I don't use advance auto parts anymore because a manager didn't want to exchange a part that was under warranty so I stopped buying from there but 3 days ago they sold my daughter a dead die hard battery and that is not supposed to happen they are supposed to check the battery before it goes out the door, any almost a 200 dollar dead battery ? That is not right .

I have been dealing this store in Maynardville for a very long time.I find the service to be some of the best anywhere.The people that work there are most helpful, plus very friendly,just to visit with,they go out of their way to help with any problem you might have with your vehicle.They are just a bunch of nice, freindly guys and girl that want you to have the best service that any store can offer.

My wife stop by there store yesterday and ask russ to help her with opening the hood so she could ck the oil and said he wasn't allowed to and she had are 3 yr old daughter in the car .he was Being very rude and told her there's the door then another employee gave her his name and then assisted to help her thanks to him.but ross should not be allowed to talk to customers .we won't be back

Purchased an auto coolant tester with lifetime warranty from there a few years ago. The pump was bad, so I took it back. They started to give me a hard time cause they couldn't find the account it was purchased on. Its their product. No one else sells it. It had the upc code and store codes on the case. They finally ordered a replacement. It took 5 days to get the new one. I'm glad my customer had other things to repair till it came in. Their prices are pretty high on most things, and they either have to order it, or they don't have it.

The employees were very helpful and knew what I was looking for because I couldn't remember the name of the product I was needing but when I told them that I was going to use it for they knew what I wanted. Thank them for their help

From the employees to the manager, these guys are great. Prices are high, but I don't mind to pay a little extra for excellent customer service and product knowledge.

My family and I recently sponsored a Cruise In that was part of a local festival here in Union County. I dropped off a flyer for advertising and asked if they would post it for me and if they would be interested in donating a few door prizes. I went back today, which is the day of the Cruise In to see if they would be donating any door prizes. They didn't post the flyer I dropped off weeks earlier and they did not donate any door prizes. I left there with $161 worth of door prizes that I purchased, and that will be last the money they will get from me or my family. Over the years my family and I have been loyal partons of Advance Auto, but after today, we will NOT be shopping there anymore.

Apparently this is the one store thats not connected to the system on Core returns from another store. Very difficult to deal with, management was rude with lack of training.

They gave us the wrong parts 3 times and then we got there at 7:58pm they said they are closed and they was nothing they could do when my car was on the side of the road they was just looking at us threw the window like we waa crazy
