the said they don't do the flex fuel sensor on my yukon

Got into this shop close 8pm. Needed a quick look at the front tire section to fix a knocking. The technician was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable, he even explained what he was checking and why. My mom and I was passing through Memphis on May 11th, 2019 when our truck broke down on interstate 40. After so many phone calls Sunday morning All Things Automotive were the only ones to answer my desperate phone calls. He came out and found out exactly what was wrong with our truck and what should have been a 3 days job (the fuel pump went out) he completed within a few hours. And he did a very great job. Our truck was singing the entire way home.When you work with Will, not only are you getting a very good mechanic but you are getting a very good person. Mom and I went to a funeral and our truck breaking down with still 8 hours left in our trip (With 5 hours already under our belt), Will was the only one that was able to work on our truck on Sunday. So if you need anyone on any day of the week, with any problem, I highly recommend All Things Automotive. I just wish he was closer so I could use him every single time I have a problem with all of my cars.

I needed my power steering motor fixed. And calling all these companies is a headache just to tell me I need an appointment. So I called All things automotive,let me just say he's the only person I'll will be calling from now on. Thank you automotive!!!
