Definitely ask for max! He was so helpful and good about explaining everything to me and my roommate which neither of us have a ton of experience with buying cars and he made it all super easy and checked all our boxes when it came to the car we wanted, a payment plan that works perfect for us, Bailey also helped us out a lot and got us set up with insurance that was affordable, 10/10 recommend going here and I know I ll come back in the future

MICHAEL was absolutely the best salesman to have worked with! He listened to our needs, was honest, trustworthy and exceeded our expectations. If you re looking for a vehicle MICHAEL is your go to guy!!! THANK YOU!!! Also we ended up giving them 100.00 more in cash and he called us back telling us to come back and get our money.. (WOW)

Worst place ever ! They ran our credit so many times to try to find us a vehicle . We ended up purchasing a vehicle that we had to return the same day because their service department didn't report the issues that were wrong with the vehicle . We were also told to " take out a payday loan" , so that we can have more of a down payment . These salesman here have absolutely no clue how to deal with customers . We were told we wouldn't be able to get into a SUV with the payment we wanted and the down payment we had . After returning the vehicle we went to a different dealership and ended up in a beautiful SUV with a really nice payment in less than 15 min . I'm still receiving letters from auto loan places because they ran our credit over 20 times . DO NOT GO HERE !!!

Tavish Rio helped us find the perfect vehicle. He worked with us for over 3 hours last night and even stayed after closing on a Saturday! He was so nice and easy to work with.. not over bearing and pushy like your typical car salesman. Tavish and his coworkers were all very friendly and humble. We highly recommend them and will be back if ever looking for another car! Thank you Volunteer Auto (West) for making this experience so enjoyable.

Most Corrupt Dealership in East TN. The cars they sell are lemons and once you leave the lot they will refuse to fix anything. They want to sell you a car at 20%-30% markup and get you upside down in a vehicle. Very honest salesman. They will also tell you that you have a conditional approval of 5k-10k down to avoid paying the $500 they promise for not being approved. The employees are mostly felons and addicts. They have had a sexual assault from a manager towards a female. They have had an employee stealing customers cars. They have also had employees messaging customers wives and girlfriends. BEWARE!!!!

Max was patient and took the time to go over everything with the truck we drove. We felt he was upfront and honest. We ended up buying and were really happy with the warranty they offered as well. I would recommend this place, they definitely took the stress out of the buying experience.

Tavish, Schuyler, and Forest were all wonderful to work with, and I didn t make it easy! My third day in a row coming in, and I finally made a decision. They were very patient and helpful with me and I will come back in the future! Highly recommend!

while my first purchase with this company (Hepperlys) went rather smooth. I continue to get spam calls from them trying to buy my truck back and put me in a newer vehicle. I wasn't shopping for a car or truck at all. just randomly started calling me out of the blue. 1st time I told them no I wasn't interested due to. current interest rates. And that wasn't good enough. the caller got confrontational with and very pushy. I hung up on them after requesting to be removed from the call list. then they called me three other times that day. since then they have been calling me at lest once a week from different locations. won't provide managers information or owners contact information to request to be Removed from call list. and continue to be deaf and suggest a new car for you. once you get accretive, they want to go straight to confrontational. if you ever buy a vehicle from them be prepared to be harassed by unprofessional people. there is a reason they changed their name. seems as if they would have changed their tactics. being desperate for a sale is one thing but harrading a potential customer is absurd. DO NOT RECOMMENDBrent Strange/Vice president said this doesn't reflect their standards .Yet I had just received another two calls today and when I start asking for a manager they refuse, asked what location they are calling from they refused. But it was the W Broadway location looked up the #. After I was hung up on they turned around and called again in which I refused to answer

First time there, went on a Friday to look at some trucks went back Saturday and left in a new Chevy Silverado. Customer service was great. Max Potter helped me the whole way through it all and he s awesome to work with. If I buy a new vehicle I will definitely be back there.

My husband and I went to Hepperly Auto Sales West and we had an amazing experience! We saw Gavin Miller at the West location and he was incredible! We both highly highly recommend them and they tried their absolute best to get us the best price we could get. We both traded in our old cars and got these ones. If you re in need of a new vehicle definitely go see Gavin!!

Disappointed, had appointment to buy car scheduled in the morning. They had already sold the car the night before and still scheduled the appointment that morning. Multiple phone calls after I had purchased a car somewhere else. Shady at best.

Was looking forward to working with them at first communication was spotty on my end due to work and other family issues but I was working with one sales man at this lot and I guess they have other lots as well and I get a call saying hey let s set up a appointment (this was another sales person from another lot )so I do to then not only receive one but two calls from the original sales person I spoke with at this lot in a 10 min time frame If that then I receive a text asking if I set up a appointment which I did and I thought it was with him anyways I tell him I ll come see him instead problem solved right ? No turns out it can t be done a normal way I have to not respond to the other sales person blah blah blah so today comes and o was gonna go see my original sales person and I get a call from the other lot to make sure I m coming in so at this point both lots still think I m coming in my original sales person wants me to text the other sales person and let him know I m not coming this shoulda been felt with internally and not through the customer so utimaltely ended up blocking both party s and decodeing not to buy a car at this time and sit on my down payment a lil longer I woulda loved to go through my original sales person as he knew what I wanted and was aware of my situation but I don t agree with the way this situation way handled

We always call Brian Jones to help us! He always hooks up with the right car salesmen and Billy was the one who took care of us! From the first conversation with Billy he talked to us like he d knew us forever. Recommend this place anytime someone ask us where to buy a car at! Volunteer Auto WEST is the best and ask for Billy. I have dealt with this company several times. 1st time wasn't as pleasant at the time but they did address the problem and took care of it.Let's fast forward a year. I have been through the ringer trying to get a truck. I've been lied too, yanked around and even signed for a truck for them to tell me to bring it back and threatened with charges (not on my fault) and to my witts end. But i reached back out to Byron cause i liked his vibe. Told him what all had happened and he said let me go to work I'm gonna get you in a truck. He got on my nerves (im kidding) for 2 days. Question after question, negotiations and crunching numbers and because i live a good hr or more from this lot he was getting it all set up so i didn't have to be there all night. And when i tell you he had me a truck by the afternoon of the 2nd day, i mean it. He worked on his day off to insure i was approved and was satisfied with my truck. Needless to say i left the lot earlier in a 2018 Chevy and i couldn't be more appreciative! Definitely recommend Byron and the guys @ the Maryville Location. And will be back for my Cummins down the road!

Best car buying experience!!! Taj was super nice and made us feel comfortable but most of all not pressured! We will definitely be referring everyone here!! They also went above and beyond to make sure we got us in the truck we wanted.. it was also at the Lenior city lot they drove us over there to make sure we could see it! Really so happy with the experience and our new to us truck!!

The salesman was great, listened to my needs. I recommend him finding a more honorable car lot to work for. He is too good for them and they don t deserve him.Now for the car lot themselves, I do not recommend. My suv broke down within 7 days. Had to pay $130 to get it towed to the closest shop, then when they were informed Monday morning that it was in the shop, they agreed to cover the cost to fix it. Then claimed that they didn t give the shop permission to fix it, that they would rather tow it 1.5hrs away to fix themselves . Somehow it s my fault the shop fixed it after they told them they would cover it? And now will only cover $700 of the $1300 needed to get it out of the shop.They did not stand true to their word and completely lied to my face when they said they take care of their customers. They lied to me when they said they would cover the cost to fix it. I have the messages to prove it.And to top it all off, the e price is just $1,000 off, but they acted like it was a military discount. No need to lie about a discount.
