I scheduled a tow with them 4 day in advance to be done at noon on Friday. I explained the situation and why I needed the car towed. They quoted me a price double of a normal tow which was ok because there were a few parts that had to go with the car. I called a hour and a half before the tow to make sure we were on as scheduled. They were a hour and a half late (1:30). Then when he got there to load the car and a few parts on to the truck he starts going on about he wasn t told that there was more than just the car. He calls the office and leaves. Now I m more than behind schedule to get it to the shop because he was late. I called the body shop I go to and he recommended another company. They were the best! Very professional, He was busy but he got me in, picked up the car and the piece, dropped it off, and didn t charge a penny more. I will never use affordable towing ever again!!!!
