Battery was under 3 year warranty, purchased at this store 18 months ago. They found my name and the battery purchase in their system. Gave me $24.15 back -- for a battery that was ~$200! I asked if the warranty was pro-rated? They just gave me back $24.15 which is the re-core amount for returning a battery! Then wanted to sell me a new battery for $200+! What was the"warranty" for?!? Took my business to Advanced Auto parts instead.

The manager at the time was no help had to get money back because part never came in. Had to take my business somewhere else. Stopped in to see if the manager was still there and he was. But he was on his way out the door when we got a call from cooperate. He must have really sugar coated every thing that came out of his mouth to keep his job. Even the employees didn't like the way he treated customers.

Great service! The little lady manager was very helpful and was very understanding of my price range while looking for wiper blades. She asked if she could help put on my wiper blades without even being asked! That's what customer service is all about. It's very nice knowing that there are competent people working there.

It was raining when I desperately realized I needed new wipers. Knowing nothing about cars, Jose L. chose my windshield wipers and installed them without me having to ask! Awesome customer service.

Came into the store looking for thermostat, radiator flush kit, and anti-freeze. Young man at the counter pullled up my specific model car and got my thermostat quickly. When I couldn't find radiator flush kit, he got on computer and quickly found that as well. Excellent service. I appreciate good Customer Service!

The crew at the Maryville location is fantastic. We were looking for a cheap battery charger (we're broke and waiting for payday to buy a new battery), and while Jay was taking to us, he suggested a used battery. We agreed, he put it in our car, and said it was on the house.

Always helpful, albeit sometimes the older guys seem grumpy. It's all good. If a part doesn't work out or is odd in differing from the original equipment, they are glad to make things right. Duralast brakes are lifetime warrantied; that's a great thing if you're a delivery driver and you know how to maintain your own vehicle. Bear in mind, Duralast electronically controlled parts aren't always a good fit for your car- best to see if they can get OE. I find that I'm always stopping in this store or the Kingston Pike, Knoxville location for something that my 15 year old car needs. And you cannot beat the rewards program; that $20 reward for spending in there helps with large purchases or even little things like lighting, miscellaneous sensors, what nots. Very happy with my numerous experiences with AutoZone in general. Sometimes you get a kid that's really green working in there and you know they mean well, but 9 times out of 10 the grumpy older cats have some helpful and insightful advice. I'll always go back; they deserve my patronage. My car is old, yes indeed, and it's paid for, for sure, but these guys have never once condescended about the make and model of my car and at 221,000 miles never said, "Well maybe you should just get rid of it." Seems like, in passing, they know my struggle and appreciate the challenge that I face with my Dodge. Thanks guys.

I want to thank everyone at auto zone and especially the young guy which I can t remember his name for being so knowledgeable and very helpful! He finally answered my question which no auto mechanic in maryville I went to even harpers couldn t answer! About which antifreeze to put in my vehicle and what antifreeze I had already in it! You guys rock!!! This is definitely my new place to go !!! So long awful advance auto parts !!! I highly recommend this place to anyone!!!

I feel like I just lost an hour of my life. I came in with the exact part I needed. I was the only person in the store. He proceeded to take forever to find the part, and then he didn't scan everything, so we needed a second transaction. Suddenly it was an hour later? How did that even happen?

Recently I ordered brake rotors and pads for my vehicle. Unfortunately, when I went to put the first rotor on, I noticed it was not the correct part. I checked at that time and both rotors were wrong. I reassembled the old parts and drove the rotors back to the store. They offered no apologies and did not have the right parts there. I got a refund and they told me they would call when the correct parts arrived at the store. I did not receive that call. Finally, I went back to the store and picked up the parts a week later. I had to ask for a discount and specifically had to say that I was "inconvenienced" to get 10% off. Seriously, 3 trips to the store and the work to wrestle the caliper and rotor off my vehicle - 3 hours of my time and they offered me around $12 and they didn't even have the ability to blush.

I dropped off a battery 9/17/2021, thought I was getting a 10$ gift card because I was going to pick up a few things. A few 1/4 sockets, (always using them) some wash & wax. Probably no more than 50/60$. Guy said put it on the table then just walked off. I stood there for a minute. But then he started helping someone else. So I just left! Not going to beg anyone. But if their not going to give the gift card (would have used it right then) don't say they are! 1742 W. Broadway Maryville Tn.

Had to have codes pulled. They told me what it was, and how much the part was so I was able to go to my mechanic prepared. I appreciate their help so much!

They weren't very busy at my time of arrival in the mid afternoon.I was there to purchase windshield wipers and that was taken care of very quickly and the gentleman put my wipers on for me. I'm ready to go.

We live just down the road, and stopped in and bought a battery, and during installation the installer made a mistake and broke something. Honest mistake. The store paid for almost $1,000 in repairs, parts and labor, to make it right. Better than before actually. Although it was an inconvenience, they've made a loyal customer out of me. highly recommend. Thank You AUTOZONE!!!

My check engine light came on, so I stopped at Auto Zone to have my computer checked. Yay! They still offer this service! As a single woman this goes a long way with me. There are many garages that try to take advantage of women, so it's great that Auto Zone still does this. I trust this company. My clerk was also amazing at the Maryville location. He was an older gentleman and knew exactly what to do. He also had a great attitude. When your check engine light comes on it's intimidating. He cracked a joke, made me smile and put me at ease. I also buy high quality oil, window washer fluid and parts from Auto Zone when needed. I highly recommend Auto Zone! Great service!
