One year ago I bought a brand new car from these idiots with 6 miles on it and unbeknownst to me while I m waiting for them to prep my car with everything a brand new car would need all they really did was wash my car and install floor mats. Fast forward 8 months later I get an alert on the app notifying me that my oil level is at 10 percent so I check the oil level and to my utter shock I didn t have much oil left. Now I have 1906 miles on a car I bought a year ago and it s out of oil. Now I m really pissed off so I schedule a maintenance time to have my car serviced but before that can happen some idiot sales person calls me and asks if I m interested in trading in my vehicle for a new vehicle which I already own so I explain why I m not interested and stated the reason why and this person assured me that they would pass my concerns on to service department but two weeks later NOTHING. To add insult to injury they had my sales person call me with the same nonsense then he lied and said they called me back but I didn t answer lies I tell you. This is the WORST dealership in the city of Memphis and they ll never get my business again I ll drive to Nashville before I deal with these overcharging idiots.

Very friendly and informative as to what was needed beyond just the standard oil change. Let me know that until the oil notice hits 15%, I wouldn't know what other if any services are needed, which I didn't realize. Kept me informed during the time I was waiting. Will make sure to contact Andrew prior to my next scheduled maintenance.

it has always been great; Brian is always thorough and precise in him explaining things that needs to be fixed and he is a great communicator each and every time i bring 1 of my MDX's to get serviced. I own 2 MDX's

Well, I must share that I like the car buying experience as much as having a root canal, though the root canal is in many cases less painful. However, I very recently purchased a vehicle from Acura of Memphis (first time ever dealing with Acura) and my experience was a lot less painful simply due to my top-notch Salesman Dan Murphy. As much as I liked the car, I am not certain I would have gone through with it if not for Dan ( I am not the most patient person to deal with). This young man kept me in the loop every step of the way and avoided all the Vulture like tactics that you get from so many Salespeople. He also kept me calm during a lull & confusion during the buying process that had nothing to do with me. He's a true professional and will only get better at this craft.Thanks Dan (you sir are 5 star), if I come across other potential Buyers, I will send them your way for sure!

This place is AAAAMAAAAZING! A+ customer service. Come here for your next vehicle purchase. You won't regret it. This has honestly been my BEST car purchase experience EVER!!! I met 3 angels who changed my life. After an unfortunate situation, I needed to find/purchase a vehicle....quickly. I had been all over searching for a vehicle. By the time I arrived to Acura, I was mentally drained, exhausted and deflated from poor customer service and/or lack of inventory from other dealerships. From the time I walked inside Acura, I was promptly greeted with a pleasant, kind smile. My wonderful salesman, Micah, was one of my guardian angels!!! He said to me...." Don't worry.....I will take care of you". And true to his word, he did! He intently listened to what I wanted and needed. He was knowledgeable about the products. He personally hand-picked 5 vehicles that matched my needs. He was soo patient. He went over each vehicle,explained the differences and helped me choose the perfect match for me. Even stayed after hours to ensure everything was perfect. Next, Markell, Sales manager, came in to greet me. He also stayed to end. His smile, warmth, kindness, and elevating spirit gave me soo much encouragement.Lastly, Eric, Business manager, sealed the deal with ease and a smooth stroke. He went above the call of duty by assisting me with a rental return and more! I was given the royal treatment and treated as a V.I.P. The 3 dream team took care of me. I couldn't be more pleased. I LOOOVE my new boo (Raven ). She's perfect for me. She's my style and has my personality.I will gladly give my business to Acura of Memphis again.I never felt like a customer....I felt like family.

We had the best experience at Acura of Memphis! We recently bought a 2023 MDX. Demareo Foster was our salesman and he was so helpful. He went above and beyond helping us and explaining the differences in the packages. He even found my sunglasses in my old vehicle and waited after hours to meet us with them. We would sure recommend him and this dealership!

The most disgusting dealership in Memphis Tn. Acura of Memphis you are officially on the Jack wall. The Manager Nick and the service Manager are so rude. With no sense of great customer service and the fact that customer is all ways correct. Many of the local people are aware of the lack of experience and willingness to correct the mishaps when it comes down to repairs.

