Very long wait times and a rude old man in the back told my husband that its not his problem nor in his job description to fix his wheel. I clarified what he said to him and the man told me he said it I took my keys back and we left. NEVER go here go to Espys Auto or Tullahoma's walmart auto. Trust the numerous bad reviews!!! We should've and regret giving the manchester walmart auto a try.

I ordered my tires online and scheduled my appointment to have them put on for several days later. They were to be delivered straight to the auto center. I arrive at 7am on my scheduled day to get a deer in the headlights look from the employees saying they couldn't find my appointment. Then they say "Oh, here you are...yeah, they are running behind in shipping and your tires haven't arrived yet. You'll need to reschedule." No one bothered to call and tell me. I didn't even get an apology. I had much better things to do than wait for 45 minutes at Walmart at 7am for no reason. Fine, whatever. I reschedule for 2 days later. I get there, same deer in headlights look but the tires had arrived and they found them. It then took 2.5 hours just to put the tires on and balance them because the tire tech would stop every 5 minutes to talk to another guy and wave his arms all around for 10 or 15 minutes then go back to work for another 5 minutes. I know this because I was sitting there waiting for the last hour and a half and could see him through the glass in the waiting area. Next time, I'll pay the extra and go to my local tire shop.

I broke down not too far from here and had to drive my car on run flats to get here. Upon arriving the automobile staff was extremely friendly and helpful in assisting me with getting a new tire, mount and balancing. A lady in the back helped me call around to see if we could locate the unusual size 255/35/19 tire nearby and we did. After a quick tire change for cheap (like $24 with warranty) we were back on the family road trip in no time.

They completely destroyed my tire sensor and then proceeded to tell me it was like that when I came in even though it wasn't. They will not take responsibility when they do something wrong and will just deny it. I would have accepted an apology but apparently that was to much to ask just an old man who got super defensive when I asked him about it and started getting super aggressive. I highly recommend paying the extra money to take it somewhere that will actually own up to when they make a mistake instead of getting hostile and blaming you they knew they did it or he wouldn't have reacted that way just real crazy how my tire light wasn't on when I took it there and now it won't turn off but yea I'm the one that did it inside the tire how does that make sense to anyone especially a "mechanic" if I had got the super rude mans name I would definitely give him a shout outService: Tires

Went in with a zero turn tire that had a screw in it. Just needed a plug put in it. By the time the two men that were working behind the counter got thru telling us it couldn't be fixed, my husband picked it up left upset. Hulletts tire shop in Morrison fixed it for us.

The service was good qnd fast except I recieved the wrong size tires and didn't notice til 3 days later. Don't know if they will fix it haven't had time to check on it. My receipt show correct tires but the tires in fact are bigger supposed to been 185 got 195.

I went there because I needed a new tire. The very first thing I asked was do I need an appointment? The answer was no. Next question was Do you have this tire in stock? The answer was yes. I asked if I could please get a tire put on today? The answer was let me see if this tire is in stock. I asked if there was any way that I could have the tire put on somewhere in the hour? The answer was no you'll need an appointment. I said okay do you have an appointment available for this afternoon? He says you can't do same day appointment. Obviously, he didn't want to do it.

This is the worst service we have ever had. We had an appointment for 9am we check our truck in at 8:30 to have 2 tires replaced. We didn't get our truck back until 10: 50. I will never go back to thier tire shopAnd I will tell everyone I know how awful they are..Service: TiresService: Tires

I went to Walmart for an oil change great job very handy . Horrible customer service absolutely horrible. After waiting a good 2 hours for my car I'm welcomed with another 40 minute wait to get my car keys. I had to go out of my way to find a manager from a different department to help me. I feel so bad for the 2 people who were actually helpful (Mila and Cal were both amazing) but Cal had to call over the intercom 5 different times to have someone come help him with the insane lime that was forming, which is when I actually had to leave to go find someone to help him myself. Do not recommend super horribly managed.

Place goes out of their way to find any reason not to work on your vehicle and then when the manager finally makes them, they take 3.5 hours to put on 2 tires. Not wait time... Actual "work" time. If they spent as much time working as they do standing around and trying to get out of doing work, they could handle 3 times the volume. Avoid this place if you have ANY other options.

If you buy tires here, you MAY be ok. However, I will NEVER be back! I have taken 2 vehicles to them for an oil change- they couldn't or wouldn't change the oil in either of them. Both times (2 different occasions-2 different cars) I received a call an hour (or so) after dropping the car off to tell me they were unable to change the oil!?!? I was under the assumption that this was a service they provided... apparently not. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Incompetent is the only word I can think to describe this operation. Went for an oil change and had to wait two hours despite being the second person in line. After waiting I was told that they couldn't do an oil change because the previous person tightened a housing to much. Here's the twist, they were the exact ones that did the previous service. Avoid this place at all costs!!!Services: Tires, Oil change

Always good service. Lifetime balance and rotate is a great deal. Tires for suburban lasted 10 years. They still had good tread after 80k miles, only changed them due to dry rot.

Very good and prompt service to put on a new set of Goodyear Reliant tired. I am very pleased with the service and recommended. Saved about $200 using Walmart Auto Center instead of at Ford

It should not take 30 mins to change 1 tire. Then when you buy a set it shouldn't take 2.5 hours. It shouldn't take 1 hour to change the oil. That is 3.5 hours on one car. There was 3 cars waiting and 4 people working not counting the guy at the counter. Walmart is losing SOOOO much money and customers due to this.

Manchester, Tennessee Walmart is by far and wide the best Walmart Auto Care Center in all of Middle Tennessee. Quality work and great attitudes.
