My tire went completely flat on a busy street with 3 kids in the car. I luckily happened to be seconds away from C&D. From Chris at the front desk to Brandon working quickly to replace my tire it was a wonderful experience. Very thankful for their diligence in getting my car back on the road, I will be bringing all my future tire needs to C&D!

John quickly diagnosed my problem and explained the repairs and costs associated with the quote. I was really impressed that they didn't make me feel guilty for choosing a Subaru Dealership to have the repairs completed. They even allowed me to leave my car there until I could have it towed. That illustrated their professional attitude and exceptional customer service. I would definitely recommend C&D Tire to anyone who wants an honest estimate, backed by professionals who know what they are doing.

Fast, friendly, very reasonable prices.Not only did they not try to upsell unnecessary items/services, they didn't charge extra for a couple of minor things. They're my place to go any time in the area now and I recommend them to any who ask.

Absolutely the fastest I've ever had had tires changed, and the prices were very competitive. From arrival until departure was less than 35 minutes. Employees were fast and efficient as well.

Was in the area for a wedding and had a big gouge in my sidewall. Was an hour before closing and had to replace two tires because I didn t want to deal with imbalance issues and all. Anyways got me done in about an hour, cost was fair, and really saved the my hide with having peace of mind that I wouldn t have to worry the rest of the weekend and enjoy a beautiful couple get married. Thanks guys.

Took a Volkswagen Jetta in for an oil change. After getting the car group found the plastic skidplate was scraping the ground and the car was now starting to have overheating problems the next day after I left work I had to go check the car and found that one of the techs that was working on the car had not installed tue skidplate correctly and was held on with no hardware in the front, instead the skidplate was jammed into the bottom of the electric radiator fan causing the overheating issues, I had to pull the skidplate out of the fan so it would not damage the engine and could be driven back to the shop for the skidplate to be properly installed not only did they not admit to doing any wrong they also did not properly attach the skidplate a second time and refused to replace even after their fix caused damage to the skidplate, instead they drilled holes in the bumper and attached the skidplate with zipties. If this place can not take simple care of an oil change and almost costing damage to an engine which at this point almost guarantee they would still not admit to doing any wrong I would hate to see how badly they can mess up on more safety critical components on a vehicle. Attached are images of their fix and the mistake of improperly installing the skidplate and jamming the radiator fan.

Done business with these people for a long time - Josh was adding more money to the credit card than what the invoice actually said. This business and people are CROOKS - beware of this place !!!

Saw some work these guys did on my buddys car and it is absolutely embarrassing to know how unknowingly stupid some of these "technicians" are. I would not trust this place due to the fact if something does go wrong and they are at fault none of which worked on the vehicle will own up to there mistakes leaving you with possibly major enigine problems that you didnt cause.......

They save my tail on my Tail of the Dragon weekend and it was painless.The front tires on my 2015 Fiesta ST began unraveling during my Saturday morning run down the TOTD, and I was lucky to not have a complete catastrophic failure. We kept driving down 129 into TN until we got cell reception. Every other tire place was closed - it was 11:20 AM on a Saturday. I called C&D in a Hail Mary. My tire place at home 6.5 hours away has to order the tires, and I had visions of tow trucks and doom & gloom of a ruined weekend.They not only had the tires in stock, they had options. They were 10 miles away, I told them we'd be there in 20 minutes. They close at 3 PM on Saturday, so I figured hopefully no more than a 3 hr delay.When I got there, they knew the tire size and said it would be "a couple hours". I rode with my buddy back to 129 Pit Stop at the TN end of TOTD and had a leisurely lunch with the peace of mind that the tire issue wasn't the complete show-stopper it could've been. We finished up and headed back to C&D (11 miles away), with the intent to wait out the rest at the service center. About halfway back, C&D called and told me my car was ready - I was ecstatic.By the time I paid and drove away on my new tires, the whole ordeal had taken an hour and 15 minutes. I don't get service that good at my local shop that knows me, and I certainly never even dared imagine in this situation so far away and in a remote area that I could have such an utterly painless experience.All told, we realistically only lost about an hour out of the day (two round trips to the shop and a few minutes to get written up and pay).If you are running the TOTD and need tires, COME HERE.

I just wanted to say thank you to the good people of this establishment for getting me home safely after fixing my nail pierced tire.I was traveling from East Tennessee to Georgia when my tire warning light came on, and my tire pressure was 25lbs. I slowed down and pulled over at an automotive repair shop where I was told by the owner that he was too busy to help me, seriously. So I pulled out my little air compressor, filled the best I could, and got back on the road looking for a better air compressor and someone else to help. My tire pressure quickly declined as I pulled into a shell station. The clerk there told me about C&D tire.I called to be sure they could help me before getting back on the road with a leaking tire, and I was feeling a bit panicked at this point. The very professional and kind person on the phone assured me that they could take care of me and if I could not make it to the shop that they would come and get me.So, I refilled my tire and backtracked 20 minutes to the shop.The folks there repaired my tire and had me back on the road in about 30 minutes!!Clean and spacious waiting area, attentive staff, and my tire patch is still holding strong.Thank you!!!!

I couldn t recommend something better. They helped my husband out. Last min needing tires and an alignment. They went above and beyond. An Employee named Chris even wrote it was okay to drive bc I was alittle nervous when I found out about my cars. My husband made the comment I was stressed it wasn t safe and Chris made sure I knew it was safe to drive. Thank you guys so much.Service: Tires

Fast and reliable service. Chris and Josh are great up front and Jeff in the tire shop is the best in the business hands down if it has to do with a tire he's the guy I've taken alot of stuffi in and it's always taken care of.

I've been going to the C & D tire in Oak Ridge for years after a friend brought me there. I now go to the one in Maryville. It's the only place I trust with my car. They treat you like human beings and explain everything in detail. Note sure why my previous review has a 5 star rating and doesn't show my response. Because it was not a good experience. I have bought tires from this company for years. Until now. Over the last 2 months, I have purchased 4 or 5 tires and ALL of them have ruptured! Upon contacting C & D Tire to see if they could help in this matter, I was told unequivocally NO, they cannot. So, I will no longer be doing business with them.

Top notch. I've been dealing with auto shops for over 25 years and this was my first time to C&D at the referral of a friend. Super friendly staff that went above and beyond my expectations. Staff at C&D tire were able to figure out the mystery clunking noise in my car. I was so stressed and thought it would be a very expensive find! Fortunately, it was only a rock lodged near the motor, and they didn t charge me for the fix! And Chris was especially kind and professional.

Had a very pleasant experience from start to finish. I was busy so I had my wife call for tire pricing. The manager(?) who took the call was very helpful and clear with my wife.We went to the location and was greeted by her right away and made us feel very welcome. Surprisingly we were pretty much in and out even though the location always appears busy.Also the car was kept very clean and you wouldn t even have noticed it was taken into a shop (our car has tan carpet).Highly recommend you check these guys out for quick, affordable service!

almost had a sale until one of the string bean employees decided it would be a good idea to get caught copping a feel on my car outside. wanted to see how low it is. it s low. touch with your eyes not your hands. disgusting. place is also run like a sweat shop.

I had my van towed here because it needed a new alternator. Andrew was the guy that worked with me answering any questions I had. He was very nice and kept in contact with me about my van throughout the day. Service was completed the same day. I will definitely be going back.
