It was an amazing experience the employees did good with timing on completing my car they explained every detail of the job and the process of completing it and what all parts needed to be replaced and repaired overall there service was good and amazing best service with my vehicle

I called around to several shops needing a transmission rebuild for my 2016 Yukon SLT and most shops told me that it would take at a minimum a week to repair it, but more likely, two weeks. I called Greg at the AAMCO shop on Winchester and he guaranteed he could get it to me within in a week so I decided to take it to that shop. I dropped off my vehicle on Thursday morning and I got a call Friday, around noon the next day, telling me that it was ready. I was pleasantly surprised by the fast turn around and to boot, all employees there were professional and they treated me like I mattered! Great experience and I highly recommend this shop!!

The AAMCO team did a great job with my 2017 Dodge Caravan. They gave me good estimates and good options for getting the repair completed. I highly recommend this company. I was so pleased with the service I received, at AAA Transmission,especially from the owner and Mr. Greg. Mr. Greg gave me detailed information about my car and everything that was needed to fix it. He made sure my warranty company provided me with everything my warranty agreement stated. Yes, the owner took to work the first day my car was in his shop because the rental car agency didn't have any cars available at that timeand Mr. Greg picked my up from the rental car company when my car was fixed. WOW!!! WHAT GREAT SERVICE!!!Service: Transmission

Had my transmission (allegedly) rebuilt here and I've had nothing but problems. The transmission is still having the same problems that I paid approx. $2500 to have repaired. I'm a mechanic but didn't have time to do the job myself, so I took it to a "reputable" transmission shop. NOT SO!!!! After retrieving my "repaired" vehicle, I didn't make it 20 miles from the shop before the vehicle started exhibiting the same issues as before being repaired. I checked out the vehicle and found untightened bolts, spilled trans fluid in engine compartment, and missing looms. I took the vehicle back 4 TIMES within 2 months to no avail. I refuse to take it back to them!!!!!!!! It's really horrible how these businesses rip off customers with impunity. I will not recommend this shop to anyone. BEWARE!!!!!!Service: Transmission

After breaking down 85 miles north of Aamco with nobody wanting to work with my extended warranty I was directed to Robert and his team. The communication from the get go was amazing. They even hooked me up with a towing company who charged me 60% less than Good Sam. Through out the 3 weeks I was always kept updated. I hope that transmission will last a long time.Service: Transmission

I called Tuesday and made arrangements to have my transmission fluid changed on Wednesday at 3pm. When I showed up at 3pm Wednesday they acted surprised and started whining about having two transmission fluid changes ahead of me. Guy started clicking away at his computer and grumbling about the fact I came at 3pm. Completely unprofessional.Service: Transmission

This is a great place for simple auto repair work. I didn't feel like I was paying more than I should. I had my transmission flushed and the filter replaced. It didn't take but about 30 or 40 minutes. The associates here are very knowledge and very kind. If I need any other repairs, I would definitely return. Just be sure to schedule your appointment beforehand.

John and AAMCO have done several repairs on my old pick-up over the last few years, from engine to transmission to rear end and they have always been fair, reliable, and a pleasure to deal with. Their work speaks to quality and customer service at its best. I don't even consider going elsewhere.

Would like to just say that I had a wonderful experience at AAMCO. I do not know why people do not write reviews when they get great service but always want to write reviews of bad service. I have a total of 4 cars and I took two of my cars here and Charlie was very pleasant and respectable and responded to me asap whenever I needed something. They fix my wife Honda and my 79 Monte Carlo that has a transmission leak and valve covers. I can say that I trust them to not try and get money out of me and fix what needs to be fix and will let me know the price before starting on it. My experience was great and I refer all my family and friends their.

Thanks so much for the great work that I got from Robert and John and to all of the great people whom I don't know their names. They went above and beyond to keep me posted and got my car repaired earlier than expected. I took the car back to them per their request to ensure that all still looked good after a couple of weeks and they checked it and sent me on my way. Thanks again for a great experience.

Robert and Charlie are AWESOME!! Had a problem with my car and sent it to them and any time something messes up, I take her to them.. They work with you the parts and labor cost... I use to think they were real expensive but with the work they do, I think they're under-rated.. Their fruitful, careful and honest spirits is perfect, especially Roberts!! Thanks you guys!

I had a great experience with Robert and his team at Aamco. They really got me out of a bind. I was expecting the worst and was very pleasantly surprised at the price and quick turn around. My car sounded like it was going to blow up and now I feel like I have a new car. I'll def go back to them with any issues

If recommend these guys!!! They go above and beyond the call of duty. They dont just see a dollar and send you out the door. The call for updates and schedule check up after service! Robert & John are the guys to see!! I love my truck and they treated her with love as well. THANKS GUYS!!!!

Had my truck a whole week and couldn't find out what was wrong with it. Gave me a run around and spin around for a complete 7 days. Definitely wouldn't recommend taking your vehicle here. They have millions cars in the garage not enough space and not enough mechanics.

I had a GREAT experience here at AAMCO ! They told me what exactly was wrong with my car FOR FREE , unfortunately it was the transmission! But Robert was awesome enough to call Ford to see if I still have a warranty on my car & I DID!!!Getting my transmission fixed FOR FREE!!!!Have car troubles, go to AAMCO ! You'll be satisfied !

I appreciate their effort of attempting to fix my car. I had a problem with my air or heat not blowing, and assumed that it was my blower motor. I took my car to Ammco, and left it there for two days. My warranty who covers my parts, recommended me to go to the repair shop, since they had an account with them. John called me on Tuesday, and told me there was a problem with my switch, and would have it fixed by Wednesday. I paid $445.90, and wanted a refund and stated that Ammco warranty doesn't give refunds. I was upset because I still had the same problem. I got a resistor and control replacement. I took my car back to try to fix the problem, but had the same issues. It's a lesson learned, never let people run over you, and take money you work hard for. The parts they use to fix your car are used parts, and noticed that my control knobs are broken.Best Advice! Stay away from this shop. They are clueless, and will sell you an excuse.I am taking my car to Oil Change Express, where I had been taking it too. I never had problems.I got a real diagnostic.
