We have been to Taylor Auto twice now for our new to us vehicles, and I can t recommend a better place to go, there services, hospitality, cars, trucks and so much more is just spot on!! but Don was absolutely amazing he is my go to guy for everything at Taylor! He helped us this past weekend to set me up with the Kia Telluride! Im one happy lady!!

We had a wonderful experience with Taylor Automotive and Preston! He was helpful, friendly, very relatable, and over all made the car shopping experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a car. Alex was also very friendly and I appreciated both of them accommodating us by staying late and getting the job completed so I could drive my new car home same day!

My experience with the service department not the first time I had the problem either I just thought I'd give them another chance their technicians don't no how to do a proper alignment and then they lie to you tell you nothing wrong that was my experience the first time had to take it somewhere else and now I'm having the same issue I'm not going back to am not going back to them again plus their vehicles are sky high if you're in the market for a new vehicle do yourself a favor drive the extra miles to Jackson or somewhere and you'll save money

My experience is with the service department. I had a newer model truck, and it had a recall on it. The dealer didn't want to do the recall, so they just kept lying to me and saying that I was in line. I kept calling back, and throwing my time away. 1.5 years later, and I go from "your only 3rd in line" to just giving up on them, and now, I don't want to give them my business for anything.

I purchased a 2024 Jeep Rubicon X from Lloyd at Taylor Automotive. This was the best and easiest buying experience I have ever had. I highly recommend this dealership and will use them again if ever in need of another jeep. Thank you for a seamless and professional experience.

Best experience buying a vehicle! Eddie made the process so easy. We looked and test drove he was patient and kind without being pushy. He even come and got the truck from work to get a part put on a few days after we bought it. Just to make it convenient for us! The finance department was also amazing in finding us the best deal! We will go back for all our future vehicle needs!

It was a great place for me. The salesman was very nice and helpful. I wasn't in and out within 30 minutes after I purchased my vehicle. Don was very good at explaining everything to me. Eddie is a great sales person. If I could offer one piece of constructive criticism to Taylor as a whole, it would be to maje sure Union City and Martin are offering the same amount for a trade in. Taylor UC offered 3k more for my trade in than Martin. I kept my trade in and bought from Martin, because they had a wider selection and easy to talk to professionals. Not that there was any issue with Union City Sales People. It was a selection in used trucks that brought me back to Martin. Overall a great experience.

Taylor Automotive does an excellent job making sure their customers are satisfied from the initial sale and many years beyond. I purchased a new 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 which was the last year Chrysler offered a Lifetime Powertrain Warranty from the factory. Almost 14 years and 300,000 miles later the guys at Taylor Automotive submitted the warranty claim and installed a brand new hemi engine in my truck. I'm certain the manufacturer is glad there are very few vehicles still covered under that warranty which was non-transferable. The guys at Taylor Automotive were diligent in making sure all requested service documentation and photos were submitted and the warranty was fully honored. From my initial dealings with Preston in sales and Bud in service they have made Taylor Automotive a dealership that can't be beat. They definitely go above and beyond to insure total customer satisfaction.

Eddie at Taylor Auto went above and beyond to find us the exact Toyota van that we had been looking for. He even went and picked it up at the Union City lot for us. If you are looking for a vehicle, give this man a call!!!

My family has purchased several vehicles from Taylor Automotive through the years and had a great experience each time. With our last purchase, I was so grateful for their help in finding a vehicle that worked just right for our family (+ the many car seats). In addition, they have been great to work with for the service and care on our vehicles.

Wasn't the best experience. Salesman seemed a little pushy and the car we drove over an hour and a half wasn't in as good of shape as they said it was. I'm not saying it was horrible. But it definitely wasn't as clean as it was made out to be and I pointed out multiple issues that they said the service department must have missed. But it wasn't bad enough for me to say I'd never go back to them either.

This dealership is the worst at doing as they promise. The first time was with a brand new terrain. They promised to pay the first month payment. They didn't!!! And the salesman said, "Well, it's too late to bring it back. " The second time we tried with a different sales person, who promised we'd get our second key fob with our used jeep soon. It's been 3 months and one day later and several emails and phone calls later and we just now got the second fob. Their customer service is terrible in all the departments.

Would not bargain. Their way or the Highway. Wanted me to take a 6 k cut on a new GMC Denali. Don t believe the hype about your auto is worth more now . That s a ploy to get you in . If your a GM employee stay clear , your on bottom of there list . Shop around .

I highly recommend visiting Taylor Automotive. I worked with Preston McClain and he was AWESOME! Very friendly, informative, and patient. My mother ultimately preferred a vehicle at a different dealership so we did not buy, but I would definitely come here again due to the great service and great pricing.

I bought a vehicle from their sister location in Union City. My keyless entry did not work with the factory code. In order for them to help me figure out some of the technological features in the vehicle (including keyless entry and sync features) they want to charge me $45 to explain the technology features. Like seriously they are trying to charge me $45 on top of the tens and thousands of dollars I've already spent to purchase the vehicle to instruct me on how things work. I do not recommend this dealership. All they're about is $$$...the customer service sucks!!!!

The staff at Taylor Automotive is phenomenal! They go above and beyond to take care of their customers. I have had so many great experiences with them and will continue to buy my vehicles from a great, local dealership!
