We've gone to see Gary at Garner's Automotive twice so far. Excellent service, everything was done in time, and with more than fair pricing. One repair we asked about, he was very open and up front - BEFORE the work was done - that it would be extremely expensive and may or may not actually solve the problem. Honesty like that doesn't happen much anymore, but is extremely appreciated. We will definitely bring any car in our household to Gary and recommend all our friends do too.Services: Auto A/C recharge, Wheel alignment

Great Guys. Their prices are extremely reasonable and they are honest beyond what I would hope for. I am excited to have a mechanic I can trust close by. I cannot recommend them enough!!!

I had been putting off some much needed repairs and maintenance on my truck due to the fact that I dreaded the cost and didn't really know where to take it (the dealer was out of the question). Heard about Garners Automotive and their excellent reputation so that's where I ended up. I couldn't be happier with the work done by them! Price was fair, work done was excellent and my truck was finished when they said it would be. Finding a good mechanic you can trust is like finding gold. Gary and his crew are awesome! They take care of all my families cars. He gets us in as fast as possible and tells us exactly what the issue is. Sometimes it s not even as bad as I m expecting! Garner s Automotive has done numerous things for all of our family. Tires, brakes, alignments, oil changes, etc. The prices are always fair and usually always cheaper than surrounding shops. The best and main thing for me is if it is something they aren t trained to service or it s something they simply do not do they will communicate that with me and will refer me to someone that does/can. They will not just throw parts at it in an attempt to save face. My son took his Corolla to Garner's because his A/C wasn't as cold as it should be. They had it fixed in less than an hour and the cost was more than fair. I highly recommend them.

One of the best shops in Blount County, we have used Gary Garner for all our mechanic work since before he opened Garner Automotive. He does awesome work, and he always let's us know what we may need in the future and how long we can go before we may need to change it. And he is fair priced. We won't use anybody else, unless he recommends someone that can do it, because he doesn't do it at his shop.
