Needed a new battery for my wife's van. No big deal, right? Except for the fact it was about 10 degrees outside. A young man named Matt could not have been any nicer or more helpful. He came out on this frigid winter morning and had that battery changed out and I was on my way. A terrific experience.

I decided to change my alternator myself. Jay and Lee went above and beyond for me. They helped me change out my old one for the new. They went the extra mile to look up information which was much appreciated! Definitely only using this location from now on. 10/10

I was traveling back home to Michigan from Georgia and was stopped in Tennessee for the evening to break up the long drive. It was pouring rain and my windshield wipers completely stopped working while driving down the road. I called Advanced Auto parts and explained my situation to them. Don told me what he thought could be the problem but said they couldn t actually fix the issue if it was the motor. He suggested places for me to call, so I did and neither of those had any available appointments. I eventually made my way into the store where Don went out of his way to call several different places and people for me, explaining my situation, who might be able to help me get the issue resolved today. He found a place for me to go gave me the address. Rick explained the best way to get there cautiously since my wipers were obviously not working and I was too stressed to wait for the rain to pass. These two gentlemen gave me exceptional customer care and were so friendly and genuinely cared about my car issue. If you live around here, then you already know they re the best. If you don t live around here but will be in the area, stop in as they will definitely do their absolute best to assist in any possible way.Thanks to Don, I was able to get my wiper motor fixed. Best customer service ever.

Purely awful. Spent 45 min and the guy was telling about antifreeze and how I shouldn t get a certain kind when that is the only kind they have. They told me I don t know what to do .. so 45 min wasted !! Late to work . I will NEVER step foot in that place again.. very unknowledgeable !!!

I live 12 miles away from the store. Took every penny I had to rent a ball joint press, when I went to return it the next morning they told me I would have to bring it back that evening, they dont keep that kind of money on hand?! If you rent a tool there, you better use a card. Went there today, 12/15/22 and they can't even break a 100 dollar bill. Done with Advance. Place is afraid someone is going to rob them for 200 dollars I guess.

I've bought parts from Gary and Eddie for quite a few years and they've always been really good. Sometimes it gets a bit busy but the parking is good. The only bad thing is that it's kind of difficult to get back into highway traffic. Returns are easy and ordering from the website for store pickup is fairly fast. They do the checks engine scans which can actually do help determine what's going on with your car.

The young man checked my engine lights to tell me what issues I was having with my car which I was happy to know what my new issues are.I won't be happy when I get them fixed . You never know what car repairs are going to be.I was on a two-fold mission my son-in-law was there also he was working on his car with calipers and brakes and his mission was very successful and happy with his two caliber purchase for his car.Which of course it wasn't cheap because he was buying car parts.But you have to have your vehicle so you can get from point A to point b.

I have never had a bad experience with Advance Auto Parts until my last purchase. I went in to the 1750 West Broadway location and Doug waited on me. I asked him for my options on brake pads for my old mini van. He pulls up the screen and gives me two options...$50 or $40. I commented that I had just bought pads there for my wife's car and spent $25. Doug just shrugged and claimed that those were my choices. Even though I didn't feel good about Doug's honesty at this point, I trusted Advance and paid for the $40 pads. I couldn't shake the feeling that something was off about Doug, so I checked the website and found that the very store I had just left had $22 pads available for pickup that night. The website gave me a %25 discount making my purchase less than $20 with tax. I'll use AutoZone right next door from now on.....Thanks Doug!

They never said online orders could not be returned for a different part. So I guess if you get the wrong part it will go back on your card. Then they were rude when asked about it and explained they never said anything.

With YouTube working on a car has become a great way to save some money while learning a new skill. This location makes it even easier and better, the staff is very knowledgeable and they are always willing to give you a few minutes to share their advice bases on their experience.

I wasn't home yesterday to sign for a delivery, so UPS left it here at Advanced Auto Parts. Surprising, but convenient. The guys were nice and my package was there waiting for me.

Of all the chain auto part stores. I find Advance Auto is the cleanest and best organized. It is usually very easy to find anything in the store that is not behind the counter. If you can't find it they are always there to lend a hand. It usually in a place I already walked by twice. If you need their help with an item behind the counter they are very helpful and knowledgeable. When possible the give you options at different price points with an explanation. I use them whenever possible.

Store Manager is great!!I would have gave a 5 star rating but a younger female staff member was rude.The store manager corrected the problem.I will go back because I like the store manager.Female staff member needs a lesson in customer service.

My old windshield wipers froze to the car today so I had to get me a new pair got a Brand New pair of Rain-X 1499 and he installed them everything was great they are very nice

I went in for replacement bulbs and WS wipers. The Associate was very helpful obtaining my size of windshield wipers needed. He gathered them quickly. He amso offered to replace them for me. I appreciated the help. I do not know how to change tbem. I also do not have much strength in my hands to do much like that anymore.

They sold my boyfriend the wrong part for my car. The clerk also sat in my car while my son and I were sitting in it waiting and eating our dinner. He sat in my car to ruin the check engine light. I thought that was very unprofessional. I've never had any of them sit in my car instead they stands pause the driver's door. He didn't even acknowledge us being in the car so that made it that much more uncomfortable.
