I had a recall on my Nissan Murano so I called to set up an appointment the first time and the day I got there they didn't have the stuff to do the job and got rescheduled for a month later. I told my Murano at 8 o'clock on the 18th for what was supposed to be a 3 hour job. I didn't get my Murano back till 5 o'clock that night.
