They helped me when my car broke down and no one else would.They went out their way to help me get my car moving to a safe place and find out what was wrong with it. I called another auto parts place and they refused to do anything.

Well for the manager I feel like he knows his stuff. One of the other guys was have trouble finding the buttons on the computer. And the day after spending almost 400 dollars on parts the guy on the phone was very rude and hung up the phone so yeah I'm not happy with the guy I talked to on the phone

I went in to get windshield wipers and the person that sold them to me offered to put them on my car when I asked them and was happy to do it I gave him a $5 tip and went on about my day definitely definitely recommend very respectful and gave me the best deal possible

The employee that waited on me assumed I did not know what I was talking about and treated me like I was not intelligent enough...finally after when it was brought to his attention my information gave him the correct part....would definitely go to Advance in Martin from now on....there the employees are understanding and listen to you....

Everytime I go in and deal with one employee he gets my parts work and I always have to go back in and get the right one ifi we're you I wouldn't go to tanner bell when he's working go to someone else's

No complaints here. Any time I need as part, this is where I stop. I have an '87, a '94, and newer autos, and they help me keep every one of them going.

Helpful and knowledgeable Employee's, A great place for reasonable carpart prices. There Riley's Reward program Card is cool too it'll definitely help you out in that great Walk of Life many of car problems are abound, Great card to save money for future purchases

This place sucks!! Ordered 3 coil packs Sunday, was told they would be in Wednesday. I go up there Wednesday. I'm told "we have two, don't know when the third will be in...if at all". Save yourself the trouble and go to Advance.

Most of the time they're doing exactly what they can to be a big help and actually give hints on where some the fluids are just a little bit cheaper
