Due to the many many pot holes in Memphis, I have had my rims repaired 3 times prior. This being the 4th time , I had towed to other shop they couldn t remove tire. I then had towed to 360 Tires, from the time I called them on the phone with issue Ed was exception, until my vehicle arrived to them and they had to fight with my tire, they didn t give up. I can say the service myself & husband received while communicating with them was #1. I will come back with bells on but hopefully not soon again . Thank you for your great attitude and A1 service provided. I have always recommended to family and friends & will continually to do so. Thanks 360 Tires you great Ed!!!

Outstanding service! Nicest gentleman who take precision and care with each customer. I am so grateful for their knowledge and honest business practices!360 Wheel Repair was able to efficiently repair my bent wheel on my TESLA. Costing me only $180 where TESLSA charged $900.I am so grateful and I now and a loyal and faithful customer of this prestigious shop! Thank you

These people are absolutely amazing! The entire staff are friendly and patient. I dealt with Carlos and Eddie mostly and these guys makes sure you walk away satisfied. The work, the 360 team has done to my car was simply amazing. If you ever need anything done to your vehicle, like repairs or adding tires, rims, and so for I guarantee they will take care of you and you will be satisfied with thier work. Communication is on point, they will make your desire happen! Thanks for all you have done for me! The work I had done was new tires, rims and a few other things. Again, thanks! Highly recommended!

I had an awesome experience..Ed is the best. I have NO complaints.. Ed took my factory rims and made them look like some expensive Brand new Rims. I love the paint job. I highly recommend asking for Ed..

Without a doubt, the best service I've ever gotten from a wheel/tire shop! I would absolutely recommend to anyone with wheel damage, particularly with 3-piece wheels!Background:I was road-tripping from Virginia to Texas in a low car with low-profile tires when a nasty interstate pothole, 2.5 hours outside of Memphis (on a Friday at 9pm), ate my soul and bent both wheels on the left side of my car. My importer recommended 360 Wheel Repair and these guys are open on Saturdays! I limped the car over there, and Eddy (the manager) quickly took care of me and my car, fixing both wheels and getting me back on the road within just a few hours leak-free, vibration-free! Eddy and his staff were incredibly friendly, and his wheel repair guy did a stellar job, especially considering my time constraints. Carlos (the owner) was also super friendly, and overall everyone made me feel warm and welcome there. I couldn't possibly have been luckier to find these guys they saved my rear, and I was able to get back home to Texas safely!

Great service. Great price. I could not believe how well the results came out. I was sick when I scratched the rim on my 2019 Volvo XC. 360 Wheel Repair made it look like new!

They fixed me up once again. You can't tell it was bent.They were busy as always so I had to wait a while. My only suggestion is if you want something done you better be there at opening where you can get in and out. Other than that the crew is great and worth the 2 hour drive.

He is a great place! Not only do they know how to do it, but they are polite and fast. Jorge, the manager, is knowledgeable and friendly. The prices are given in front, which is very reasonable and competitive. The place is clean and spacious. I had several repairs over the years, and I highly recommend them!

They fixed and repainted my rim after It was damaged when I had a flat. They did a great job fixing my alloy rim to the point you can't even tell it was damaged. Great price and fast service, I will most certainly be coming back and would recommend to anyone.

The Service is Fast and Professional. I had a Cracked Rim on My Mercedes E350 and they fixed and reinstalled sensor and All. The Service Was . I definitely recommend 360 Wheel Repair.

Everybody was nice, and friendly. They definitely fixed my cracked and bent rim. Also cleaned up the other rim. Thank you Tennessee pot holes! They were fast and fairly priced! One guy in Mississippi wanted $1600 for what these guys did and they only charged $785! Plus they installed the tires for me! Highly recommend these guys! 360 your top notch!

Didn t solve my issue. Hit a pothole, thought I needed new tires but Gateway told me my wheel was bent. Took it here to have the bent fixed. Paid over $100. Called him back in less than an hour and told him my car still had a shake. He said it s probably the brakes. Took my car to Dealership the next day. Tires are fine, brakes/rotors are fine . However was told wheel still bent. Will have to just buy an entirely new wheel.

Ed was great and super helpful and welcoming. He explained the issue with my wheels and walked me through everything which is rare. Way to go ! He also got me in super quick and the turnaround for getting my wheels bends fixed was just 3 hours which is super fantastic. Highly recommend to everyone. Great job everyone especially you Ed , you are a rockstar ! Loved the work !

Took my wheels to be straightened out, and Carlos did a great job with all four. My car is riding smooth again. They took extra time to mount the tires and get them down to minimum road force after the straightening. I only wish I paid for the refinishing service while I had them off the car. Great work!

Heard positive reviews of 360 wheel repair. So had to find out for myself. Pulled in the lot and as soon as I was exiting my vehicle someone was already there trying to assist me. I needed a alignment and a new set of tires. Reasonable prices and quality work. Was in and out in the same day. Will be coming back for future business. Services: Tires, Wheel alignment
