Friendly, helpful staff. Nick came to my house to air up my very flat tire so I could drive it to the garage. They fixed my lug nuts and put me on a new tire for a very reasonable price and I did not have to wait very long. Will be recommending them to my friends and family.

Bryan and the fellas were very friendly and knowledgeable. I came in with my van and they took it in right away and fix the problem, without breaking the bank. Will be shop of choice from now on. Thank you guys

I went there they had a sign on their wall advertising a full synthetic oil change for $59.99It ended up being over $72. They had some extra charges like shop supplies,$1.55 and another one Haz Matt at $1.55 Totaled $3.10 no where on there sign or hanging in the shop was this extra charge posted. Then they charged me $2.15 for additional oil. Now knowing that most if not all cars use a little more than 5 quarts if you fill the oil filter up with oil prior to installing it. But they pull you in with the $59.99 price. So the real quoted price should have been $65.19 + tax of 6.06 totaling $71.29 instead of $59.99 + tax 9.75% $$5.85 total $65.84 instead of $71.29.Underhanded tactics to raise the actual price that you get shocked with at the end of $5.25. +.21 extra tax. So $5.46 difference in the bill. I protested it and she just laughed at me. You should be informed of all extra charges if any before you agree to let them work in your car. Except Tsx we all expect to pay that one. As far as I m concerned a man who operated his own business for 29 yrs. This is underhanded and crooked. I couldn t have ever imagined doing a job for someone and at the end. Saying the contract or advertised price went up because of some obscure charges I didn t inform you about at the beginning. No other station even Walmart that I have ever had my oil changed at has ever done this kinda sleight of hand to me. Darren Wingate a 64 year old man who has lived a little. I should have known better. As you can see I never authorized these extra charges. Never was shown this paper till I paid the bill. No where on this sheet does it say only 5 quarts of oil included in Price. I would have left and not had it done there.

Remember this place they make you feel comfortable while get your car done. The waiting area is nice and clean. Crank D Up Garage, LLC and n Martin TN is the place me and my daughter feel good about them.

If you have a student in Martin that has car trouble while there I highly recommend them. They took care of the issue quickly and made it an easy experience.

Took my car in because my check engine light was on, code read Catalytic Converter. Took it to them because of their good reviews online. The diagnosis of an oxygen sensor and driveshaft seal from the tech seemed legit but they couldn t give me a time for when the work would be completed. I had to call in order to find out my quote had gone up over $100 since my harmonic balancer needed replaced and they did the work before I agreed to it. I pick my car up and my driver side window wasn t all the way up. I try to get it to raise but it only went down. I went back inside and they told me they needed to look at it. They then said my window regulator was bad and quoted me $235 to replace it. I told them no as I have replaced them before but they quoted the entire assembly, regulator and motor even though you can hear the motor working. I can t get past them still charging for labor even though it broke at their shop. I know enough about vehicles to know they definitely take advantage of people and situations. The only redeeming quality is the lady in the office is extremely nice and helpful. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I had to use them because my normal shop, A Plus was closed for a few weeks. I ll stick to their honesty in the future.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Highly recommend!!!They were so nice and very fast! I came fully prepared to wait but was there maybe a 20 minute wait. Also the 2 very sweet puppies made my day. The customer service from beginning to end was phenomenal! The front desk receptionist was very sweet and got me in ASAP! I called for an air conditioning repair, I dropped my jeep off at 7 and got a call at 7:50 with a diagnostic and estimate. They repaired my car in one day (I m used to leaving it for several days at other places). Would 10/10 recommend this shop to anyone in the Martin area and will be using them again!Service: Air conditioning

Everyone was super nice and kind! They got my car done super quick. I left within a few hours. They have the cleanest inside for people to sit and relax, and they also provide refreshments! Definitely 10/10!!

Wife got two tires changed. After they were done she realized they changed the wrong tires that she told them to change and they fixed it but charged her extra to remount the tires they messed up. Will not be coming back.Service: TiresService: Tires

I'm giving 4 stars for their professionalism and immediate attention. They'll have my car over the weekend and I have some issues that are making my car a danger to have on the road. I'm confident that it will be repaired properly and at a reasonable price. I honestly can't say enough about this place stepping up to help me asap. This in my opinion is what other shops should strive to become. That's why I added the fifth star. I will update if anything goes wrong but I'm pretty confident that you won't see an update.

Highly recommend! Bryan helped me on a Saturday when I had to replace a tire on my car. Even though the places that sell tires and mount them were either closed due to COVID-19 or short handed due to illness, Bryan took my wheel and tire off at my residence, went and bought the right tire and took it to a second location to have it mounted. He returned to put it back on my car. All of this during the hottest part of the day! The lady I spoke to on the phone was very nice. Bryan went above and beyond to get me going again. Will be happily doing more business with them in the future. Quick, accommodating, priced right, knowledgeable and friendly just begins to describe the service I received!

******{HIGHLY RECOMMENDED}******Had our truck towed to the shop even though they said they were backed up till April 15 and they would try to squeeze it in when they could, they had the whole brake system replace the next day!!!! My wife and I were traveling out of town when our front wheel bearing went out. We called a couple of mechanic shops and found out the shops were backed up at least 2 days and parts were hard to find. We located the part, and called Crank'd Up Garage.They told us they would work us in. Within 15 minutes they pulled our car in to do the work. We found a place to eat lunch a mile away and asked one of the owner s about it. They gave us a ride there and back and our car was then ready to go!We braced ourselves for the bill since they could have us over the barrel , but we were not overcharged at all. We were spared being stranded for days out of town. We would recommend this place and the owners to anyone in need of good professional auto mechanic service at very reasonable prices.

Great service !! They fixed my 91 camaro in one day . Herman Jenkins couldn't fix it at all and legins hot rod wouldn't even consider working on it and they fixed it in one freaking day ! These guys are awesome . Thank you !
