Robert has been great to me and fair prices that's what I like about this place he makes sure to keep me updated. My only complaint is I wish it was a little faster but I am having alot done and I understand he needs to take his time to do it right and he has a busy schedule. Other than that thank you Robert for making me feel welcome at superior auto! I will update the post once I get my vehicle back.

I got a message from you guys about my car from whenever I took it in about 7-8 months ago. Hi Peyton, it's Robert from Superior Auto Services, llc. I noticed we haven't seen you at the shop in a while. Everything OK? That s when I said, Yeah? Did you expect my car to be broken? It actually was after you "fixed it" and over charged me... $1414 and my car was even more broken. I couldn't turn my steering wheel which almost killed me, there was a tear in the new power steering pump you put in. I had to take out a loan do to it being over priced... and now I'm in debt, so thank you for that... you ruined someone's chance to be financially stable. I took it somewhere else for the same problem and they only charged me $340. So thank you for ruining someone's life.You should honestly be thankful I didn't put out a law suit. I still could. I have witnesses with pictures and other mechanics that actually Fixed my car. Usually I wouldn't be bitching about something like this but I ALMOST DIED. Not just my life in danger but someone else's as well, a complete stranger could have gotten hurt or worst because of an error you made before handing my keys back. It was sitting there long enough for you to test drive it and fix it. But you couldn't even do that... it's not about trying better, it's about doing better or you'll cause someone to lose there life do to a faulty error of yours.And before you say you test drove it and it was fixed... the steering wheel would barely turn, there was a big puddle of power steering fluid under my car and the power steering pump was broken after you just put it in. Almost caused me to hit 4 cars, and a few pedestrians because my steering wheel wouldn't turn (cause of you)... and that's not even why I was there... I was there cause my starter went bad.... $1414... worthless. Let s look at the real side of reality here. Your screwing broke people over you said you didn t have space in your lot for my car to sit there for one more day so I can get paid and be able to get my car back without going broke but no, I had to pull out a loan and now I m in debt. Think of how many people have done that for you and if they have actually returned. And one last thing your kids running around the shop is a horrible safety hazard. As a parent, I would never let my kids play around dangerous tools in a workshop. Wanna say they don t? One of them broke something in my car, that you guys said they broke and wouldn t charge me for (which you actually did). And it was a part that didn t even needed to be taken out. Hopefully we can find a way to solve this.

Heather is kind, friendly, and always helpful.Robert is very impressive on his knowledge of cars. Diagnosis your cars issue immediately. Unbelievable service and extremely reasonable. Robert is willing to go above and beyond. I Love This place! They've always been promt to my service and very Reasonable with their prices not to mention their Hospitality. I would recommend anyone and everyone to take their vehicle to Superior Auto their #1 in my book.

Just bought a 2013 Ford Fusion probably the worst experience of my life As soon as we got it the transmission went out he took it in to his shop as he insisted and kept it for 2 months so we're making payments on a car we can't even drive and he never fixed it we had to have it towed to another shop.New reportIt's 2023, and my car still doesn't run. Just keep making payments. I hope you are very happy with yourself. Did not even receive my tags until 16 months after purchase. I found out the miles had been rolled back twice, and now the engines burned up. I have only driven this car for 2 weeks at most, but I've owned it for 3 years

To this day this shop is one of the best I've experienced. The work was done quickly (within hours), on the weekend and at an outstanding cost. It's been over a year since I got the vital repair to my suspension system (which had snapped in half) and the car, more than 20 years old, is running like a dream. I cannot recommend this place enough. So thankful.Service: Steering & suspension repair

After reading the article by WATE this place shouldn t even be selling cars. There license expired in April and will be revoked soon once the State finds out they issued more than 2 temporary plates. Poor Mr. Williams hasn t even received his permanent tags yet. I m a salesman for a reputable business myself and I can tell you, we ve never had anyone wait over a year for their plates. Something shady is going on here.

I caution you with the owner of this business. He is extremely scary and rude and talks down to women. While having my vehicle serviced, the owner was arguing with his wife in front of me and another customer. It was very awkward and I hope that she is able to get away from that guy. He wasn t nice to her. And he certainly hasn t been anything close to respectful to me. A customer. When I was driving home from this auto shop, my car wouldn t start. The owner jumped my vehicle and sent me on my way saying that the jump would charge my car enough until the next day. I made it home but sure enough my car wouldn t start the following day. I called the owner of the shop and he spoke to me as if He was some kind of thug. It was sick. I told him to not speak to me that way and he continued. This man is not an honest business owner and he is extremely disrespectful. He wanted his money and didn t give a hoot about my vehicle or my safety. Steer clear from this auto shop.Also, their Yelp reviews are all terrible. Such a scam.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Battery, Oil change

I have over 30 years of professional fleet management experience and have taken my personal vehicles to Superior Auto Services for extensive body repair and paint along with suspension, brakes and engine performance issues. Robert always communicates in advance of any repairs and completes the work on-time with no issues. Stay clear of this place. $2000.00 and the car still isn't fixed. Plus a couple of new things damaged. Supposedly going to revisit the issue again Wednesday. We'll see.FYI: Power steering pump was replaced. Along with A/C compressor and starter. All this just to get the car back running?Now spraying fluid everywhere. Also, you were paid in full on day of pickup.UPDATE: Car taken elsewhere for repairs. When your shop replaced the power steering pump, they stripped out two bolts and left it. One bolt putruding out an inch. This made it impossible to tighten the hose for the steering fluid, also left untightened. Also broke the reservoir on the new pump, which is not sold separately. I took the car to Chapman Enterprises in Knoxville for correct repairs.

