Went here at the recommendation of my brother. Worked with Kevin to purchase a tractor, accessories, & a mower. They did a wonderful job of answering my husband s questions and helping us pick out a tractor to fit our needs.

It was a pleasure to do business with TriGreen and especially Kevin Stafford. We were looking to upgrade a 1025R tractor and found a 3034D that we really liked. The deal involved trading in an existing tractor and implements and getting a larger tractor with new implements. Kevin went above and beyond to work with us to get a deal we are very pleased with.

My experience could not have been better. This was my first tractor purchase and Kevin Stafford walked me through it slowly and methodically. He took his time to answer all my questions - and I had a lot. He suggested improvements for the tractor that would help me to accomplish the job I had on my land. He was never abrupt or pushy and the whole process was very smooth. He even went over and above and visited my place to help me understand how to operate the tractor in a safe and efficient manner. I'll be contacting him in the future as I need to acquire more attachments!

Horrible, Horrible sales experience and will never do business with them again. Sales rep i dealt with did not care.Spend your money elsewhere.

I went to a different Tri green closer to my house with little help and hard to get them on the phone first time I called McMinnville I got ahold of chip was supper helpful and very nice guy I will be back to do all my business in McMinville

We bought our first John Deere lawn mower from them. The experience was great. The salesman took the time to answer every question we had about the mower. We decided to buy locally because we liked knowing that when it came time to have the mower serviced we knew exactly where to take it.

Called these folks when we bought our new Toro Dingo and Davey got us a package deal and had it delivered to the job site within 48 hours. Easy to work with and customer service has been top notch.Love our new Dingo! Thanks again

Very nice people I went there to pick up some empty metal crates which I think John Deere using to safely transport The mowers and stuff . I tell you what they didn t need it to be nice to me but they were!

Bought a new mower and Preston was our salesman , was new to the job and done good for being a newbie. Took a little longer than expected but a good experience. Think they could gave more incentives off but oh well. We did get Farm Bureau discount. Stop in and see Preston he can hook you up.

Got a new tractor and enjoy it very much. Just wished we could have got. Couple of shirts plus wanted a pink John Deere hat for wife. Did get 2 Tri green hates so am thankful

I have a 3025e tractor I purchased from trigreen equipment in McMinnville tn , and I have to say it has to be the biggest piece of funk the first mouth of owning it it had to worked on 4 times because it would not run , and now 2/23/23 the Rockshaft arm for the 3 point lift broke off and it only has 166 hrs on it , the warranty is 2000 hrs or 72 months, but will not cover it ? Looks to me John Deere are made in China because they are JUNK.

We've only had to bring our saw blades in for sharpening..however they have been very helpful and made me feel right at home...knowing the customer..

Very expensive, got charged 120$ labor fee for inflating the tires on a lawnmower!!! My advice, look for another shop , if you don t want to have an unpleasant surprise when you get your invoice.... to make things worse, the mower was still under warranty ( bumper to bumper as advertised by John Deer). All together, payed 369$ for regular maintenance ( changing blades, removing some debris, air / fuel filter change , NO OIL change included .... and the tire inflation for 120$! Won t be going back there that s for sure!
