I will never go to another auto parts store. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and Morgan was awesome with my kids and showed them how to change out my windshield wipers!! I d give them 10 stars if Google would let me.

Open on time or update your hours to reflect your actual operation. Multiple workers sitting in the parking lot, with the "Open" sign lit up and the store still locked up. I just needed a battery.

Valerie found the battery I needed - at the lowest price I could find...and even installed it for me. We purchased my wife's Honda battery a year ago based on the price and returned because of the service.

Always a great experience! Unlike other auto parts stores, they do not treat me as if I was an uninformed female. They are respectful and a great group of people. At least they don't ask me if I am sure of the part I need or advise me to double check with my boyfriend to make sure I am purchasing the right thing, unlike Advance or Auto zone (my personal experiences at both). Vincent and his team have always made me feel welcomed and wanted in their store. I won't order parts from anywhere else for our Acura, Nissan, or Mazda. They are my one stop shop. Great place for tools and accessories.

By far my favorite auto parts store. My wife and I needed new headlight bulbs. As usual they had them. The guys were very helpful and even installed the bulbs for us. We gave the guys a good tip for the help. Simply great guys.

Very helpful. Gave me good advice on how to fix my truck. I was going to buy a part from them but they didn't have it and they did not try to sell me one and helped me anyway. Blake knew his stuff and helped immensly.

I went in there for one item, and while I was in there the employee at the counter was talking politics to another customer who obviously wasn't interested, and who was irritated and just wanted help with a part. And I had to wait this whole time. But the store was clean, well stocked, and I found what I needed. Just could have done without the early morning politics.

Morgan Huskey went above and beyond to help my son find the correct bolts for a trailer tire that came off his trailer while he was enroute pulling his lawn equipment. Scary moment for me as a mom and Morgan was the rainbow to a stressful day.

Customer Satisfaction!! I've always used O'Reilly's Auto Parts For My Automotive Needs, Its Not Just About The Excellence In The Performance Of Parts, Its Also About The Great Customer Service You Get With Your Visit, I Found Myself Here At O'Reilly's Looking For A New Carburetor For My 1964 Chevrolet And Justin Was Great And Took Charge In Assisting Me And Showing Me My Options And What Would Be The Better Deal, I Decided On Buying The Edelbrock Brand For My Engine, When The Total Came Up I Was 10.52 Cents Short On My Purchase I Was Thinking I May Have To Wait Until A Later Date But Justin's Great Customer Service Instincts Kicked In And He Paid The 10.52 For Me Out Of His Own Pocket To See Another Customer Satisfied, He Showed Dedication And Loyalty To The Company In Making The Sale, It's Customer Representatives Like Him That Truly Make O'Reilly's Stand Out From All The Rest, He Showed Great Leadership In As Well In Doing So. I Truly Appreciate The Great Customer Service I Have Received At O'Reilly's, I Wouldn't Ever Think About Going Anywhere Else For My Automotive Needs, The Dedication He Has For The Company Is Outstanding And Deserves To Be Awarded, Thank You Justin And O'Reilly's You've Truly Made This Company Better Than Your Competitors, In Every Great Establishment Is Greater Employee's Like Justin Running The Show!!! The lack of customer care by the staff here is sad.I ve overheard derogatory comments out of the staff as well as having to wait for 10 minutes or more to buy wiper blades while only one kid was manning the front. When he tried to get help someone yelled out from the back that he would have to just wait a minute.I took my business down to Advance Auto Parts and bought the same blades and the guy even installed them for me.

I would rather go here than anywhere else, these guys know what they are talking about unlike Auto Zone who doesn't know what the difference between an oil drain plug and a lug nut. If you have a problem and if you tell them details, they will diagnose the problem with you and help you choose the right part that will fix said problem. They have not led me astray yet.

I came in one day to get my check engine light checked. The guy was really nice and told me other things that night be causing that code. I really appreciated that abs was thankful for the help!

this is my go-to I feel like their parts are a little more expensive than AutoZone or advanced but you always get quality I've had less trouble at electronic components and my man Lance always takes the best care of me from turning brakes to checking batteries and alternators to finding me the parts I need
