Keith provided excellent service after I purchased my Shocks and Struts. He agreed to install them after they were delivered to the house. He kept me well informed of the cost of labor and a approximate time my car would be finished. I'm definitely using his garage as my go to place for service and repairs plus having work performed at a reasonable cost. Thank you for your services.

Took my son's car to this place after he had been in a wreck. The owner is an old school straight shooter who repaired only what was needed for a very fair price, and did not try to add any unnecessary costs to the work being done. He is a solid mechanic with a quality mind set. I plan on going back if needed, and I'm very untrustworthy of mechanics in general if that tells you anything.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Keith was recommended to me by a close friend and I've been to Service Plus enough times to realize I will not take my car anywhere else. I wholeheartedly trust their word which is hard to come by especially if you're a single woman who tends to be leery of being taken advantage of. My car is always ready the same day (no major work done) which is great since I cannot leave it. I highly recommend you talk to Keith or a member of his crew before you spend too much time and money somewhere else, especially a dealership.

I have been taking my vehicles to Keith for 30 years now. He is very honest and will not do work that you don't need done. His prices are very reasonable as well. Highly recommended!

I have used Keith as my mechanic since he first started many years ago. He has always gone above and beyond my expectations and has always been honest and helpful. I would reccomend Service Plus to anybody. You will always be satisfied with Keith and his guys. 4/28/20. As a new side note i just wanted to say ive moved to Knoxville and i tried a couple repair places up here and i was unimpressed and i will make the drive from now on to keep on giving my business to Service Plus!

I have used Keith exclusively for all my vehicle repairs for over 25 years. I don't even call him anymore to ask the cost for a given repair because he is always reasonable. Other than being extremely competent and totally honest, he has the two most desirable traits I could hope for in a mechanic; (1) he will never recommend any work be done that is not necessary, and (2) he explains what is needed and why a given repair was or will be needed. I now drive 100 miles in each direction to use him for anything I cannot do myself, because he really is that qualified and fair. I wish other contractors were!

Bought a car from a used car lot and in less than a month I had to have it checked out cause it was leaking antifreeze. I was referred to Keith by 4 people and I'm glad I used him. Very reasonable pricing. Hopefully I don't need to go again anytime soon. But if I do.. He's my go to guy..

Best automotive repair at the best rates! Quality guaranteed work, very pleased with all of the work I ve had done here. They are very honest, you re not going to be recommended to get something repaired that doesn t need repaired. I wish all shops had the same integrity.

Parents and grandparents have been using Service Plus for years. I don't trust anyone else, plus they're the cheapest, do amazing work and are honest! I always recommend them.

Kieth is the best there is for auto repair! Have been taking my cars here for service for several years and am ALWAYS over-satisfied with the customer care and quality of work. Never once felt taken advantage of like most other repair shops! Great small business!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Wonderful! And stands by his work! As a woman, I have been to other service shops and been told I needed very expensive repairs. Came here and had my car fixed right up without needing those repairs. Love it.

The owner is a very honest guy, good communication. My car was like upgraded after I fixed my break problem and IAC problem here. The price is fair as well. I would definitely recommend them.

You cannot beat the most honest mechanic in Blount County Knox County Loudon County Sevier County. If you want quality work at a real reasonable price go to mr. Keith year out! Very honest businessman very honest!
