I so love Weakley county motors. It s big city service and product but with down home hospitality. I have been with this dealership for three generations of Alexander s and several ford and Nissan vehicles. Do yourself a favor and shop with the best.

What great people! We just purchased a new Murano and love it. The sales staff were great folks to work with. Everyone was so friendly. Before leaving after our purchase, they had someone sit in the vehicle with us to explain how to operate all of the controls and extras. We definitely recommend Weakley County Motors for your next vehicle purchase.

My wife and three of my kids were travelling across the country with our F-250 in January. They were in Martin when the water pump failed and why do I know this? NOT because of Weakly Ford! She was facing being STRANDED 5 hours from home and 12 hours from her final destination. Knowing this did the Ford place do ANYTHING to help? Nope, except to say they were kind enough to tell her that if anyone did any work on her truck other than the Ford dealer that it would void her warranty but that was more important than trying to help a stranded mom with three kids to find their way back to somewhere safe. Among other things they were rude, condescending, and stuck up. At least be a bit compassionate even if you can't help fix the vehicle and try to assist with finding some kind of solution to make the situation a little better for someone in need. Thank God for Davis Automotive down the road who took her in immediately despite being very busy and gave her the assistance she needed!

I came in for oil change and tire rotation, and was told that I had a missing lug node on my tire and they replaced it for me . Very grateful for their professionalism and care shown at this visit. Thank you.

I had a recall for the hood latch on my 2013 nissan altima, I called and spoke with Tony. He scheduled me in to get it replaced pretty quick. I also needed a couple replacement key fobs and they were able to program them the same day that they replaced the hood latch. Wonderful customer service and very friendly staff. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Our salesman was awesome. He had everything ready for us to sign and even had the car waiting in the front for us. The whole process took about 10 mins. I felt like everything was explained in detail for me to understand. I 100% will return for all my servicing needs!

Kyle was totally awesome. I live about an hour and a half from the dealership. The night before I went I talked to Kyle about the car I was interested in and made an appointment to see him the next day. The morning I went I called him to let him know I was on my way. He made sure the car was not sold before I got there. I can t thank him enough for going that extra mile for me. I had been looking for about a month for the perfect car and thanks to Kyle I have my dream car. I highly recommend this dealership for your car needs.

This was the easiest truck buying experience I ve ever had!! Justin and his team were awesome and made it so easy. I inquired online about the truck and after another email, Justin called and we handled the transaction over the phone. From that point just texts and emails. So simple! We drove up yesterday, drove the truck, signed the paperwork that was already prepared, they help set up the Ford app, and we were headed home in less than an hour!

Bought my wife s car here a few weeks ago. Very clean atmosphere and friendly staff. I highly recommend Kyle Alexander. Told him what we wanted and he made it happen. Nice dealership and not pushy at all. Staff was very helpful and quick service on buying our new car! I'd return to buy in the future! The only lack in star is I felt like there could've been a little budge in price but with the way the economy is they are sticking to the price.

Kyle (as always) was wonderful. He is honest and works hard to go above and beyond for what we need in a vehicle. We LOVE our new pathfinder. Probably one of the best riding vehicles we have had, not to mention it is beautiful.

From start to finish the buying experience was one of the most pleasant that I have ever had. Jason was friendly and professional in his manner. He explained every thing in great detail and answered our questions thoroughly. I will be doing business with Weakley County Mtrs again next year when its time to get my son's first car.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!I took my Nissan in for an alignment in Oct 2021 and I won t be back. When I went to pick up my car and pay the boy checking me out tried to tell me that I also needed new brakes. I didn t appreciate being lied to as I had replaced them MYSELF the week before. When I called him out on it he didn t even apologize. I guess because I m a woman they thought they could pull one over on me and get away with it. Then when I left I didn t even make it a mile down the road before a warning light came on. I had to turn around and go back. Turns out the guy who worked on it had left but another tech said that he hadn t done one of the settings correctly. So apparently the guy who did my alignment didn t even do his job right.
