Sam and Danny are the most honest, kind folks. So knowledgable and always ask before doing anything on your vehicle. Would definitely recommend to anyone with a large bus/truck. We are thankful for them and for their help with our Silver Eagle.

OK, if your near Knoxville, TN don't bother trying to use this shop for any repairs..Had a thermostat stuck open on my truck and it was running cold. Contacted this shop to see if they could take care of it...well they replaced the thermostat but then didn't get the housing sealed up good and got a coolant leak. Brought it back for them to fix it..they assured me it would be good and that they ran it to make sure the coolant got up to temp wasn't leaking and burped the air and topped off the coolant. Well 5 miles later had to stop and put a gal 1/2 of coolant in.. I continued on to SC to pu another load...found it leaking coolant again the next morning. Called them as I was headed to TX under a load and asked to be refunded for labor or for them to pay for the labor at another shop to fix the leak....apparently they won't stand behind their work...only offer was to have me drive 500 miles back to TN for them to try and fix it a 3rd time. Poor Quality Workmanship. Also they didn't tighten up a bolt on a wire loom and fell out so will need to find a replacement bolt for that as well...I'll hand the repair bill to my attorney to deal withEdited with update. Tried to contact B&C again. Asked to speak directly to the owner but Tim refused to get him involved. B&C damaged the thermostat housing unfortunately and now will have to be replaced by a competent shop. Additionally the repair cost is now approx 4k for parts and labor. B&C will not even discuss the matter so will hire a local legal svc since this shop will not deal honestly. Added additional pics showing where they broke bolts on housing and damaged the threads to the housing.

These guys are crooks. DO NOT USE THEM. We called them out for a simple tire and light repair on a trailer. When they called for payment it was over $1,000. Then they tried to extort more money if we didn't pay them right away.Service: TiresService: Tires

B & C Transportation is good shop Sam's goods. Michael who fixed my truck did a good job .The owner and wife are nice people Did a good job and will recommend them to anyone and will come back.Also where very fair with there price too.

Awesome folks,friendly,speedy,and good service,took andrew about 5minutes to figure out what my problem was,and fixed it right away,fastest road service I ever had,and reasonable toThanks guys

Stay away at all costs, 2 month in the shop, rude, unprofessional. If you have 2 MONTH for repair go for it. I ended up calling road service that fixed my truck same day. If estimated time of repair is "we do our best" for 2 month in a row is ok for you go for it.Services: Transmission, ExhaustServices: Transmission, Exhaust

The service was great and they attended to my repair as soon as I got there. And all of the service personnel were really nice. Its kinda tucked off TN 162 but worth finding. Thanks guys.

The people at B&C Transportation are a rare find. Very kind and willing to help in any way they can. I have an old Greyhound bus that I converted into a motorhome and they are the only place that I will allow to work on my ole' 8v71 engine. I may not own a fleet of buses, but I feel like every vehicle that has been in that garage are in good hands with B&C Transportation.

Loss of air pressure on truck called these guys..they came out right away..found the broken air line up under the cab going to the air bags fixed it within minutes..was back on the road.. highly recommend them.. friendly and the mechanic was knowledgeable...I drive for freight Zone.. thanks again..
