Very friendly family owned local business. They are the only towing and recovery service that our family uses. They were very accommodating and extremely helpful after my accident. And they will not let anyone no matter who they are in to see your property without getting your consent first! They have always stood by their word and that s something that s becoming a lost art nowadays.

I see not much has changed over the years. Back in 2005 I lost my wife and had some temporary financial hardship. I called the bank to have them come get my car even though I wasn't behind on payments I knew I would be. This is considered a voluntary repo. I was allowed to get my belongings out but forgot my cds in the driverside visor. I called the next day. They said I could get them but they wanted $100. For me to get my own stuff? So much for Christian folk.

Called police on me after repoing our vehicle bc I pulled up to their lot to clean my vehicle out. They just wanted to steal our belongings out of it. I ve heard too many theft stories about these guys and it s definitely true.Edit to add: their response below me is completely untrue. Please do not trust this company. The owners are both rude and the worker (Brian) is just as bad.

Jennifer and Jodie were so helpful. They were nice and truly concerned about us as customers. They are really caring people that will try to help you in anyway they can. They took care of the vehicle, but helped us with advice as well. I could never thank them enough for all their help. They went above and beyond what their job requires. I totally recommend them to anyone. Thanks again!

Class act Towing company, Towed our vehicle from McMinnville Tennessee back to Bmw of Nashville in Brentwood Tennessee. we was broke down in McMinnville I left numerous messages with other wrecker companies that was listed in the area. This was the only company they called me back after hours on a Friday night. The wrecker driver pick me and my vehicle around 9:30Pm and drop me and my vehicle off at the Bmw Dealership around 11:30Pm. so if you break down in the McMinnville area this would be my first choice to call every time. Excellent service! We managed to land our RV on top of a concrete structure on a curb. It took ingenuity to remove the RV without overturning the RV or causing more damage. In addition, they were very professional and managed to not make us feel any more foolish than we already felt!

I had someone hit my car, to the point it was not driveable. I have never had to have my car towed before, I was LOST. I wasn't sure what i was going to do, or how I was going to get to work the next day. I have grown up in this town and have always heard that Lassiter's was a reputable place, so of course, they were my first call! They were there in what seemed like a matter of minutes. The owners themselves are the ones that came to my rescue. They could tell I was obviously upset about my car and in distress over what to do next. They towed my car back to their shop and the owner was so understanding - knowing that it was after "normal" business hours, and knowing that the "contracted" rental company that my insurance company says I have to use is an hour out of town, they had a rental car sitting there waiting on me. I was so grateful and appreciative! The owners really went out of their way to help me out. They were able to get my car to the repair shop for me, and handle all of the paperwork. I am so thankful that there are still good people in this world that will go out of their way to help someone in need!!! Great experience!

I needed help in the middle of the night and they showed up quickly. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to help get me and the family back on the road in no time. Highly Recommended!

I ve used them on multiple occasions. I ve had to call them at midnight for a tow and at 4:30am. When I call the staff was friendly and always helpful. When my husband was in the hospital and I had to get my vehicle worked, I had no one to take me to pick it up, they brought it to me so I could have it to drive back and forth. I will definitely use them again.

Bad customer service, overpriced, and takes much too long to complete vehicle repairs. Both times I took my car there, it was kept overnight for difficulty ordering parts. Neither time did anyone call to update me about my vehicle. It would finally get so late that I'd call them to find out what's going on, only to be told the car is taken apart and can't be picked up till the next day. The first time I dropped my car off around noon to change the spark plugs and an oil change. They later said it would't be completed till the next day due to needing parts. I understood because I hadn't called ahead. They offered a rental for $20, a good deal but unnecessary to get a rental car while getting basic mechanic work done. The car was finally finished the next day after 5 pm and cost $498 for spark plugs and oil change. They said the rotors needed replacement too but since it took so long to finish the car and I didn't want it staying a 3rd day, I said I'd bring it back another time. The 2nd time I used Lassiter's I thought if they knew ahead of time they could have the necessary parts, especially since I had used them last and they knew the car needed rotors. I called on a Friday to see if I needed an appt or could come Monday morning. The lady said she'd make note I'd come Monday morning so they'd expect that vehicle. Monday morning I call to confirm coming in, she tells me they're backed up with other cars that weren't finished so if I came the car would be left overnight. I explained I did not want to leave it overnight. She suggested coming in Tuesday morning which I agreed to. Tuesday morning I show up at 10:30am, drop the car off and was told it would for sure be ready that evening but not to be surprised if they don't call until late in the day. 4:43 pm I've still heard nothing. I call and am told the car is taken apart but if I want them to put it together real quick I can come get it and bring it back since they still haven't received parts in. I declined them "rushing" to put my car together. She said they'd have it finished Wednesday morning. But Wednesday morning she says parts don't come until 10 am then they still have to work on the car. Its ridiculous, why tell me to pick up in the morning if its not begun until after 10 meaning it will be afternoon, not morning. I decide to take my car somewhere else.2 days is too long to leave a car for something basic. When I asked why no one called me to explain the delay, they blamed me for not showing up at 9 am when no one communicated this to me. Why not tell me the day i dropped off if it was my fault for being late? Then never once called to update me about my car. This was way too much hassle for changing rotors..and the rental car they kept offering seems like a scam to add on more charges. The owner claimed after the fact..Through TEXT.. that it was offered no charge. When I tried to speak to the owner about the lack of communication and stress this has caused, she immediately told me to leave their property. If a person has a legitimate complaint, they should have right to voice it. The owner got upset and emotionally said no she wouldn't hear me out, if I'm not pleased then leave or she'd call the police, she's not going to argue with me. I said making a complaint shouldn't be an argument and left. The owner continued to TEXT me after I left!! This shocked me as highly unprofessional and shows a guilty conscience. If she had something to say, I had just been there. If I'm no longer doing service with you, do not continue to bully me for attempting to make a legitimate complaint and choosing not to do business with you. This is why I chose online to share my story..I hope no others have to go through this undue stress. I suggest not using this business, but if you do, be aware they do not respect customer complaints, watch out for the rental car scam if its a car repair able to be done in 1 day, and be sure to price compare!!Response to Owner: I never yelled and was never told a time. This behavior and name calling Is what I'm referring to as bad customer service

