We needed a bigger vehicle for our kids but we had poor credit. Donnie would not give up on finding us the right loan and vehicle for our circumstance. Very happy with our new 2021 chrysler voyager!

Jake LeQuire did a amazing job to help my family with a 2021 Nissan rouge. How fast he went through our paperwork and getting us in the car was just amazing. I heavily recommend Jake for anyone that needs a new or used vehicle.

Worst place ever ! They ran our credit so many times to try to find us a vehicle . We ended up purchasing a vehicle that we had to return the same day because their service department didn't report the issues that were wrong with the vehicle . We were also told to " take out a payday loan" , so that we can have more of a down payment . These salesman here have absolutely no clue how to deal with customers . We were told we wouldn't be able to get into a SUV with the payment we wanted and the down payment we had . After returning the vehicle we went to a different dealership and ended up in a beautiful SUV with a really nice payment in less than 15 min . I'm still receiving letters from auto loan places because they ran our credit over 20 times . DO NOT GO HERE !!!

Hands down the BEST dealership in East Tennessee!! Jake LeQuire is the guy you want to see. Not only was he able to work with my not so pretty credit, but he got me in a 2021 Hyundai with low mileage that day and getting me the rates I asked for! He took the time to drive me all the way to sweetwater to pickup my beautiful car and test drove it back with me. He was so very kind and it felt like we had known each other forever! He is definitely a reflection on how wonderful this company is and I will be sending all friends and family his way! If you go check them out, tell him Kaylen sent you.

By far the best experience we've ever had. All the gentleman at the Maryville location were awesome, Especially Barbee and Dan. Barbee is down to earth listens to what you need/want and takes you from there. Showed us options after discussing our money flexibility so we knew up front what we could look at comfortably. For us that meant alot, two of our potential vehicles were at the Knoxville location Barbee sent us with Dan and allowed us to test drive another potential there once we got to the Knox location Dan was awesome kept us informed held conversation with our son and helped us test drive the others vehicles and we brought back our dream car (each location works with each other like a seamless team ,that was awesome to see no competition just teamwork) where Barbee worked us the deal of our lives . After that experience we will never buy another car anywhere else , we are Vol Auto for life !!

I went there 2 weeks ago to look at atruck. Made an appointment and showed up on time. I do not remember salesman name but my experience was horrible. I plainly stated more than once that I didn't want my credit run until we knew if we wanted anything from them. We talked about the truck I came to see. It was not what I was looking for. Explained to salesman what I was looking for. 4 door, 4 wheel drive or awd. After talking it was my understanding he was going to talk to his boss too see if they had anything. He went and pulled my credit, without my consent, and came back and said they needed more money. My question was on what. They never showed us a vehicle. I quickly checked to prove they had pulled my credit. When I started to protest about them doing so without my consent I was told to leave. I wouldn't do business we them or even stop at their lot. Google seems to have decent reviews but better business bureau says alot different. Buyer beware

Easiest car dealer I've ever been to, not only did I score my dream car it was so simple Donnie Lockett was my salesman and he never once pressured me or tried to put me in something else like most dealers do. I recommend Donnie to anyone who's looking for a new ride and Volunteer auto has such a wide selection to choose from great place

Helped my brother buy a 2019 toyota Carolla he went here recently to trade it in for a 2021 jeep compass signed the documents and was out the door. Ten days later the loan didn't go through and instead of returning the full down payment they charged him a rental fee and didn't do nothing to the car. Don't see how they can let the cars off the lot before the loan is approved. Just shady business just glad he was able to get the Carolla back.

Last month my daughter got her first car(that is in her name) from Hepperly's. My husband got a truck yesterday from them. Our salesman both times was Donnie Lockett because he was absolutely amazing to deal with. He was very kind, understanding & did not pressure us into something we wouldn't really want. I may have been one of the exceptions to some customers cause I worked the deals via phone first before stepping foot onto the lot & he was exceptional at keeping me informed with which cars would be possible for us to get into & then when a decision was made he would send for approval & then we went down to test drive & sign paperwork. I have never had such an easy car buying experience! You guys are the best!!!!!! God Bless You!!!!

I Was Also Told I Was pre Approved. They Do That To Get You In The Door And To Avoid Having, To Pay The 500 Dollars They Promised If They Dont Get You Approved. I Guess That s The Way They treat there customers leaving with no car means I was not approved I m pissed to say the least I spent 10 hours of my day and gas for something they could of told me over the phone they could care less