Salesman was great but the finance group sucks!!!!! Can t talk to anyone on the phone and no one will return your call!!! Been waiting on our refund gap insurance for over 2 months. I have 2 Acura s and both are from here. I guess I ll make a personal trip to the store (3 hours away) to get this thing resolved. AND IT WANT BE PRETTY

My experience with Acura was and still is a pain. Buyer beware, read your paperwork thoroughly. Someone in their finance department stole my identity and fraudulently signed my name on a financial contract.

I purchased a brand new 2020 Acura ILX after having a good previous experience with the dealership. I know I m years late with posting my review, but my last purchase was the worst experience ever! I never got the tint fixed right on my car and the place that did the tint for Acura was horrible also. I found a razor blade left in back seat, car was extremely dirty, and scratches on my NEW car! I said I would never go back, because the sales rep and manager were no help at all and didn t show any concern. The corporate office didn t help either.

Charge extremely to much to buy a car and make a price extremely high to fix a vehicle charges a diagnosis fee of close to $300 and can t fix anything unless it s over $8000 tried to charge me $8000 to put a motor in a 2013 Acura TL and took my money for both of my vehicles and couldn t fix neither one of them a Acura MDX and Acura TL

Took our MDX in for 60k service Thursday AM. Trouble reaching service advisor Friday but agreed to leave it for the weekend to finish. Monday noon they were waiting for parts to come in - turned out to be the car battery they wanted to replace. On the way home my wife noticed loud rattling in the engine. They had not installed the battery mounting bracket which was loose on top of the battery. If they can t complete the most basic task of battery replacement, I certainly can t trust them for the rest of the job.

Changing from Five stars to Three stars because of a recent, and currently ongoing experience. I have been without my vehicle for nearly two weeks when the original estimated time was 2 days. I understand my vehicle is old, and there was strange damage caused by the catalytic convertor thief, but I have had to call each time for an update, to leave a message every time for an update, and to not get those updates oftentimes, when I was promised. I am not frustrated with the 2 week timeline; I'm frustrated because nobody there cares anymore and that's where y'all used to shine

Avoid this dealership at all costs if you're considering purchasing an Acura. My experience revolves around seeking an Integra Type S and a TLX Type S. To begin, the dealership imposes an exorbitant $5000+ Additional Dealer Markup (ADM) on their vehicles. Moreover, the information they provide is often misleading and unbelievable. For instance, they claimed to have at least 10 more Integra Type S cars accounted for, a statement that contradicted the ample availability of the same model at lower prices in the market. This misleading practice is unfair to potential buyers, especially those who pre-ordered with this dealership.In another instance involving a friend and me, we inquired about the TLX Type S. We were initially informed that they are sold at Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) without any markup. However, upon visiting the dealership when they received a new TLX Type S, they attempted to impose an $8,795 ADM markup, pushing the price from $55,750 to a staggering $64,545. This price was before adding the "mandatory accessories" from factory and the taxes, title, and license fees (TTL). Additionally, the dealership failed to accurately calculate taxes for out-of-state customers. This pricing strategy is unreasonable, especially when other brands offer similar vehicles without any markup at the same price.In summary, this dealership seems driven by sheer greed, imposing unjustified and excessive markups on Acura vehicles. It is bewildering why they insist on such high ADM for Acura cars when other reputable brands and Acura dealers offer comparable vehicles without such unnecessary financial burden. I strongly advise against doing business with this dealership.

Update 5/23: That last review was coerced after I posted an unfavorable review and was harassed by an associate the following morning at 7am, followed by a manager who tried to convince me that they would appreciate a better rating despite my repeated poor experiences.That alone should give you an idea of the type of business this is.Needless to say, I had to take my vehicle back to resolve the same issue that the original review was written for. Want to know what their response was? I was told that they probably put a new battery in the car, but it could have been a battery that had been in storage and was faulty, so...ooops. No regard for the inconvenience, lost time/wages, extra expenses that it caused. Just "oops". Oh, and who's to say that I won't deal with the same issue in a few months since they clearly don't mind installing known faulty parts into vehicles.This place is a stain on the Acura brand.Consumer beware. It will be better to bare the expense of taking your Acura to Nashville for service than waste your time/money at this dealership. I have had 4-5 interactions here and every one of them has left me regretting my decision.Maybe I'm just the unlucky one though, who knows....

I love my Acura vehicle. However, I almost hate coming to this place for service. I have not had the best customer service experience here with the service department. Most of the advisors are rude and the service rates are ridiculous. Although I like my car, I am very unlikely to purchase another one from these guys because I am tired of dealing with these guys.
