Finding fluids you need is getting harder and harder.Keep more manual transmission fluid in stock I hate having to order it all the time and wait.And stop giving me the excuse that it's more convenient is why it's more expensive. It's not convenient when I have to order it and wait just as long as if I ordered it online.

Need both front and back windshield wipers for my car and the staff was always professional, helped with putting the wipers on my car and always gave me good recommendations on wipers when looking through their inventory. It s also super affordable depending on what products you get.

Most of the guys at this store really know their stuff. I prefer to do my own auto repair work and these guys have helped me out on several occasions. Look for the really tall dude (sorry I can't remember his name). Hard worker and knows his stuff! Great store and staff.

Went in due to a headlight out, associate greeted me, asked if he could help, recommended the brightest bulb that I asked for, and double checked to make sure they were the right part #. Great experience all around!

Visiting from out of town and found my truck battery was dead this morning. Took it in this afternoon to have a new one installed. A young man named Brody was on it in a second. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Great store and Brody really helped us out. Great guy who knows his business! Thanks again.

O'Reilly Auto Parts is a good store for all automotive needs, and I have had mostly positive experiences with them. The store's layout is well-organized, making it easy to find the specific parts or accessories I require.The staff is knowledgeable and always willing to offer assistance, making my shopping experience smooth and efficient. Moreover, the availability of quality auto parts at competitive prices is a major plus.However, I have encountered a few instances where certain items were out of stock, which can be frustrating when I'm in a hurry. Despite this minor hiccup, O'Reilly Auto Parts remains my trusted destination for reliable auto supplies, and I highly recommend them to fellow car enthusiasts!

I gave these guys 5 stars because me and family went on vacation and was over 100 miles from home and started having break issues. These guys loaned me every tool they possibly could to help me out and change the brakes on my truck me and family thank you so very much. I know yall didn't have to but it was very appreciated.

Went to this location with a friend to get some slotted rotors turned. This particular location recently got a new machine that allows them to do regular and slotted rotors (I don't think they can do drilled rotors though, so I would recommend to call and ask). The staff was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Will definitely come to this location again in the future for getting rotors turned.

Based strictly on service .or lack of service. We were looking for floor mats and the staff never acknowledged we were in the store and never offered to help. When we checked out we interrupted the conversation the 4 employees behind the desk were having. No thank you, no concern. Probably our last stop at this store. I ll spend more $$ for good service.

Bought $1000 turbo took it in for warranty ordered a new one which I had to call corporate to get the manager at the store to order it because he was accusing us of trying to scam them saying that we didn t buy the turbo we were just trying to get a new one. We left him the old turbo, and had forgotten to take some parts off of it went back to get the parts the same day, and he refused to give us those parts, said that we were lying in at the new parts were on the turbo I would just appreciate somebody to at least respond to this, because I feel it was very unnecessary for him to accuse us of lying just not right. Sad to say but I m very disappointing with AutoZone was one of my favorite auto parts store. Not so sure anymore oh and by the way, the company I work for which has 600 stores also used to buy from AutoZone.

Literally every single time I need something from this store. They never have it. I don't just stroll in either, I check online inventory and they will have plenty in stock only to make the trip there to be told, "they can get it" yeah now tho? No? Great then who cares? I can order it cheaper online somewhere else and have it shipped if I didn't need it right now. I was even told before while calling they had it and when I arrived it wasn't there. They just want you to come in through the doors. Whether they actually can serve you properly or not.

Great place, staff is always helpful. So far I've always received the right part, unlike Autozone, or Advanced. Went there today and they can't break a hundred dollar bill. Went to Advanced afterwards and they can't either. Guess Maryville is like Chicago, they're afraid someone's going to rob the store for 200 dollars:-(

Friendly folks, good selection,11/19/22 first time I've went in there and they didn't actually have what I needed. Yes it's a newer vehicle but still didn't, the man was friendly and tried to find me what I needed I was able to come up with a solution so not a total waste of time...

Bought a battery for the Harley. It wasn't quite a perfect fit but worked well enough with some modification. The posts were taller than the original battery. So make sure you know what you're getting. Compare.

I have been in this store over a dozen times in the last few weeks. The guys there are always down to help you out. Super friendly, and remember their customers. Prices are same of not cheaper depending on what you need. As always check online to see what they offer and than call to make sure inventory is right. Great place to spend a few hundred.:)

Friendly and helpful staff, they usually dont have the bike filters we need but no one else does either so they order for us. Very laid back and easy going. They take their time to make sure they've got you the right parts, couple of the fellas there are usually joking and always smiling which is refreshing. No issues whatsoever if something does need to be returned or exchanged. One of the best part stores in my opinion.

I went to the store in the afternoon to text my alternator and starter and was very pleased with my service. I couldn't be more happy. So I decided to return in the evening 05/20/19, to ask a few more questions.(different crew) It was closing time and I have experience being on that side of the counter when you're ready to go home and someone else comes in, but the older man working couldn't have been more rude. He actually sighed and blatantly showed irritation because I was there, and it took all I had to remain calm. So whoever you are who clearly didn't like his job, your store has you to thank for losing a frequent customer.

They always have the part I need. It's not all that busy but sometimes the traffic can make it hard to get into the parking lot. Quality is superb and the prices are competitive. TIP: if you can get your part order early, chances are that they can get it in that afternoon. No complaints here!

Had my battery waiting when I arrived. Had it installed and me back on the road in 30 minutes. They are always well stocked, clean and have helpful employees. Highly recommend.

Go to spot...they have most things in stock and can get others super quick. Just got a radiator and hoses for a 15 year old car that was in stock! Big help!

If I could leave a 0 star for this place I would absolutely do it. I ordered two parts for a customer's vehicle on Monday the guy told me one would be in Tuesday and one would be in Wednesday at noon on Wednesday I called the order was never placed. I stayed on the phone with the guy on the original order for over 20 minutes he assured me these parts would be in I don't know where the ball got dropped when I called and spoke to Scott whom took over the store and made a stop to my business and assured me that they could take care of our needs any time we needed anything, Scott informed me that it would not happen again and that he would take care of it and he's not sure why it happened however he made no attempt to get me the pieces I needed in the time frame that I needed them. This is not how you run a business if you do not have somebody in charge that I can handle their business they do not need that job I run a business when I give my word to my customer I will do whatever I have to do to make it work but if it's another businesses fault that I look like a jerk to my customer I don't stand for that that's not okay and it's not a way to gain my business I would not recommend this place go to another store the few times that I've been in there for things I've had to go to another place anyway because I haven't had them this is the third time that I've tried to purchase something from their store and it was not in stock and they could not get it for a couple days in my opinion you can order off of Amazon and have it in a couple days and pay less money. In fact that I just ordered this part from Amazon I would have had it in time for my customer. Horrible horrible way to run a business

I went in looking for a tool to change my own tail light. I had the bulb but not the correct screwdriver. A tall guy came out and replaced it and said he just didn't want me to get a ticket or be in a wreck. There was no charge and it's nice to know it's not all about money.

Fairly busy when I went there. Sticker shock ona pair of wiper blades and a gallon of washer fluid. No getting change back from a $20 anymore.
