This is the only place I will get my oil changed. They are very thorough and check everything. They use a checklist and always check the fluids,wiper blades,lights,cabin and oil filters and the mechanic even helped change my brakes. I had a few lights come on in my car and I made an appointment with Grover and he plugged in the computer to run diagnostics and told me what the codes said. He could have repaired the part but instead asked if I still had a warranty on the work and sent me to the shop where the warranty was I was very grateful as it wasn't expensive part. Sam is the manager on duty he does a fantastic job. All of the employees are efficient, knowledgeable and polite.

Reasonable prices and friendly.However I will not be going back. 2x now they can't reset my change oil light which is an important part of an oil change. They also told me they couldn't fix my gas flap that wasn't latching correctly. I am by no means a mechanic but I was able to fix it while in the shop in front of them.I drive a 2014 vw jetta. I know it's slightly difficult to work on. But this is basic stuff

Cory and Paul and the others are knowledgeable and friendly.They can do way more than just an oil change. They give good professional service and advice. I am an older lady and they are honest people. I can trust them. They go out of their way to fix my vehicle and save me money. I know I can always trust them and I highly recommend them.

Best place hands down for auto service and especially oil changes. Full service and sets the bar high for service standards. Cannot recommend them enough and have been coming here for years.My wife's last vehicle apparently had a stuck oil filter that had not been changed from the dealer for years it looked like. They were able to break it off and replace it in a short time and showed us just how bad the filter was from lack of changes. I have used Maryville Oil and Lube for a while now and am never disappointed. They can always get me in and out quick. The last time I came, I was in need of a tire rotation and asked if they were available to do it along with my oil change. I felt bad for not asking when I first pulled in and said that I could come back if it was inconvenient for them, but they were quick to do it for me. Very appreciative for all of the employees as they are always so nice and patient with me (as I know very little about cars and am afraid to ask questions up front!). HIGHLY recommend using them.Services: Tires, Oil change

The customer service was great. Very courteous and they made me feel comfortable. They did a great job checking everything and were fast and thorough. They even changed the car cabin filter which I didn t even know existed. And boy was it dirty. WOW! Love this place.

So being in the oil industry in the past and calling on several different oil & lube places, hands down this is the best place in Maryville to get your oil change. I was thoroughly impressed with their expertise and attentiveness to detail on my kia telluride. Pricing was spot on and service was second to none! They gave me great service. And tryed to fix light would have only worked for few days and bulb was 100 dollars they could have just done it but I get we're honest and told me that it would just blow soon and didn't take my money . They had to take the light case completely out and still told truth ! I'll be getting oil changed there Everytime! You can also stay in your car while they change your oil. GREAT PLACE!!!!

Always good service and value. Cory and his crew are pros. Returned today for an oil change and just like before, the service was excellent. Bringing our van tmrw for an oil change. Brought the van in for an oil change today. Our heat wasnt working too well and mentioned it to the technician. He then checked all of the fluids which is standard and found that the coolant level was low. He added some and the heat is working like always had. A great place for an oil change and more. Cory does a great job managing this location as well. Stopped back in today for my regular oil change and once again perfect service as always. Very convenient and good people. We recently purchased a truck and discovered yesterday it had a misfiring cylinder. I called them this morning and they had me in at 1230. Installed a new spark plug and coil pack. These guys do whatever they can to provide the best service possible. Ive been coming to them for the last 7 years. Update: oil change today and again excellent service.

Great place to get an oil change! All the workers were really nice and very detailed in their work. They showed great team work and communication to ensure nothing was missed.Unlike other oil change places I have been to that try and upsell you on everything.....these guys do honest work!I will definitely be taking my car back there for an oil change in the future.

I was greeted by Cory outside the shop. Cory was very friendly and professional. I went to get an oil change and Cory and his team did an outstanding job on checking over the car. Cory gave feed back about belts and other maintenance items letting me know the condition of them. I greatly appreciated that. I wished I would have found these guys sooner.

Amazing quality service. Not only did they get it done within 20 minutes but I had an unexpected service that I needed and they literally left and went and got the parts for us at no extra charge.
