My go-to auto service provider in the City! I have visited this establishment several times and recommended many friends as well. Tony, the master mechanic on staff, is exceptional, trustworthy and fair. I have taken my car to him following a visit to a local dealership, and he has guided me in identifying what was needed (almost always contrary and significantly less expensive than what was recommended by the dealer). Will return for standard maintenance because they keep my car in good shape!

They did an excellent job, it was done right the first time, the owner Chris was absolutely super friendly, no hassle, gave me the answer I was looking for, itemized the cost of the part's labor and taxes for a grand total of the cost of the job from Start to finish and was done in a timely manner and professionally done with certified experienced machanics. My car now runs smoothly and quiet just like when I purchased it 18 years ago, job well done ACTION MUFFLERS

A friend recommended this place to me and my husband. When I arrived Chris was helpful and great. The mechanic was nice too. The price wasn't bad either. I went to other places to get a water pump put on my car It was ridiculous. My car is doing great. I will come back and tell my friends and family about this place. Thanks Action Auto Service.

I had a few different issues with my car I needed to have addressed and decided to take it to this repair shop based on its location near my work and positive google rating. They fixed the issues quickly and for a fair price. This was such a great place to come. They were quick & very kind. A bunch of kind southern men. I came just to have my front exhaust pipe get a sleeve put on it but they made sure to comment on other things that need fixed before a long drive that I wasn't aware of. This was very appreciated especially since I have a 12 hour drive to Florida ahead of me.The workers take the time to listen to your problem with your car, they ask questions to be sure, and actually show genuine care & concern.Rick is an older gentleman who works here & he is so sweet & kind.Not to mention, the prices are AWESOME. Other places that I called, wanted $40 just for an ESTIMATE. Then It'd be like amother $80-$100 to fix my exhaust. Well, at Action Muffler, for the most expensive fix (a sleeve on my pipe) it was $71.34, tax included!

First and foremost, I've been to six other Brake places here and in west memphis.The only person that shot straight with and told the truth, was Rick. plus, Rick is my nickname, that is a whole different story , for another time, LOLI explained to Rick, I hit a pot hole on these terrible pot hole riddled streets and roads I've lived in a lot of places I absolutely know these are by far the worst streets and roads I've driven on ever driving a car period. I think if, Memphians would turn in their repair bills to the city, they'd fix them ,I doubt it too Rick just heard a description of my problem over the phone and said bring it on in the shop. Needless , to say, the price was fair, the diagnoses was spot on accurate . He had me out of there in less than an hour, a little over 30 minutes.The last guy I had work on my brakes, did a terrible job, I called that guy and explained to him, I need him to look at my brakes, he didn't have the decency to respond to my texts Rick, you did a GREAT job!! I conveyed to him, I'm going to definitely have him do my rear brakes and my struts too. You Rock Rick!

I m not easily impressed but these guys fixed a disconnected pipe at the manifold without trying to gouge me for parts I clearly didn t need. Most places would look to up sell something for such a quick job but They got it up on a lift, did the repair and get it out in less than a few hours with no unexpected BS. Appreciate a shop that will shoot straight even for small jobs. Cost me nothing but the time and came in under what I expected. Highly recommended.

These folks careless with my property I dropped my performance car off to get fixed on a Friday they left my car unsecured the whole weekend out in the public parking lot no security at all if I would've knew that I would've never used these ppl

It' is a good place .the people that work here are great.they fixed my bike tire when I had a flat they did not have to do that but that's what good folks do. Well if you need you vehicle work on this is the place.

I took my vehicle in to get an oil leak fixed. After 6 days of them trying to fix the leak, they gave me my vehicle back, but 90% of the oil leaked out over night! Worse than it was when I brought it in. Brought it back to them, now this is day 4 of them trying to fix it again. I m still without my vehicle!!!

Had exhaust system welded by a crack head looking white guy trying to weld with his eyes closed. Costed be me a 80 dollar's still have exhaust leaks

The mechanic take time to listen to you what going on with your vehicle, he check out your vehicle, explain what the problem is fix the problem at very reasonable cost very professional .
