To think a jiffy lube in TN would be one of the greatest places i have ever taken my vehicles; Mike and his team are incredibly professional! He needs to be commended for his honesty and his sincerity, and In humbled to be able to bring my cars there to not oil her routine oil changes, but brakes and other wheel work done as well! A++++ absolutely top shelf! thank you- Ken

This location is incredible! The staff is extremely helpful and the quality of work is top notch. Both locations out here are doing great work! I want to give a huge shout-out to Mike and Chris and Zach for staying a little late this evening to make sure I had a good battery in my vehicle! Robbery with out a gun. $120 labor bill for approximately 45 minutes. Replaced sensor on left rear tire of Prius. I took tire off vehicle and too to them. All they did was replace sensor. Total bill was #$186.

Had my oil changed twice in the last year at the Maryville TN Jiffy, both times excellent service. Will be returning soon for Coolant service, my 2018 Soul+ just turned 30,000 miles.

Being a female, i usually hate dealing with mechanics alone HOWEVER, These guys are amazing, honest and didn't try to wiggle more money out of me than needed. I come in on a Saturday and was in and out in no time.. all while keeping me updated on what's going on. One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had! Between some of the most polite employees I've come across, to the cleanliness of both the shop & the lobby, every bit of my experience was "Top Shelf"! These folks at this particular Jiffy Lube are super professional, and always do an outstanding job. They really stand out from other quick lube places around town. I ve never felt like they have ever tried to sell me something I don t need, and they do a great job of staying on top of your vehicle s service history, as well as explaining everything that they do to your vehicle. Very well managed shop.

Michael & Sam were great! Sam explained info I needed on 1st oil change on used vehicle I just got & checked out a few things I needed to watch for & need to replace. Sam is an asset & I will be going there in future & have recommended to my family & friends! Thanks again Sam & Michael!

This place will get you in fast, complete their work in a timely manner, be honest on what you need/don t need and are extremely polite. As a female, it s extremely frustrating to be talked down to when it comes to vehicles. These guys treat me with respect, answer any questions I may have patiently, and have impeccable manners. We use them all the time!

First time I have used jiffy lube - definitely won't be the last. Mechanic was honest about what we needed and tried hard to save us money by letting us know about coupons.God has his perfect reasonings - we didn't plan to use this company for brakes but now I'm so grateful we did.I would recommend this company to ANYONE who needs a mechanic!!!

Great place. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They did a complimentary vacuum and window washing with my oil change. The waiting area was clean. Didn't wait long. I highly recommend this place

A very well oiled machine, pardon the fun. Got me in quickly for an oil change, very courteous and clear communication, would not hesitate to go back again for an oil change, or other auto services ( this apparently is the largest jiffy lube in the world, with brake, tire, and others services).

I have never been to a Jiffy Lube but decided to let them troubleshoot my AC issue since they are close to where I live. I was very impressed with the professionalism and level of service provided. They got me right in and had me fixed and on my way in a little over an hour. After the job, the technician came out and explained exactly what they had done. Above average for the industry, IMO. I absolutely will be going back for my next routine service.

These guys have always taken great care of my vehicles. Today they caught a deadly mistake made by another auto shop and corrected it at no charge. What we all thought were bad breaks\struts turned out to be numerous missing and extremely loose lug nuts. Loose lugs = wheels flying off = possible death. Thank you Jiffy team for always making sure you put safe vehicles on the road. My child and myself are grateful for you all.

Very quick and pleasant experience. Was in & out very quickly, without any hassle from any staff trying to up-charge for things not actually necessary. Cleanest lounge/waiting room area I ve ever been in. We've been taking our cars here since before it became a Jiffy Lube. But I have used Jiffy Lube for decades because I like their services. I have used Jiffy Lube in 4 states. This one is really nice. Multiple Bays for oil change and lots of other bays for engine, tire, brake work. A nice waiting area with a Kuerig coffee machine and a TV. My wife gets her company car serviced here.

Went for an oil change, hadn't been here since it was murrel brother tire. In and out in like 15-20 minutes, I was in pleasantly surprised and on my way.

I went for a regular oil change. Polite service and patience as I describe an awful noise coming from the back end my car. You know that noise only the owner can hear and disappears when someone else shows up. My guy was quick to check it out twice! and pinpointed the problem. I wasn't crazy.

I pulled in without an appointment and was greeted promptly by Drew. I had ran over something and my tire was leaking air and he got to work on it very quickly! I was in-and-out within 30 minutes. Highly recommend!
