James did an amazing job on my wife s 2014 Subaru Forester. We have never had it detailed before and he and his crew were phenomenal with customer service, pricing, and professionalism. Dropped off my 2019 Ram Express for James to spray the Bed liner. After seeing the Awesome job he and his crew did I asked if he would also do spray liner on other parts of the truck. His suggestions were spot on. I'm not through yet with the spray liner areas but I know there is only one person who I will allow to do the job and any other jobs concerning my truck. Very knowledgeable and professional at what he does and will not give you the vehicle until it's done correctly.Services: Engine detailing, Privacy window films, Window tinting

Had an appointment at 8:00, I showed up at 7:55, was informed when I got there, owner was on the way to do my window tinting. I waited until 8:15, he still was not there, so I just left. Got a text 5 minutes after I left, wanted to know where I was . Told him got tired of waiting, I had better things to do than wait for him to show up. He told me I was no longer welcome at his business. I informed him that was the whole point of my leaving, he didn t have to worry about seeing me again. No apology was offered and this person was very rude on the phone. I can just imagine if I had used them and had a problem with the service they provided, how I would have been treated. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Wow. Mountain Valley Enterprises did an incredible job bringing my car back to life. I wouldn't have thought it possible, but this old car looks like it just rolled off the lot. Highly recommend these folks!

This place is amazing! the car I picked up was not the same car I dropped off. I drove off as fast as I could before James could realize that he handed me a new car. The leather seats look so rejuvenated, the car smells wonderful, the carpet looks brand new. I have fallen back in love with my car again.So yes, I definitely recommend their services -- detailing and ozone. It's like trade in but only pay a fraction of the price.Services: Auto detailing, Interior scenting

The day I got my windows tinted, the customer service was great. About 6 months after, my entire back window started to wrinkle up. I've tried SEVERAL times to scheduled an appointment to have the back window tint replaced. I've been told to by someone "call back, we're busy right now", James - "send me a text and I'll check the schedule and get you in", James - "I've got to look at the weather - got to have sunlight" (I've had a lot of car windows tinted, some on cloudy and cold days and never had an issue. Do window tint businesses only operate on sunny days? Don't think so.). I still have not been called back or texted back to get my tint replaced on my back window. I was given a lifetime warranty with this tint that is not being honored by this business. The tint on the back window is to the point that it is starting to make it hard to see out of my back window. Very disappointing. Looks like I'll have to go somewhere else and pay to have Mountain Valley's mistake fixed.

Just got my vehicle back from Mtn. Valley Enterprise today . I have never had a vehicle of mine detailed inside and out and mine really needed it ! I had a large long haired dog whose hair was everywhere, travel alot and eat in my car , and had some surface damage that I thought I would have to take to an auto body shop to have fixed . It looks like a new car ! I am thrilled with the job James did ! Despite not feeling well he was thorough and hard working . I had checked into having someone come to the house to do this for convenience but it was more costly. I knew upfront I would have to leave my car as it took him almost 8 hours to detail inside and out but it was well worth it . Thanks for excellent service !Service: Auto detailing

I have had the chance to use allot of these types of services in many different states and these guys are the best. The owner takes a personal hands on approach with you and makes sure the standards and quality is high before he releases a vehicle back to the customer. I ve had a full detail in my wife s car (which was the equivalent of having him clean a mine field since we have four children) and doing a complete tint on my truck and both were exceptionally completed. We would recommend them to anyone. They may not be the fastest but remember that quality takes time!Services: Auto detailing, Vehicle window tinting, Car waxing

Recently purchased a used SUV the we'd been trying to find for a while and unfortunately it had been smoked in by the prior owner. Took the truck to James and his team and their interior detail work far exceeded our expectations!! Every inch of the interior had been thoroughly cleaned (way better than what the Lexus dealer had done). The final testament to the work James and his team did was when a coworker wanted to look at the SUV and said, "it smelled like a new vehicle"! Already planning to take it back for an exterior detail in the Spring. I took my truck, and it is nicer than it was when I bought it. It looks great, smells great, and feels great to be driving around after the work they did. My only wish is that I could somehow not get it dirty again because I don't want to mess up their incredible work. Highly recommend anyone and everyone to use these awesome guys.