These guys are rude when you try to get a repair they don't know about. I was advised I would get a call back and instead they failed to call me and when I call them the lady who answered was hateful as to why I was not called and was unreasonable. Take your car here and you might get unexpected trouble with other issues!!To owner you try using your real name dare you make a statement like that to a customer. You just proved your level of service in your reply, so I arrest my case when I say yall are no good for business. Those saying you are good are your buddies or people covering up for you. I called and you never called back in the past. Anyone getting serviced at your location might soon realize if problems arise this review is indeed accurate. Buyer beware!

While I was waiting for roadside assistance a state trooper showed up and helped me. The guy showed up right after the trooper left right when I was going to call to say I didn't need it. Still wanted to be rude to me and forced me to pay $50 when he literally did nothing and I didn't have the time to call and say I didn't need him.

We love the staff and they've all been wonderful to us !! The went above and beyond to help us get our car and took very good care of us and when our daughter was murdered they were there for us and understood about our money situation. We are so thankful for them !! I refer anybody to them !! We love y'all Jennifer and thank y'all for being so good to us !!

The driver they dispatched told my wife she could not follow him back to the business to pay by credit card, that he would have to take her card info before he could let the car down off the tow vehicle. He proceeded to put her credit card number and her security code into his cell phone.My wife asked him if that was his personal cell, and he answered that it was. Too late now, so I called Lassiter's to voice my concerns:1) was this normal operating procedure? answer, "Yes".2) What assurance do I have that their driver did not keep the info on his phone after texting it to the office OR that he did not text it to anyone else without their or our knowledge.To this, I was cursed at by, Jody or Jodie...not sure of spelling...and then hung up on.Bad business practices. Get a clue Lassiter's. If you can't keep up with technology, then stop doing business in a way that exposes your customers to possible fraudulent use of their credit info.Lastly, I was very polite when I called. I was cursed, talked to in a derogatory manner from the time the phone was answered, and treated with no respect whatsoever.From this, I conclude, and I encourage all who may have towing needs to concur, that Lassiter's is a business that has seen it's time go by and operates the way they want to and to H with the customer.Don't trust your credit card info to these people. Not only are they hap-hazard in their security measures, they don't care.

Excellent customer service!!.. Jennifer went above and beyond after my son's car wreck. Worrying about my vehicle at that time was the last thing that I needed, and Lassiter's made sure everything was handled. Very accommodating and considerate.. Would highly recommend

Got in my car it wouldn't turn over. I call for a tow the person on the phone was very polite and professional. She told me the truck was on the way. Also was gona have me a car ready to drive while mine was being fixed. I was very pleased with my experience and would reccomend to anyone! THANK YOU Lassiter Towing!

Excellent service! Ouick, trustworthy, affordable! I can't say enough good things about this company. Would definitely recommend this company. Went above and beyond for my husband. Got him back on the road quickly!! Thank you so much Lassiters!

All of the employees at this company lack of customer service skills. Unfortunately, McMinville is a small town in the middle of nowhere and there aren t many options. Avoid them as much as you can, and if you end up having to deal with them, just be prepare for their unprofessionalism

I was stranded on the side of the road in tears with my 3 year old and didnt know who to call and a friend reccomended lassiters i could not have asked for better service from the time i called they were so nice and helpfull and the price was more than fair i would definately reccomend them
