I had an awesome 6-0 th BIRTH-day watching Big Gun (AC DC) tribute band at The Shed! Great atmosphere! Awesome staff!

Hands down the best experience I've ever had buying any vehicle. Huge selection of new and used bikes, riding gear and accessories. The sales team was extremely patient and helpful in the hours we spent going over options and making the decision on which bike to purchase. Was even able to purchase the bike and have a few things installed that day while we finished finance paper work. I'll be returning next weekend for the Harley Davidson riding academy and would happily make the 4 hour drive here before going to any other Harley store.

Great dealership. Very big. Large selection of anything you need or want. The Shed had good food and the price was good. It was super busy and I had 50 people in front of me at least. But the line moved fast. After I ordered it was less than 5 minutes before I received my food. Smokey Mountain Bike Week was great while I was there. Can t wait to see how it grows.

Smokey mountain Harley is one of the last remaining places where you are instantly family. In a world of corporate drive just for money. This dealership is refreshing. From the front door to the back of the dealership they deserve a 10 out of 10!

Its like the Harley shop of all Harley shops. Not only the largest Harley Dealership in the area but also accompanies a well laid out property that has a great venue for concerts and activities as well their own BBQ restaurant and bar. They have some massive smokers where they smoke their own pork, briskets etc. Damn good too! But can't forget the vast selection of bikes and accessories. Large facility and grounds where there's always activities and great place to hang out!

Purchased a new 2022 Fatboy here. Took the bike back in for the first service and a free bike wash. I'm sure it was an honest mistake but the cleaner had badly streaked the clear coat on the rims beyond repair. They picked my bike up and replaced the rims and tires. They had it looking good as new and promptly returned it all free of charge. I'm extremely satisfied with the effort in making things right. Great showroom of new and used bikes. Great staff, good food and live music. Nice selection of accessories and apparel I'll definitely be back.

I've always loved getting my jeans here. They last quite a while.. But I wanted some new ones.. So we go up there & they changed the way they size them. What no more petite!!! I'd have to cut the length.. If I want flare that's not going to work,, straight legged maybe. But I'm not going to spend that kind of money to have to take my pants and have them altered.. So I guess I'll be shopping elsewhere for my jeans.. the employees are great. The girls behind the counter were great. She was really helpful and she understood where I was coming from. I'm all 4'9" I need petite and you guys are not carrying them now and that is just wrong.

We love this Harley dealership. We came for Bike Week and as busy as they were, they squeezed us in and got a new rear tire put on in a couple hours. The staff is absolutely wonderful!!!

Rented a bike here using Twisted Road website. Exceptional experience top to bottom. These guys know their bikes and took great care of me. The bike itself was excellent. 2022 Pan America is the best HD I have ridden. When I buy a new one I will buy here.

Had a great experience here from the moment I walked through the door. My wife and I had found a motorcycle that we wanted to check out in person and went on a Sunday to see it. Staff was friendly immediately and we were introduced to Josh Hall as our sales person. Talked with him for a little while about one bike specifically but wanted to check what else was in stock as well. While looking at other bikes someone else decided to run numbers on the one we ultimately wanted. I let Josh know that if the deal fell through I wanted to move forward on that bike. We left for the day and shortly after Josh called to let us know the bike was available if we wanted to work up a deal. He stayed in communication throughout the entire process. Enter Erik in financial who worked his magic to get us a deal we were happy with. He did everything he could to make sure we could get on the bike we wanted. Once I was able to test ride the bike to be positive it was wanted we finalized the deal and they even fixed a small issue I wasn t completely happy with on the bike. Met with Ron who went over all of the specs and and options this bike had to offer. He was also very friendly and personable and helped with the great experience. On top of all of this I had forgot to look at some things I wanted to purchase while there as well and Josh had Matt from from parts reach out to me so we could everything else I wanted taken care of. He set aside what I was looking for and I picked it up the next day. From start to finish we have had a great experience from everyone involved and we are extremely happy with our Harley we purchased! Would recommend this location to anyone looking for anything Harley related. We look forward to hanging out at The Shed and getting plenty of rides in! Thanks again to everyone we met during this process!

Best Harley Davidson dealer ever. Not only the most bikes I've ever seen in one place, but merchandise everywhere you look. Outrageous size service center, too.Let's not forget about the smoke house and bar on the premises. Oh, and stage where bands entertain on weekends.

I purchased my first Harley bike from smoky mountain, Harley Davidson, I went into the dealership, looking for a BMW, dual purpose motorcycle. After talking to Ted the salesman there he informed me of the better deal by buying a Harley versus a BMW in which that there are more dealerships available throughout the country than BMW dealerships, so if I was a long ways from home, I had better options to have my bike worked on! Ted was very great in being attentive and knowledgeable, I would highly recommend talking to him when you get there. A.k.a. Terrible Ted, just a name I call him ha ha.

