I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my 2013 Harley Davidson Road Glide from Matt and the team over at Dream Rides Of Tennessee. Matt made the process incredibly simple and smooth. All the way from helping me find the right bike to taking care of the registration process. I am a motorcycle mechanic and had gone to many dealerships before coming here. I inspected the bikes in their inventory and I must say they do a great job of having nice quality, well maintained bikes at an affordable price. I am very pleased with my experience and the business as a whole. I highly recommend Matt and the whole team over at Dream Rides Of Tennessee.

I was referred to Dream Rides by S&S at Daytona Bike week.S&S installed a new exhaust and and recommended cams, tune , manifold and a few other things.I brought it in and a few days later I picked up my bike, 2019 Harley Limited, and all i have to say is "Wow". I should also note to go with the 100HP on the dyno my bike also has Legend suspension front and back, 19 inch front wheel, 14 inch bars, so it handles fantastic and more power than I ever will need!!I highly recomend Ben, Sean and staff for all your bike needs.They will be the only ones to work on and service my bike.Thanks Guys!! Ride Safe!!!

John and Matt are fantastic. They both took the time to walk me through every bike I liked, so I could find the perfect bike for me. They priced it so affordable, even my wife didn't object. Then they got me financed. So I now have my "Dream Ride" if you want a nice bike and your afraid you can't afford one, call Dream Rides of Tennessee. Great bikes, priced for working people.

I have to say Matt at Dream Rides worked endlessly to get me back on two wheels this weekend. I have nothing but great things to say about this shop and all the people that are apart of it. The process was efficient and I d point anyone their direction. I ll be stopping by to see these guys next time I m in the area. Thanks for the new ride and all your help.

John had my bike fixed and back on the road in a few hours, something that the Harley shop ( Thunderhead Harley) couldn t do in 2 days. The Harley shop stuck me with a big bill $707.00 and couldn t fix my bike. A Big Shot out to the crew at Dreamrides. They are Awesome. Thank You from St. Louis

5 STARS 10/10. Excellent experience all around. Showroom is beautiful. Bikes are clean and VERY fairly priced. Excellent used selection without the big box store markup. Staff is friendly, helpful, and most importantly knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone.

I drop my bike off for a repair I didn t know exactly what was wrong with it and I told them that and I think that was my biggest mistake I was getting a call about every 2 days or so saying that my bike needed the most expensive part they had 2200 dollars later I end up still trailering my bike home I now have it at another shop where he has found missing parts within my primary bolts weren t tightened and numerous things were wrong with it. If you go to this shop make sure you know bikes or they will drag you through the mud.

I wasn t gonna post it to Google but I was planning to talk trash about this place because I read the claim that they can get most people approved for a bike as long as they got a license and a job, i have the worst credit ever and just knew they wouldn t get me on a bike but figured I d put it to the test oh boy was I wrong about my assumption!!! These guys are absolute rock stars!!! Not only did they get me on a wicked awesome bike, it was the most painless experience I ve ever had when getting a vehicle! There is literally nobody else I would want to get a bike from. the way I was treated you d think I was the richest guy in Tennessee! If I could give 10 stars on Google I totally would. Dream rides made my dream ride a reality and I ll be forever grateful.

Amazing Harley shop! John and his team do great work and sell bikes at reasonable rates. I stopped in while riding the Tail of the Dragon. A good friend of my recommended Dream Rides and I could not be more happier. I have had Harleys my whole life and I have never had one with this much power. They did a cam upgrade RS 468 ,S&S lifters, and screaming eagle high performance cam plate and oil pump new tuner and a full Dyno tune. Before I took it there I wasn t happy with my bike s performance and was scared to do anything that would cause my warranty to be voided but I m glad I made the decision to take it here because after I got it back today it s like I m on a gsxr 600!!!. I m speechless. It s like a new bike And it runs so much smother and sounds so much better .Thanks to all the guys at Dream Rides. Excellent experience great people and a great shop

These guys are amazing! I went looking for a bike that fit me better than my previous bike. They took their time and showed me the bikes I wanted to look at and talked about the difference between them, all while being short staffed that day. I purchased my first Harley and have fell in love with riding all over again. They went the extra mile 3 days later after I was questioning something on my bike. They test drove it and made sure I was safe this was the easiest dealership/shop I ve ever worked with. As a woman, I didn t worry about being treated like I didn t know what I was talking about (even though I didn t ). You will not be disappointed here. Stop in and see for yourself!

Very impressed with show room. Guys attentive too guest. Owner came out too meet and greet. Also met Dave who introduced himself, works in back and is not only proud to work there. But glad to speak well of John and gang. Will be back soon. Gene "The Machine".

Listen. I'm at a loss for words with the staff there .. they're literal life savers. . I'm a stranger to them. But I swear they made me feel like I was a repeat customer an then some. Family. . The amount of genuine care an understanding they involved themselves with in my situation .. I really am at a loss of words to explain itWhen I visit Tennessee it will be as followsDad an brothers and dream rides ..My next bike guaranteed will be thru them .You need work or the get it right first time kind of mast tech ask for Jesse between his understanding of the motorcycle he understands what it means to involve the person with what is really going on.This experience went from a nightmare to dream rides of Tennessee being a God sendThanks Jesse an team for your patience an understanding an your honesty .

Great people! These guys treated me and my slightly older Harley as if it was a brand new 60k Harley! First time dropping a bike off to them and I will go no where else! They are honest, upfront and truly care about the customer. Always there to help and keeps their customers in the loop with what's going on. Truly professionals.

Stopped in on my trip from South Texas... just to have a look... very nice shop. I even got the dime tour of the shop, met the dog, heard the turbo bike run, and had a cold Mountain Dew...I will definitely stop in in 2024 when I ride back to Tennessee.

What can I say!This place builds FAST BIKES!!This place sells Very Excellent Quality Used Bikes at reasonable prices.Dont expect a boutique full of Leathers,Doodas,and goodies. Its definitely a parts house, there a Drag Specialities dealer and can order anything you need.They also have a patch Sewing and leather repairs shop located on the premises. You can get your ride patches sewn on while you wait.The owner John Jessup and his crew are down to earth blue collar sort of guys.If your in east Tennessee, give em a stop by and say high.

If you are in Knoxville/Maryville TN and looking to get any work done to your Motorcycle you really need to check out DreamRides. I am a disabled veteran and I was traveling through TN and broke down.They went out of there way to track down parts to get me back on the road when they didn't have to. John and his teams atention to detail and hospitality show that they truly care. The love that was shown to me will never be forgotten. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!Semper Fi

My experience with Dream Rides was the most amazing experience I have EVER had with a mechanic shop! John was always very open about what and when they are working on my bike, Ben and Evan were also spot on when it came down to questions about the build that they done for me. Most of all Paul was the MAN!!! He turned my bike into something completely different! They treat you like family and their work is very awesome!!!! Wouldn t go to ANY other shop!!!
