Henry Love is the most laid back car salesman I ve ever met, let alone purchase a vehicle from. I ve bought several new/newer vehicles and no one can come close to these folks. Cody Roberts in Finance made the wrap up of purchasing a vehicle so easy and fast. They are honest and make the entire process seamless. Thank yall for the great experience and I for sure will be back.

So, first thing first. Five stars are not even remotely enough to show the greatest service from a dealership. As always, you are treated like family at Five Star Auto. This is my second vehicle from them and I could not be more appreciative. James Abbot worked honestly and adamantly to find the best truck for me. Cody Perkins, man, the extra effort you put in to find me the perfect finance options is astounding. He did not quit until he found the best term and interest for the truck that suited my needs. If you are in the market for a vehicle. There is no better place than Five Star Auto

I ve been looking for a truck since January with no luck, Henry Love was my salesman and he put me in a beautiful F150 and with the help of him and the finance guy Cody I left in my truck the same day. My trade in price on my car was more than fair and I left in a beautiful truck. Would recommend Five Star Auto to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

If you are a first time buyer and don t know a lot about cars I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU DONT GO HERE. Just bought my first car Saturday from this company, I thought the reviews were decent so I stopped by. The car I ended up buying was an Audi. I ve heard of the cars before and asked if the make of the car would affect my insurance and was told no it shouldn t . LIE I ve been quoted $700 by several companies for insurance. What 18 yr old can afford that? If I had bought a simple Hyundai it would have been only about $400 for insurance. I was led to believe because the car was cheap (only 14k) the insurance would be cheap. I had no idea it was considered a luxury vehicle and would cost significantly more for insurance. The day after I bought it the breaks started squealing, turns out I need 2 new breaks on the front, also several sensors have been going off saying it needs to be serviced for other issues and it s past due for an oil change. I understand it s a used car, but I thought dealerships checked their cars before selling them. This has been the most stressful first time buying a car experience ever and I m extremely disappointed that I was lied to about the insurance. Please do not go here without a mechanic checking your car first. Five Star Auto, you failed me.

Go see James. He is awesome. Shoots you straight told me about issues the truck had and had them fixed. Cody the sales manager made the financing very easy. Worked with a couple banks to get me the best deal possible. Would definitely use them again!

Popped in out of the blue on a Saturday to look at a 2019 silverado, the staff was easy and great to work with. They got me into the truck in a matter of 2 hrs. Highly recommend Five Star Auto.

I had a great experience at this dealership and after two long years of disappointments at other places I went, I finally got a nice car that I can afford. I really appreciate Henry and Cody R who stayed after hours to help me get in my Kia Optima, it s truly a fun car to drive! If you need a car and don t have great credit, stop by and see these guys, genuinely great people here that are willing to help no matter how busy they are.

I have never been to such an easy and awesome car lot. Jeff the salesman was absolutely amazing! He was very informative and honest about the vehicle. Cody was just as amazing and is a finance guru. This has been hands down the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. I will definitely return when car shopping again and send everyone I know!!

My husband bought his perfect Ford F-150 last year from here, and the service was amazing!! He hunted this truck, specific mileage, engine, size, and price for months. After finding it and calling about it, the paperwork was completely finished when we arrived for the test drive. It was clean and had a full tank of gas, after market warranty secured, and we couldn t have been happier!

Looked at two vehicles online that I was interested in buying. Texted about them, and they sent me back the instant buy price. I drove an hour to see them and was told they had a $500 deposit already on the 2014 Yukon XL and wouldn t even show it! Just wanted me to buy something else. So much noise in lobby couldn t hear. Would NOT recommend

Like to shout out to Jeff for the excellent customer service. I was out of town for a couple weeks and he got the ball rolling on my new car. He had my terms for financing and down payment ready for me before I even got back. Being a truck driver my time home is limited and precious to me and my family and it s usually an all day affair sometimes 2 to get into a car but not Jeff. He had everything set up for me when I got home so from truck to dealership and driving off in my new car under 2 hours. All from over the phone. Can t say enough good things about this guy so if you are looking for great car at a great price and an awesome customer service experience go down to Five Star Auto in Maryville and ask for him by name. Definitely a future repeat customer.Since this review I have purchased 4 additional vehicles from these guys. In a market where everyone is gouging prices these guys are still giving a fair deal. I cannot recommend Five Star enough. And I stand by my statement if you want a used car for a fair price you have to go to Five Star Auto first. You will not regret it. I mean come on 5 cars later and I m still one satisfied customer.

Buying a used car is always a gamble and when an issue came up within a few days of buying our car Jeff was quick to go above and beyond to resolve the issue. I don t know many (if any)other places that would do that. Jeff and Cody were both friendly, patient, and very helpful at making the process as smooth and quick as possible. They definitely deserve the five star name!
