We had a bad roof leak in our Class A. Very disheartening, especially when you re in an area far from home. We called John late in the day, and he and his crew were out the very next morning to work on the problem. They had to leave and get supplies, then came back the same day and completed the work. We thought the price was reasonable considering all the time and labor involved. And then that night it was still leaking! I thought since we had already paid him we were screwed. But John and his guys came back again! And made it right. It WAS a difficult problem to solve, for sure, involving the previous owners installing a cheaper roof AC with a different drainage system and not bothering to cap the old one. It s finally fixed, John was an upstanding guy, and all is good! By the way he s really knowledgeable of the Fall Creek Falls area and can give you tips on where to go!

John was great! We had an issue with the electrical on the camper we just bought the weekend of 4th of July. It was hot! He worked with us, replaced a panel twice! Made multiple trips for parts. He tested everything, replaced refrigerator board and had all electrical running for us! In addition he checked everything else and fixed things we didn t even request. His pricing was very reasonable. Would call him again for sure!Services: Electrical, Air conditioning

Camper John is Wonderful! Arrived at Rock Island State Park with our new (to us) 4 year old camper. First time out. We had to store it with no water or electrical after purchasing it so we didn't know if everything worked or not. Not! After setting up, turning AC on (it was 99 degrees!) and trying to turn on fridge we discovered the fridge wasn't working at all. Then after an hour or so the AC quit! We decided to pack up and go back home the next morning (2 hours away).The next morning we decided to see if there was a mobile RV repair in the area. Well aware of how expensive they usually are and how expensive fridge and AC repairs can be but we really didn't want to leave! Surprise! We found Camper John, but he was 45 minutes away, $90 service charge and who knows how much hourly rate! We told him to come on out. It was about 3 hours before he could make it but when he showed up he immediately went to work pulling panels apart. It was beginning to look like a demolition and I was afraid he would tear everything apart and not be able to fix the problems and then we would really be in a bind! Dollar signs danced in our heads! But it soon became plain that he knew exactly what he was doing. In 50 minutes (in unbearable heat) he had reinstalled the breaker panels, invertor, fridge back panel, replaced parts, etc. and had everything working like new! And the best part was his bill! $180 total! We were never so glad to pay someone $180 in our lives! We were expecting at least twice that and when he started pulling things apart we were thinking maybe thousands! The man knows what he's doing, is very friendly, witty and Wonderful! If we need repairs in the future we will certainly call Camper John, even if we have to haul the camper 2 hours to him! 6 stars out of 5!

Camper John was to our rescue for Mobil mechanic needed and did a GREAT job, honest, efficient, and nice guy. He came quickly as we had 1 day left and rain expected the last day there. I would definitely rate him as a 5 star rating. I would recommend to anyone. thanks again Camper John. I am the person that was stranded at Rock island with alternator repair needed.

These guys are amazing. Our furnace went out and after calling alot of RV mechanics and trying to use where we bought our rv none of them would travel to us and wanted us to bring a 44 foot park model to them. This man came to us and got us fixed all in the same day. I would highly recommend them.

If you re on a time line, take your business elsewhere. We dropped our camper off with him in the middle of April and he said it would be a month or so before it was done. It is now the middle of December and we still don t have our camper back and he has given me over 10 deadlines and never met any of them. I understand that things happen and this is been a hard year for everyone but we already gave him $3000 and we are supposed to give him another $3000. It makes me sick that we paid someone that much money and still haven t got the service completed.Service: Body & Trim

I was really excited to find someone to come to us and help unclog our black tank and fix the leak that caused it.He worked hard to unclog the rank and get it cleared, I was very pleased with the job he did. Until we added more water in tank after he left and it was still leaking ( was supposed replace valve so no more clogged tank) he even said when he got here that his shop was closed but he had a valve with him to fix itI text and told him it's still leaking. He said he ordered and was waiting for delivery. The last I heard from him was that message on April 1. It's may 5 now and he doesn't return my calls or reply to text.500$ job, which he said wasn't enough money but he'd take it. And the issue isn't fixed and he's went MIA.Now we have to fix the issue that we paid someone to do.I had many other repairs I wanted to hire him for. So I hate he did this.

Camper John & Gator are the best! Our black tank was clogged, and they made the trip from McMinnville to Mountain Glen RV Park in Pikeville to help us hook up to follow them back to their facility, as this type of work could not be done on site. They fixed the problem promptly, and even followed us back to the campground to make sure we properly set up the sewer hose. I would highly recommend their service, and their price was fair!

John was supposed to be here on Monday to repair our generator. We have waited for 2 weeks which we understand because it is difficult to get parts. He has not shown up and will not answer our phone calls. If you don t want the job just say so. Not professional and would not recommend.

Checked out my RV before we left but when we arrived at rock Island State Park my slide would not extend. Staying for a week called John and they came out the same day spent several hours and fixed the slide, which was a complicated problem and hard to reach, replaced a kitchen faucet set and replaced a GFCI circuit so all the plug In the kitchen worked again. Came back twice to follow up and install the faucet. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. Their rate was more than reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Reasonable, knows what he is doing, located out in the backwoods. But we found some places in the caulk that wasn't fully sealed. We will have to fix them ourselves or return to his location. We will still return to him in the future, as he is honest and tries hard to satisfy the customer.

John and his crew are the best. Took our 45ft Travel Supreme to him with a huge list of things to do before Daytona bike week.. Fixed everything on the list and some. There is a huge demand for someone who can fix anything on a rv and john fits the bill.Highly recommended and will use them from now on!!!

They maintenance accommodating and performed maintenance and charged me 584.00 but did not hear me or listen to me when I told them it was the window that was leaking.I asked to do a water test and we found out it was still the window leaking.Ok for recaulking but do not use if you have a specific issue.
