Got a chip in my windshield repaired. The cost of the repair was half the quote from Safelite. Will was great to work with; he was knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. Thank you!

I had a tree fall on my car and severely crack my windshield. Lamb's was really fast, professional, and provided excellent and friendly service. And this was with one of the primary individuals on vacation! I would use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs auto-glass repaired.

I rarely write reviews, mostly because customer service is a thing of the past. Well, at least I thought that way prior to using Lamb's Auto Glass to replace my windshield. I tried to use some other glass companies, in my area, prior to finding Lamb's, and they would not contact me back. Lamb's contacted me almost immediately and stayed in contact through the entire process. They gave me the TOTAL price upfront; showed up when they said they would, and completed the work quickly and professionally. They went above and beyond the call of duty to take care of me and my vehicle. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I highly recommend these good folks.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Definitely a local business! We had some issues, and I wish I went to them first - ended up paying for the dealer to diag the problem, because I didn t realize it was from the windshield. Lamb s wouldn t pay for the diag, which ultimately we understand, but I suggest if any issues come up, you just go straight to them, even if it doesn t seem like a windshield/glass issue.Anyways, long story short, Lamb s repaired the issue, cleaned up my car and repaired a part at no additional cost. Goes to say that they do stand behind their work and will make sure to uphold a warranty. My husband had a really good experience with Will at the front desk, too, so that s another props to them!Thanks guys!

Most amazing customer service I have ever experienced... owner and management were more than helpful wholesome and extremely eager to please... I needed three Windows done and my wife is very ill with liver failure so I can only afford the front windshield at this time... without my knowledge and without even asking they put the back window in as well and said they weren't going to let me drive like that and to pay for it when I can... holy cow the good old days were people really help people and do great business ...hard to find companies like that anywhere.... made me leave there focused on getting them more business what a great company an incredible Immaculate work not to mention about 40% less than anyone I contacted for the same job it was amazing keep it up guys.... Worth the drive from Knoxville. They were willing to fix something other places weren't. Prompt replies and very forgiving about me being late. (But don't be late - these guys are great.)

Exceedingly pleased! Paul did a fantastic job and his attention to detail was solid. Great work and our new windshield looks great. Definitely would use him in the future...highly recommend!