Robert, Marissa, and Heather are incredible. They migrated from out of state and have been an awesome contribution to their community. They always repair my car in a timely manner, the repairs have always been done well, and they have charged very fair prices for their services. A convenient location right on the highway near points of interest like local favorite restaurants and other shopping choices. Robert and his staff are amazing. Providing professional and courteous service to their customers. I just relocated to Maryville and have taken both my wife s and my vehicle for service. Extremely happy we found an honest and reasonable mechanic near our house. I d highly recommend Superior Auto Service!!! Keep up the great service all!

When it was time to say good-by to our 2006 mini-van and our 2011 Nissan Leaf, we decided to have them detailed before selling them on Facebook Marketplace. Superior Auto did a great job, and I'm sure this helped us to sell both vehicles quickly and at a fair price. I wish we'd done it sooner so we could have enjoyed some of the benefits ourselves! We highly recommend this business for detailing work, and we will be trying them out for general maintenance on our vehicles as well.Service: Auto detailing

i am always pleased and feel very comfortable with my vehicle in Robert hands.His price for labor is always very fair and he do not try to be push you to get you to let him make more repairs just to make more money, the only time he will make an important point is if there is a dangerous issue with your vehicle that could result in you getting stranded or could even cause an accident.I went in for just an oil change, suspensions replace, headlight restoration & car detail and he was so very thorough on checking 25 points of the vehicle and he actually check them and let you know the result of each item.Robert was personable and pleasant to work with. And he even took the time to shop around for a better deal on the parts.You cannot beat a 10% labor discount! I will always go back and recommend you do as well!I was very happy with SUPERIOR AUTO SERVICES, LLC, I will come back and would choose them for all my mechanical needs.

I had my wife's SUV and my truck detailed by Robert. Both came out looking like they just came out of the show room!! In the 12 yrs we have been here I have had my car detailed, but none can come close to what Superior Auto did. Robert is personable and pleasant and very friendly, easy to work with. Give them a try you won't be sorry. He has me as a new customer....

"Wanting to know why Williams has not received his title, WATE s Don Dare went to Superior Auto Services to try and speak with the operators, Marissa and Robert Momolu. When Dare attempted to speak with Robert at the dealership, he slammed the door in Dare s face."

Had my ignition interlock installed at superior auto, the did such a shady job my car almost caught fire ,they disconnected the alarm and door locks on my $20,000 mercedes, and the new wires that installed shorted out and melted to my dorm jamb,wire shouldn't have even been ran they ,should have went through firewalll ...of course they refuse to repair what the messed up,I wouldn't trust them to repair it anyways....very unprofessional, couldnt even talk to person at register they had so many kids yelling and screaming that had total run of the garage....AVOID THIS GARAGE AT ALL COST

We have tried several other auto detailers in the Maryville area but we were not pleased with the results of any of them. We decided to try Superior. They are a new establishment, opening in March 2020. We are very pleased with the results. They shampooed the carpets throughout, including the trunk, they cleaned the engine compartment, they cleaned the under carriage, AND since they noticed my check engine light on, they contacted us about the much needed oil change and they performed that as well. They gave us 10% off since we were new customers. They exceeded my expectations and the cost was extremely competitive in relation to what we have paid in the past at other places. It s a professionally ran, family owned establishment that we will definitely be visiting for all of our auto needs! I would recommend them to anyone who wants superior service at a great price!

Robert did an amazing detail job inside/out on my sons car. For a 4 year old car, it looked new. When we bought the car there were stains on the ceiling and floor and now they are all gone. He paid attention to the details which were very important to me. His price is reasonable and his quality of work is exceptional. I will use Robert again.

Don't go to this guy for anything. Obviously he is not a honest man and his demeanor toward reporters was way out there .So don't buy or let this place work on your vehicles ..NOT A HONEST MAN doing DUI devises on cars have nothing to do with selling cars with no titles .

Robert did a great job diagnosing the problem with my van and communicating my options to fix it. Repairs were done the same day and his professionalism was top notch! He made me feel comfortable making a decision about my car when I have no mechanical knowledge to speak of and that s a nice change of pace! I bought a 2004 ford EPR I paid $7000 for the truck with the understanding Robert would fix the truck, well that was 1 year ago. got tired of 1 excuse after another why he was unable to get the truck fixed his equipment was broken blab blab blab nothing but excuses a years' worth so I took to another repair shop and they were unable to fix it due to it having a bent frame ,I paid I pay that much for a truck I should be able to drive it , I try to contact Robert and figure out what's going to be done about this I got another excuse and he hung up on me ,

I wanted my car detailed bc with 2 kids it just needed it. I was thinking they could get to some spots better than I could but wasn't really sure how it would go. I was skeptical because there are just so many detailing places around Maryville and I wanted to get the best deal for the price I was paying. I was completely blown Away. My car looks brand new and I. have had this car for 4 years. Great job! I will be back!

Reading these reviews it seems that this guy takes no responsibility for when someone is not happy but more than happy to take credit on the extremely rare occasion that someone leaves a good review and he has now hit the big time with Don dare and WATE investigating

Superior Auto Services LLC is the place you want to take your auto for all your auto needs. Robert the owner/ mechanic is very friendly and professional in his work. He detailed my suv perfectly. He does a very thorough job. I am impressed with his work. I definitely will be bringing my suv back for all future repairs and detailing. Thank you Robert. I appreciate you. Was having a power issue going up hill.Was. T old after a day it was a transmission sensor, then the next day I needed a while new transmission. When I got it home it would no longer even start. Which it was doing fine before it left our home. Needless to say I am still down 1 car that now will not even crank.Update was intake manifold
