Bought this motorcycle on Valentine s Day couldn t be happier had been to a few places that day left those places scratching my head. Thinking what the hell then found this wonderful place in Maryville didn t get any crazy vibes from here transaction went comfortably would shop there again even would recommend them

Outstanding and fast service! Chuck took good care of us while we were on the TransAmerica Trail which is only a few miles down the road. He had us in and out in 24 hours as parts had to be ordered. I look forward to visiting his shop again in the future!

I needed a set of tires placed on my 2011 Kawasaki ZX-14r. They got me in an hour before closing and was done in the blink of an eye. They looked my bike over and inspected it front to back. I was missing a few bolts on my fairings and I even got that fixed. Got home and rode the bike and it rode smooth as silk at low and high speeds...They will continue to get my business from here on out. The level of professionalism, customer service, and knowledge was impeccable. I felt at home and extremely welcomed at their place. My kids had came with me and they two gentlemen treated them as if they were their own. I m so glad I found them and they have me as a customer as long as their shop doors are open. I highly recommend them!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great service. Took my 1996 Honda Shadow 1100 in for a gas leak. They had the carbs rebuilt and bike back to me in a week.

The battery went dead on my bike. It would not charge and would not jump off. Charles saved the day by bringing a new battery to my house and installing it on site. CD's Cycle does great work at reasonable prices. I have used them in the past and will use them in the future for any bike needs. I highly recommend Charles and CD's Cycle.Service: Battery

Great service and friendly. I called this afternoon to see about swapping a tire on my HD Ultra Limited. He asked me to wait until a target time (less than an hour), I showed up on time, and he knocked it out immediately. Less than 20 minutes. Great price and friendly service. I'll be returning for any future motorcycle needs!

Now a days, Motorcycle Dealers will no longer support work on older than 2010 models. They site liability. Charlie did not shy away from simply changing a tire on my PC 800 and charged much less than the two previous dealers charged. Good work, professionally done and a friendly and timely fashion. He earned a customer for life.

Charles is a honest and very experienced Motorcyle, ATV, SxS mechanic. My family and I have been a customer of C & D's cycle for over 10 years and have never been disappointed. This is a good business Charles always takes care of my equipment for the farm.. he gets backed up sometimes with all his customer base!! but his work is top of the line will use regularly to keep farm 4 wheelers good condition as well as the kids toys

Fantastic service from a small shop! They stay covered up in work and there is no question as to why they do. I ordered my own tires and when they came in I called about 11am took the bike down and they had it ready for me at 5pm before the promised time of 6pm.

Awesome guys! I was in town from Oklahoma and found a 6 inch slash in my bike's tire, the morning that I was set to ride back home. I was able to find a tire and bring it to them to put on. They had my bike ready to go in just about an hour. Knowing that I was traveling home, they started my repair right after I arrived. They even let me charge my phone and hang out at their desk while it was charging and they worked on my bike. Thank you guys! Oh!!! Obviously, they were much faster and less expensive than the big name bike shops around town.

I have a 2004 Lehman trike built on a Suzuki C50 Boulevard. It has become hard to find anyone willing or able to service the backend. Charles and Shay took care of all the standard maintenance needs front and back, plus a couple of other issues. More than pleased with the service, price and interaction with CD Cycle . Will certainly return, as will my husband with his Harley!Services: Brake service & repair, Oil change

I am from Illinois was broke down 40 minutes north Knoxville. I had a Fork lock and ignition switch issue on 2009 CVO ultra classic. The fork lock would not unlock When in unlock position nor bike turn on when in ignition position or accessory but switch would move to both positions it was also completely come out of bike. There mechanic Chuck was the man. He checked some things out in the service manual and told me how to fix it over the phone. He saved the day I was able to get rolling again. C D s is the place to go for service work. I called both Harley shops In Knoxville and neither would send a technician out or even give suggestions or loan the alignment tooL to fix. Chuck s experience and knowledge and willingness to help I was was able to use a flat head screwdriver to get me back on the road. THANK YOU.

Was told one week and he had my bike over 6 months to put my woring harness on. Still wont run due to safty switches not being attached. My spedomoter was fried and my taillight and turn signals were cut completly out
