These guys should rename their business "The Pit Stop!" They pur a whole set of tires on my Pathfinder today -- excellently and professionally executed! -- in 45 minutes! For less than $500!!!I'm glad to have found my new amigo's!

Elias is the nicest guy in the world! Ive known his family for years. When I got a bolt in my tire he had it fixed in no time. He and Alexis are honest, hardworking, trustworthy, and knowledgeable guys. They are experts at what they do. Amazing customer service & top notch work thank you so much!

They didn't have my tires (New, in stock). But they found a like new matching set at an unbelievable price. New or Used I'd recommend these guys to anyone...

This is a really difficult one for me. I had a tire that needed replaced and was looking for used to save some money. The one they had that was my size was about $50. A little much for a used tire, but it had quite a bit of tread and did look fairly new...so no issue with that price.I checked in and they had me complete fairly quickly. I even made a comment about how fast they were.But that was where the good ends.As I drove away I started to hear some rattling. Never heard it before I had the tire changed out. Turned out, the person that changed my tire must have dropped my car too hard from having it jacked up. Ended up busting two of my sway bar links. One in the front and one in the back. So all 4 had to be changed out. Also, my car now shakes at high speeds. I assumed some of it was because I had one new tire instead of a pair, so there was some unevenness... but this is beyond that. I don't think they balanced the tire.In the end, they ended up costing me more money than I saved. A lot more.I didn't call them to complain because I really didn't have any proof other than the problems having started after the new tire. So we'll see if they reach out to make it right. I doubt it. My $50 used tire ended up costing me about $60 in parts and about 6 hours of labor. If I were to charge a typical mechanic's hourly rate, it would be in the hundreds of $$.Lesson learned: Don't show up near closing time or they will destroy your vehicle.So two stars for the fast and friendly service only.

I m not sure what the bad reviews are talking about when they say that this company doesn t replace bad tires they sell because they did for me no questions asked. Y all must of been a-holes when you called because they helped me.

Love this place so much they were fast at getting my tire changed today. I was told I'm lucky I made it there. Cause my tire was about ready to have a blow out. The picture was my tire before I got it changed

Great service! We were from out of town, on our way to the mountains for vacation when we ran over a random drill bit in the road and completely busted our tire. They were able to quickly replace it for an affordable price, and we were soon on our way. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I would highly recommend using them if you have the need for any kind of tire service!

Have bought a bunch of tires here. The first time I sent my wife to get tires by herself the charged her $60 more than their quote and put the wrong tires on that I had then order. Definitely lost my business.

Friendly, in and out decent pricing. But (just as a heads up) there's no where to sit so when you pull in you stay in your car, not that big of a deal but some will be caught off guard. Also little hard geeting in and out do to location, size and position of the place.(Best to come in to where your turning right and back in if possible)Overall good experience.

Friendly staff who genuinely tried to be helpful. But the manager/owner was not helpful. Charged $40 to mount and balance a tire that I brought to him. Not only did he not have to take the tire off the car, he didn't want to take the tire off the rim. I was in a time crunch, so I ended up borrowing the tools to cut it off the rim. He refused to give me a discount even though I did most of the work. But I had to be somewhere and did what I needed to do... Which included coming here to let potential customers know what they might be in for if they make the mistake of coming to this place.

I bought a tire & it was dry rotted & it busted on me & they wouldn't replace it or give me a better deal.. I will not be goin to this place again PERIOD!! If anyone goes there make sure they let u check ur tire cause I tried to check mine & nope he wouldn't let me so he knew he sold me a bad one not good service at all.. I'm very mad about it cause it had alot of miles to go on it but nope it BUSTED

The sign says THE BEST ADVERYISING IS WHAT SATISFIED CUSTOMERS DO...Bought a new tire get on the highway to head back to Ohio and they never checked the valve stem tire went flat and ruined the new tire I bought due to negligence never gave me a reciept for the tire so I called and they were very rude owner was nice but rest of staff is horrible. I know from experience that when any tire work is done you should always to a water dip to check for leaks they never did, almost causing me to wreck on highway. I will never use this tire shop again...horrible experience.

Bought 4 tires for 200 dollars. 2 of them went flat before i got home 10 miles away. Both had holes in them. Funny thing the holes were circled. As is no warranty. Said nothing they could do except sell me 2 more full price. What a racket

I bought two tires and had a rotation. The car was in the air in less than five minutes and I was out the door in less than 30! The people and service are great as well as the prices. I'll definitely shop here again.

Bought to tirea that were a match. One tire went flat because it had a hole in the side wall. They did replace it with a diffrent tire that was not a match with the other tire I bought. The tire they replaced had a match but wanted to charge me another $15 dollars to replace the other tire so they would match. Not good business practice. Will not be back to this place again.

Good place for a used tire. They are a little expensive but they usually have what you need when others don't. Service was fast and friendly

Showed up to Universal Tires after they were closed. My dad needed air in his tire before he headed back to Illinois at 4 in the morning. A gentlemen came out and kindly helped us. Hats off to these guys for your sense of community

I have done business with these guy over and over and will continue always ppl great work more then fair price and were willing to help when other shops said they couldnt work on my 40x15.50r20. These guys tackled it .

Super quick tire change! I had a new tire i stalled in less than 25 mins and that was with 2 or 3 people ahead of me. Highly recommend.

Stopped in to have a tire patched. They rolled the jack directly to my truck, didn't even have to move. Had it done in no time. Very pleased with Universal Tires.
