Nicking was great! I couldn't have been more satisfied in an auto parts store. I explained what I needed, and she quickly helped me save some money. She's helped me many times. Always pleasant, and I appreciate that.

I m not one to leave negative reviews but not having the correct hours on Google is a good way to waste peoples time. Not sure how long you have been closing at 9 but google clearly says 10pm

Stopped in to drop something off for UPS. I decided to ask if they had the touch up paint I've needed for my vehicle. They didn't have it and rather than sell this gray-haired woman something that wasn't right, the manager directed me to someplace that did have what I needed. Rare to find honesty and good customer service anymore. I would suggest you make this location your first stop for your auto needs.

I needed wiper blades. The guys there were extremely helpful in trying to find the right parts that fit my vehicle. Unfortunately they didn t have the passenger side, but worked diligently to find a solution. In the end, we could only get the driver side to work. I ended up purchasing that, and at their suggestion, purchased the passenger side from another store. A+ service and customer support.

The kid behind the counter was extremely rude. Acted like I was a real inconvenience cuz I asked him to come take a look at something. Made an attempt to talk down to me because I'm not a car guy. Ended up just tell him to forget it and going to O'Reilly's. Terrible experience.

The gentleman was very kind and helpful and helped me charge my battery and clean the connections.i think his name was Jim. Very nice man. Wonderful service

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff along with a good selection of auto necessities for a vehicle that it is hard to find certain parts for. The Denso employee discount helps as well.

Very helpful staff. I had discovered when I had an emergency tire changed the employee of the emergency company didnt tighten all lugnuts and I was missing 2 of the 5. I had no idea how to find replacements. I wasnt in the store even 30 seconds I got help. The associate even put them on my vehicle for me. Great service great prices and awesome staff!

I have shopped at this store for a good number of years. I like dealing with Mark. He is knowledgable and helpful. They always try to make the sure everything is right in this store. Overall a good experience for me and my wife. Jon Denton

I'm giving this place a one star only to be nice. We live within walking distance and having only one vehicle our battery gave out. My husband walked to advance auto parts to get a new battery so he could work that night. There were only two people working and no one was waiting and the parking lot was empty. My husband requested that one of them walk NEXT DOOR to help install a new battery. He was told they could not as it was only two of them there to run the store. I guess they were too busy with NO customers to help someone out. We will be buying our car needs elsewhere. This happened 7/14/18.

Helpful cashier understood I had to buy a battery for my car but didn't have a lot of money. She was knowledgeable about available batteries and guided me to a reasonably priced one.

My 1997 Ford pickup check engine light came on stopped in waited for them to wait on One customer asked if they could do a diagnostic test was told yes but all they could give me was the code couldn't tell me what was wrong so I had to drive across town to AutoZone I was there five minutes left with the parts I needed poor training or they didn't want to get wet either way AutoZone score a hundred dollar sale

Great. I've learned it's best to call the person by name to give them more respect. I could not imagine the crazy questions these counter workers deal with. People we have to remember they are not mechanics. Even if they were they are not now. They are working to help you get the parts you or your mechanic thinks you need. It's not their fault if you buy a battery and it goes bad because you have a electrical short, bad alternator. Plus all these questions hold up everyone else from getting the parts they are there to get. I guess the point is to go a mechanic if you want trouble shooting. If I owned Advanced Auto I would put a Mechanic on staff and let him out her diagnose problems for a fee. I believe this would make things a lot different.

It's an okay place to buy parts if you're in a pinch but I suggest buying them on eBay especially for Toyotas . If you can wait 3 days to get your part as a great selection of new Part Parts 1/4 of the price of advanced nine times out of ten same manufacturer

It really is about the employees and not the brand with these locations. Terrible experience in Alcoa earlier in the day, but Mildred and Mark immediately knew what was wrong with my van and went the extra mile with speed and service. I'll be going back here.

Exchange out a part that was under warranty they didn t want to do it took forever!!! They treated like I didn t have a warranty and gave me the third degree cause the part was defeated!!! Un real!!!

They are always very helpful whenever I go in. The store is in a convenient spot to town. The entrance is just before a red light and there is plenty of parking. They will help anyway they can.