I recently had the windows tinted on my Ford Escape. I went in and told them what I was wanting. They got me on their schedule which was quick and I dropped my vehicle off the morning of. My schedule is very hectic and they were very understanding and worked with me. They notified me as soon as the vehicle was finished and I went by and picked it up. I was in and out quickly with great customer service in the process. My vehicle looked great! I had a couple of questions after I had left and the owner was very polite and helpful and didn't mind me aggravating him one bit. I recommend them 100%. Also from the vehicles I seen in their shop while I was there. Their detailing is top notch as well.

Had my Jeep windows tinted here. James did an awesome job! He is very knowledgeable and helpful when trying to decide what tint was right for us. No bubbles and the tint looks great!If you are looking for quality work and fair prices... LOOK NO FURTHER!I highly recommend James and Mountain Valley Enterprises!

It's like getting a new car every time they detail one of our vehicles. We're going on year 3 of using there services, tinted windows, full details, accidentally leaving a bag of putrified groceries was my latest adventure. The shop recently moved but hasn't affected awesome customer service and attention to detail in "the detail". Thanks James!

I had my new car windows tinted plus the sunshield on the front window. He added a couple extra things for my car with no charge. And the price was reasonable excellent job...they done it within a 24-hour. They worked great as a team.... excellent place to get your car windows tinted and other things that you need... my car looks excellent...thank u mountain valley..

My experience at Mountain Valley Auto Detailing was wonderful. James did a great job on tinting my windows. My back window was bubbling and very dangerous because I couldn t see out of it. James fixed it and now it is as good as new. The staff is down to earth and easy to talk to. They take into consideration the customers needs before their own. James stayed up late working on my windows in order to get the job done since something came up the next day. I would recommend this business to anybody and will definitely come back for further business.

Second visit here got the Premium Detail Package on my F150. All I can say is WOW! It looks better than the day I bought it. James kept me updated throughout the process and exceeded my expectations. James tinted my windows last year I was so happy with the service that I knew I would be a repeat customer. When my truck had some minor damage from being scraped by another vehicle instead of paying thousands of dollars to a body shop I contacted James and he assured me he would take care of me and boy did he. I would highly recommend anyone looking for detail or custom work to give Mountain Valley Enterprise a chance to earn your business you won't regret it.

Have had both mine and my wife's cars tinted through this conpany and have had a great experience both times. The owner is nice, courteous, and informative of how long it'll take or if it'll take a little longer than expected. They do great work, and offer a great price. I would highly recommend this company in the future to anyone who needs a good window tint job done on their vehicle.

One of the greatest detail shops I've ever been to! Does excellent work, flexible hours, great service and friendly enviroment! Will most defiantly bring all my cars here for now on. James And his crew is top notch and you should bring your car to them. If your thinking about it, Just do it!

I took in my truck for tint and detail, was extremely fast, knowledgeable, friendly, and the quality of work was A++. I will never go anywhere else for my detail/tint work, and have recommended them highly to anyone asking me if I knew a quality tint shop and have had several people use him and have all loved the customer service and the high quality work. James and the family there really want to and are happy to take care of you and your vehicle needs completely. I will be back again and again as the needs arise. Thank you!!

We were highly satisfied with the interior and exterior detailing done on our 10-year-old car. They also got rid of a spill odor. It was definitely worth the price. It looked like a new car after it was done. They also provided excellent customer service. We'll be taking our truck in soon.

Not being from here I asked around and several people told me this was the place to go if I wanted my windows tinted the right way. It was a 45 minute drive and it seemed a little far so I put it off, but since everyone spoke so highly of it I gave it a chance. I made the appointment a few weeks in advance and arrived on time. They were clearly busy, but James gave me his professional advice on the best tint for my truck. Brenna made sure I was comfortable in the waiting area. She may or may not be into me Definitely a positive experience! I got a great price and my new truck looks even better. They actually do more than window tint so I hope to be back in the near future to do some other things.

James did such an amazing job on my car! My car didn't even look this great good when it was brand new! Super friendly! I will be bringing all my vehicles back to Mountain Valley Auto Detailing for future detailing and tinting needs! Would highly recommend this shop to everyone!

Based on reviews we decided to give Mountain Valley a try. We had never gotten a vehicle detailed but we have a 2007 vehicle that needed cleaning after having 2 kids dirty it up for years. They did AMAZING work at an affordable cost. It was even better than we could of imagined and will not hesitate to return!!

They really do it all and do it right. Got my window tint removed and replaced, my car detailed inside and out, headlights restored and their ozone system used to ensure my car was free of any contaminates that might have built up over the years. They do great work with awesome customer service.
