Had my car towed here after a wreck, they instantly were very helpful. Very communicative. Only took a couple weeks to fully repair and that was with no appointment. Got my car back and the work was amazing. They even cleaned my car inside and out. Fully would recommend this place.

I've dealt twice now with Stinnett Collision, and both experiences were top notch. I was working with State Farm Insurance, and Stinnett is not in their 'preferred network' since they refuse to do sub par work and use inferior parts. Fortunately, State Farm agreed to the estimate provided, and I was able to use them with no issues. Their work is second to none, it was well worth the 3 week wait to get my car in. Once they got started, it was completed in under 30 days and I'm completely satisfied with the results. Won't use any other body shop!

I wish I could leave another review instead of having to edit my old one! They did such a good job 3 years ago for me on a car I HATED that I trusted them implicitly for my car that I absolutely LOVE.They are professional, thorough, and have a keen attention to detail. My car is one that is commented on quite frequently in the community, as it has a large Transformer graphic on the side, and it needed a repair on the rear bumper from a parking lot accident. They had me fixed in under 30 days, and the rear end is as flawless as it was before the accident. Not only that, my car is CLEAN both outside and IN, how's that for excellent customer service? Just a pleasure to deal with, GREAT company.

The vehicle looks better today than it did 6 months out of the showroom. Precision work and very detail oriented. They do not cut corners. There is a reason they guarantee their work for the life of the vehicle.

Stinnett s auto did a great job on my model 3 Tesla. They were able to completely fix all damage and kept me inform throughout the whole process. Dennis, who was the main mechanic on the car, was able to walk me through the process and deliver this best estimate on time and procedure. The cars finish was great!

My family and I have used Stinnett s for YEARS! Amazing work and their customer service is top notch! I always feel like family as soon as I walk through the door. Skylar Wolfe has been been WONDERFUL to work with! He is very professional and takes care of everything. He always keeps me updated with the process which above all is very important to me. Do not leave used tires at places where they don t belong it s considered littering you didn t do it on accident and you made eye contact before leaving in the company truck I have no knowledge of this business or how it does but I can tell you how it s perceived, when two grown men step out of one of there company vehicles to leave trash I see this is dishonest, and anyone in upper level management should be bothered by this it testifies to how this business is willing to cheat the system, and do dirty things I wouldn t trust them with my vehicle because I can t trust them with even used tires men were easily identifiable these men should be ashamed in the business to deal with them properly. Is this how you treat your community? Can you find the appropriate to leave trash other businesses? Would you want your customers to see how shady that is?

Absolutely the Best body shop in Tennessee, I ve taken 3 cars there and am continuously impressed with the perfection of their work, and the color match is extraordinary. Also, the customer service and warranty work is exceptional, had 1 issue that didn t show itself for 6 months, and when I contacted them they were super professional, had me bring it in, schedule a time (at my convenience) and provided me a loaner while they performed the warranty work, these guys really stand by their work and do so with a smile and professionalism that you just don t see these days. This is the only place I will Ever take my car for any body work on my car. Thanks so much Zach, Mitch, Jacqueline, and the rest of the awesome team there!!!

Very happy with this shop! I recently hit a deer with my car and was so impressed with how perfectly Jonah color matched my Plum Crazy Purple hood and front bumper to the rest of my vehicle. You wouldn t even know I had had an accident!

Unfortunately this is the 2nd time I ve had to use them for auto body repair. I can t speak highly enough of everyone there. Jacqueline made the entire process so easy with my insurance and with the rental car. I would recommend to all my family & friends. Everyone at Stinnetts deserves the !

I am new to the area and did not know who to trust. I had been in the Automotive field for 7 years and have a strong understanding on how things work. I hit a raccoon after my first week in town in my 2021 Tesla Model 3. At first I thought there was just minor cosmetic damage to the small lower grille, but then I started noticing issues the next day or 2. The Tesla Service Center in Knoxville referred me to a few different body shops. Stinnett's being the only one in Maryville. I chose to trust them.I worked with Shawn and we had a little bit of a bumpy start dealing with the insurance and teardown needed. Shawn was patient through the process and despite me knowing how things work, he did a great job explaining everything in detail. The final result was me getting my vehicle back in pre-accident condition a week or 2 early. Part of this was because my parts arrived a day early, but Shawn and his team went the extra mile and completed the work ahead of schedule.Not only did they do a great job, ahead of schedule, but they suggested a way to save me money and even touched up a nick on my passenger door; separate from the accident.Upon picking my vehicle up, I met the owner Zach who seemed very down to earth and gave me a good idea of their company's culture. Was it a flawless experience, no. But I have come to know that in the automotive field, there rarely is. It is up to the people of the business to make things right and Shawn, Zach and their crew did just that.I strongly recommend them to any Tesla owner or other vehicle that needs body work.

Well I wouldn t even call it an experience I went there to have a minor repair done to the front of my car and bc i had my own parts they wouldn t even do the work come to find out through the entity they get their parts from the bumper would ve cost me $500-$600 bucks just for the part so I found one online perfect fit for $100 bucks so I d say I wouldn t recommend them to anyone bc they re gouging people for parts! Horrible . 0 stars!