4/13/23 - brought my bike in to get fluids changed, and to get a good look over due to the fact that I just purchased it. The service representative named Cody was the one that checked me in and helped with making sure everything we needed to get done for the bike with being handled. Cody took his time and was very diligent. He did what he said he was going to do. Can't wait to pick up my bike here soon. I'll let you know how that part goes. 4/15/23 - My bike was complete and picked up today. Took it for a ride and wow what a difference! Everything seems to be running on point. When I was picking it up we figured out maybe something else that could be going on so Cody was able to schedule me to come in the next week and see if we can't get that situation handled. Very happy with the great customer service! Definitely bringing my bike back.

I needed a 10k service and a new tire while traveling. I made an appointment for Labor Day, yes Labor Day. They have service 7 days a week! Got me in for 10am(when they open) and I was out by 1:30. They were incredibly busy, so I thought that was pretty good.What made it take longer was the wash bay. They give your bike an excellent wash after service, not just a wipe down like many dealers do. I tipped my washer $10 and he truly appreciated it. I don't think that happens often. I'd like to change that. If your happy with your wash, please tip your washer. They work hard for minimum wage. Many new workers at Harley dealers start out in the wash bay.

Me and my girlfriend purchased two bike here last year. She decided on a Sportster and while she was doing the paper work I found one I liked. They did all the paper work on her and the loan through a local Credit credit Bureau with a low interest rate. The loan Lady was supposed to do the same for me. After all said and done. My fault for thinking she was going to run my through the same loan company like Discussed. She ended up going with Harley Which had a ridiculous interest rate that was not discussed till it was too late. And all she could say was sorry she forgot. Went to look at trading at a Harley Dealership in Florida and they couldn t believe how bad they had Screwed me. So make sure you look at the paper work before you sign.

Always friendly and helpful people here. They go out of their way to make riding a pleasant experience. They always have the best selection of bikes, and the sales people do their best to make you a great deal. They're like family!

I liked this place so much I bought the 2023 Ultra Limited on a Saturday , they delivered to my honeymoon 4 hours away on Monday morning. LoLo was patient and thorough.

Good selection of bikes for sale. I stood around, staring at a specific bike, for about 30 minutes. Not 1 sales rep came up to me during that time. 3 sales reps congregated together talking to each other... I guess they sold enough bikes today and don't want my $.***Udpate*** Came in again today (9/20/23), just to see if Kay time was a fluke... not a fluke! Walked around the bike for another 30 minutes, and NOT A SINGLE PERSON came to talk to me. Again, a group of sales reps were congrated together having a casual conversion (see attached photo with 4 sales people... i didn'teven try to be inconspicuous with this picture). I guess I'll have to wave a wad of cash around to get noticed... by the way, I'm NOT A small guy! I'd rather drive/fly to a dealership in another state than deal with Smokey Mountain H-D sales reps!!!

I shonuff LOVE this place!Huge dealership and a welcoming and knowledgeable staff with a huge selection of both new and used HDs of all shapes and sizes.Kevin (Rev) showed us around and let us take a Heritage out for a spell.I live in Ohio (for now) but when I buy my next one, I'll likely trade my current Fat Boy in in Knoxville. Could have hung out for two more hours but they weren't going to be open longer than the time it took us to GTFO.

Curtis my salesman was very thorough and professional. I think he is new but did a great job. Everybody there was very friendly from the greater, the salesman, finance, service, parts, and final delivery. The guy in delivery did an awesome job of going over every control and button that was on the bike. When I left the dealership I didn't have to try and figure out what the buttons were for. I already checked on the H-D calendar and marked my calendar for two rides that Smoky Mountain H-D is doing. Of all my years of buying cars and motorcycles Smoky Mountain H-D is buy far the best experience I have every had.

Always looking on the great website then I found a bike l liked so went to look at took a test drive and pulled the trigger.Been riding an 04 Ultra classic for 10 years and wanted a lighter bike. Ended up with a Dyna Switchback and Love it. The staff is really great!

Smoky Mountain HD is a motorcyclist wonderland! Had an awesome experience buying my 2014 Triglide. Mary stayed in touch until we arrived, had the bike polished and sitting out front. It was love at first sight. Shug made us feel at home as we worked our way through the tranaction and Touring Tina gave me confidence on my first trike ride. Everyone was fantastic, but the girls at Smoky Mountain made my dreams come true. You girls ROCK!!!

We go to The Shed for concerts regularly, its 1.5 hrs away and worth every minute. Great place to see a show, buy a Harley and eat some BBQ!

First weekend of May there were 10 of us ladies who rode out to Maryville, TN from Wichita Kansas to attend She Rides Moto. We were so impressed with the dealership, The Shed, and all of the employees (and especially thank you to Becker in Service). It was an amazing trip, and thanks to Smoky Mountain HD! Thank you from The Litas Wichita for a weekend full of great route recommendations, good food and drink, and live tunes!
