Great service! Delivered everything as promised! Fair price with no surprises.My truck's door was dented pretty badly in a parking lot hit-and-run. The devils in the details, got me in quick and though the repair proved more challenging than origionally estimated they took the time to repair it correctly charging no extra fees. Truck had aftermarket accessories which were not damaged during the repair process.

Update: They did get in contact with me, and explained that they were having phone issues. I got the work done within the week and it looks great. Had them estimate a repair on husband's truck, which they said they could get in tomorrow. Another fair price, new review to come.They were very nice and explained all the work that needed to be done. I got a fair estimate and approved the work to be done. They I never heard from them again. I have called and left 2 messages, and it's been 3 weeks with no reply.

I had a small dent from hitting my door on the vacuum hose holder at the car wash. I brought my car in, Jesse had me squared away within ten minutes. Awesome service from a small veteran owned business!

Incredible dent repair and fantastic service with a smile! I got a quote to fix a big dent in the front quarter panel of my 2020 Outback (a piece of plywood fell over on it in my garage) from Grayson Subaru and they wanted $1200. I called Paintless Dents and Detail and Jessie quoted $600. Their reviews were great, so I took a chance. Woo hoo! Saved myself $600!! Jessie also was kind enough to vacuum out my car too as part of the deal. I couldn t be happier with the results. You d never know there was a dent there, and they did the work in about 5 hours. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

These guys are great! I got quoted around 1100 for some pretty extensive damage. When I brought it in they were able to see some more damage than originally and it was just a hair more. They got to my car within just a few days and had had the damage fixed and the paint done by the next week. 5/5 would use again!Update even better after they installed new headlights for me!Service: Painting

I took this to a the truck dealer and they said it would have to be repainted. Jesse, the Dent Man took one look at the damage and assured me it would be no problem. He immediately set up an appointment for a few days later and had the truck for just a few hours. When I went to pick it up, I couldn't even see where the damage used to be. He did this magic body repair and only charged me 1% of what the dealership quoted to do the repair. It is great to meet such professional person that has the skill and desire to do a great job. The local drive-through car wash had left many scratches all over our new car. I went to a couple body shops they wanted to repaint most of the car at a cost of over $2000. One of the body shops referred me to Jesse at dents & detail. He was very friendly and helpful and was able to buff out all scratches and do an extremely good detail job all for under $220.

Jesse is very professional, he gave me a fair price to repair a large and difficult dent on the hood of my new 2022 car. Work was done to perfection in only one day as he promised. I had other estimates from other different shops and they wanted to replace the hood, repaint the whole front to match the color which I was against it and keep the car for at least 7 days. Jesse performed a magic and the work came out perfectly done. I highly recommend him to every one. Excellent job done quick and perfect.

Jesse did a great job on my passenger door damage from a car hitting it directly. 10/10 would recommend this shop! Very professional and incredibly happy with the repair work. And all done within a 3 hour window, didn't have to go through trouble of pick up/drop off and be without my car for days. All the guys in the shop were super nice, which is HUGE me being a female. Great touch-up on the paint and small dent repairs, absolutely incredible ceramic coating job that makes the black truck look wet and such a deep gloss it looks better than new. I would definitely recommend them for any auto needs. I used them last year for detailing and also window tint on the jeep, great on both those jobs. Up next, ceramic and detail the Rubicon. After multiple FAILED attempts to get an honest and fast estimate I was referred to Dents and Detail. So thankful I took their advice and drove to Maryville for a free estimate. I can't say enough positive things about Jesse (the owner) and his business. I got the estimate on repair within 20 minutes of parking my car and a rate that was much lower than any of the other repair shops in Knoxville. The moment of truth came when I picked up my vehicle. The owner met me at the door, took me to my car, and walked around my vehicle showing me what he fixed. The quality of craftsmanship was better than I had hoped for. He even fixed a dent that I didn't mention for free. I couldn't be happier with the repair, the price, the atmosphere, the communication, and the service.When you find a business that takes as much time as needed to explain what they are doing and the cost upfront, you earn a customer for life. They did a great job on the window tint. Quoted 1 price then added another for windshield tint. Said no one gets their windshield tinted. Paid 300.00 for a detail. What I got was a glorified wash wax and inside vacuum. Seats were not cleaned nor was inside door panels. Trunk was not.cleaned either. Disappointed in the detail. Had 2 more vehicles that I was going to bring them but not now.Services: Auto detailing, Window tinting

Jesse was great to work with, and was able to accommodate our tight schedule for travel with a quick turnaround and the truck looks better than the day we drove it new off the Toyota lot a year ago. My brand new less than a month old Audi Q5 somehow even with extremely careful parking got a ding/dent on the door. I called Jesse after hours on a Friday after I discovered it and he texted me back and met me at his Maryville location next day on Saturday and magically got the dent out and my baby back to factory without a blemish. I took my Denali 2500 in to Jesse for body repair after some farm damage. I was not satisfied with the dent removal and Jesse listened; and then went above and beyond to do a job that I was satisfied with. Jesse is considerate and professional; the job I rate as excellent. The service these folks provided was exemplary. My Jeep had a lot dents related to acorns. They were able to fix each one and you cannot tell they were ever there. The car was also detailed and looked brand new. Highly recommended.

Jesse and Gerald are a great team! Both are genuinely nice human beings! I was quoted and out the door in about 10 minutes. My car was scheduled the next day and finished even before the week was over. The finished work looks fantastic and I could not be more pleased!

I was in Maryville Tn and seen the business and decided to stop in to see if they could help me with a dent in my front passenger door. I met Jesse Hawe and he looked at my 2015 Genesis and told me he was very confident that he could repair the dent and I wouldn't even know it had happened. I explained how particular I was about my car and he reassured me he could satisfy me. I made the appointment and when I came back to get my car I was totally amazed! Jesse (the owner) went far beyond excellent customer service. I had a dent I need taken out and was leaving to go out of town, withnit even a 1 day notice he got my vehicle in the shop repaired and back on the road in an hour.....plus took the time to fix another small ding he found at no charge! Needless to say, when I return from my out of town trip I'm already scheduled for another service to have my vehicle carpet cleaned. Looking forward to seeing these guys again!ChrisKnoxville, TN

I had a dented panel with a vinyl wrap. Jesse and his team were able to repair this very large dent without removing or damaging the wrap. The finished product looks tremendous. They also were very flexible with my schedule and did the work for a very fair price. Jesse did a fabulous job detailing the exterior of my truck. I had taken the truck through a clear-cut which left some ridiculous scratches and dents on both sides. After the detail work the truck looks like it has a practically brand new paint job. I would recommend these guys to anyone. -Logan

My car had a dent from getting hit while parked in a parking lot, the quote from a collision place was 1300-2000$. I could not believe it, it was a small dent on my drivers door. After driving by dents and detail all the time I took it in for a quote, not only was it only 250$ but Jesse was kind enough to do it on Memorial Day when it was better for my schedule. It only took a couple of hours too. It was a wonderful experience my car looks great, you can t beat the value, and Jesse made it easy and convenient.
