Terell and Keisha were the best customer service and friendliness and willing to help went above and beyond and the young man that was on the front counter helped me out a lot also so a shout out to the al staff on Cleveland keep up the good work

This is the second time I've come here in the last 3 months and the doors are locked during the hours that they should be open. I had their other store call and they couldn't get an answer. I called 2 hrs prior to coming cause I needed to pick up a part that I ordered and paid for. I was told the part was ready and to come anytime before 9pm. Well it's 6:40 and I've waited 20 minutes already.

I just called the store asking about a fuse for my Acura. Mike told me that he doesn't know what I'm talking about and that I should go to O Riley's. When I asked him why he would tell me to go to a different store, he responded that he doesn't have time to talk to me on the phone because people are in the store and he has stuff to do.

After being tasked with changing the water pump in my 2013 Chevy Equinox. I learned that I needed a special tool. So the search began lol. I called two other companies that sent me to stores that they said they have the part but upon my arrival to the stores, I get this same reply. Sorry sir we don't have it in stock but we can order it for you and it will be here tomorrow. I need it today like right now. So I called Advance and they also said that they have the part. I asked would they look at the part and tell me how it looks just because I have been to four different stores only to get there and they didn't have the part I needed. She verified that it was the correct part and said she will pull it for me. Great customer service they went the extra mile to make sure they had the part I needed.

My check engine light was on so I stopped by Advance for help. Customer service was great and the gentleman that assisted me was knowledgeable and very helpful. The part I needed was a bit expensive however my vehicle is important to me...no complaints. Overall experience, truly satisfied

I would give them 5 stars but their warranty system are not linked across the country like all of the other parts stores. That's proof that that company is all about their money and not the customers like all the other parts stores. If u buy a part with an warranty and u travel to another city or state, u will have to have your receipt to swap out the warranty part/ parts. If not u have to buy it all over again. I stopped shopping there back in the 90's when they 1st got to the Memphis area.

Spent an hour at the register waiting on spark plugs and an air filter.The man helping me was extremely unprofessional. Cursing and complaining about everything.Meanwhile there was a line of people waiting and one register.

I received a bad battery when I was out of town but I had a warranty. The lady here was very helpful in helping me get my battery exchanged out and she made sure it was fully charged. Satisfied I am!

Don t shop there. While working on a project, I bought a tool in case in needed it. I ended-up not using it and then tried to return it the day after. Tool was still new and unused. They refused to take it back as they have a non-return policy that I wasn t aware of. I wouldn t have bought the tool if I knew the policy before. I will never shop there again.

They were very helpful. Work with us on our problem. Very knowledgeable. But if you use a debit card you can not get your cash back. They put it back on the card. Did not like that.

Best Advance store in this area! Same stuff as everywhere else, but the staff here make all the difference! Very knowledgeable, very helpful, very friendly. A breath of fresh air compared to other stores in the area.

Had the new battery I needed.Yesterday I bought new windshield wipers and the staff insisted on putting them on. Nice service!!

Female manager/supervisor, was very rude and very unprofessional. Knowing we are in a pandemic, she was not wearing a mask at all! I will not be going to no Advance Auto Part Stores in my future. Thank you.
