I faithfully go to Valvoline for oil changes and other basic car maintenance. I had an oil change, automatic transmission fluid change and fuel service done here and it was all done in about 30 minutes. I had planned on getting a new serpentine belt replaced but unfortunately in my particular car they weren't able to change it unless they mounted my engine. They are always quick and knowledgeable and polite. I would highly recommend using Valvoline for an oil change. Their full synthetic oil is more expensive but it lasts quite a bit longer than other blends. For a full synthetic oil change expect to pay around $90 depending on your car. The cost is a little higher but it's a very quick service, taking approximately 10-15 minutes for just an oil change.

A little expensive, 110 for an oil change but on a snowy day you can't beat the convenience. People were great in and out in 20 minutes.Edit: make sure you check your windshield washer fluid. They marked mine as filled but they did not. You would think at their price you would get all you paid for!

Always great. The service at this location in particular, however, was very fast and efficient. Good experience all around. I was in and out in under 30 minutes with a car ahead of me in line when i pulled up.

Went to get my oil changed yesterday. Had to go to JiffyLube because Valvoline did not have an oil filter for my car. 3 of the last four times I have had my oil changed, I have had to go in 500 to 1000 miles early. No oil leak, what is the deal?

BUYER BEWARE!!! We were upsold a transmission fluid change (only went in for an oil change). Within minutes after leaving, the car would not shift from fifth gear. Returned to the Maryville, TN Valvoline where they 'topped-off the transmission fluid.' After leaving the second time, the car stalled in the middle road and had to be towed. Bottomline, the transmission was blown at a repair cost of $2700. The car dealer has since confirmed that the transmission fluid should never have been touched. A very hard lesson learned here. We were told by the store manager (Darius Richardson) that the blown transmission was a coincidence. Really? Darius conducted an "investigation" (and by the way, Darius was the person that actually performed the service) and determined Valvoline (he) was not at fault. Of course he did. The area manager, Josh Witt, also apparently conducted an "investigation" and came to the same conclusion. Of course he did. No responsibility taken. They have closed the "investigation" and will not return our repeated requests through Valvoline CustomerCare to call us to discuss. What comes around goes around so good luck with that guys.Please learn from our mistake and NEVER take your car to the Maryville, TN Valvoline.

Great place to get an oil change! They know how to treat their customers and always in a good mood. Emanuel helped me with my oil change he s a nice respectful young man! He knew what he was doing and to manage his team! Had an overheating issue pop up, thought I'd get an oil change and maybe some coolant. Had a leak I was unaware of, but I believe the guy said their pump for the coolant wasn't working. He was cool enough to go down and bring some back up to top me off. The leak made it unsafe for them to get under the car to change the oil, which is understandable. Thankfully, I was able to get it to a repair shop to get it fixed because of that. Really appreciate the effort he gave in helping me out.

From the second I pulled up such professionalism! Very courteous and respectful. Excellent service and staff. Definitely will be a regular patron. Especially knowing the price can not be beat on an oil change.

We recently moved here and have never heard of or seen a Valvoline in FL. Took a chance and now I won't ever go anywhere else but here. Joe was outstanding!! Him and the rest of the team were very friendly and always take great care of my car They are very fast and always go over prices before hand.They even helped me and my son inside while doing my tire rotation since you can't be in the car for that service and he let the rest of the team know when there was a customer on the floor. They even go the extra mile of checking your turn signals and brake lights that they are working properly. I've never been to another place that does that!! They go above and beyond and I wouldn't recommend any other place but them!!!Services: Tires, Oil change

Valvoline in Maryville, Tennessee put my wife s oil filter on way to tight. Could not get it replaced. Whoever put this filter on needs more training. Very unhappy!!

I hate changing my own oil so I pay them to do it. They're fast. Use coupons every time to save a few bucks. Staff is nice, they really like to offer up charges like everywhere.

Everyone was so nice, and informative. And for it being my first oil change, that I went and had done myself I thought that it was very cool that they took the time to explain things to you, and the fact that they even topped off my fluids made it even better. I apparently didn't have a working blinker light, so they also were able to change that for me too. It's like they left no stone unturned. It was pretty awesome

Been going there for years. They stripped out my drain plug and claimed that the oil caused it. So blatantly lying on top. Then has audacity to say I'll need it fixed and to come back for another oil change. Will never be going back. Per response I was never offered anything this is ridiculous telling me to jump through hoops cause you can't take accountability.

Stripped out my oil pan because they torqued it down way too tight. I brought my own oil to use and they had to drain it out, so they wasted that.No body acted like they wanted to do anything. I usually do my own oil, I went here so I wouldn t have to deal with it. However, there s nothing we can do about it. That was going to happen anytime. I did my oil myself the whole time I ve owned this vehicle. All I know is sitting in the parking lot before entering, I didn t have that problem. Upon leaving I have a stripped out oil pan.So now I have a stripped out oil pan, and $40 bucks in oil wasted.If you want something done right, do it yourself.

Great experience overall. Sounds like they are having issues getting 88 filters in, but never fear because the guy that changed my oil hasn't drove his mustang in 3 months to work(He drove it to work the day I decide to get my oil changed) and he happened to have one brand new 88 filter in his car. Job well done sir!

I love the fact it's a drive in, so you can watch what they're doing to your car. I got an oil change, they checked all my fluids, and aired up my tires and did it very quickly. This was my first time ever having a professional change my oil and let's say this service was quick and efficient! The workers there were SO friendly and professional!!! It was very safe and we were able to stay in our car for the 15 minutes it took for the whole process of changing my oil, refilling all my fluids, airing up my tires and telling me what I'd need to fix on my car next! Wow!!!! These people are awesome and this job is really underrated for the service they provide for our cars and us! Haven't been able to drive my car in 2 months so this was pretty awesome! 1 more off the check list of fixing it up!
