Corey was my hero tonight. I was on a trip in a rental car and ended up on the side of the interstate with two flat tires. They were prompt in getting to my location, made sure I was okay and that I was in a safe location waiting for my boyfriend to pick me up. I appreciate their dedication to their customers very much!

Absolutely hate to leave this review, but I rode with my buddy to pick up a Maxima he bought from TNT. He picked up it, got back home, and it was smoking the next morning. They weren t upfront with him about it burning oil and now he s out money for something that could ve been fixed if they were honest. The guy works 2 jobs in college. We drove 5 hours there and back.

Just bought a Maxima from TNT, was told it was running fine with no problems. Within a night it was smoking and burning oil. Wasn t upfront with me after driving over 2 and a half hours. I m in college and drive all the way back home, when I asked what was wrong he finally told me it had been smoking. He said he had fixed it, but obviously he hadn t, this was my first big purchase as a college student and now I m stuck with a messed up car!

I had my water pump and radiator go out in the middle of the night, and was blessed with this company that towed my truck off the side of the road, dropped my wife and I off at our house and had my truck repaired the very next day! Helped our family in a time of need, went above and beyond for us! Our car died on the highway, Corey towed us, helped us get our luggage stored on our other car, gave us cold water bottles, and worked on our vehicle while we continued to travel. We were stranded in pouring down rain, my wife was 8 months pregnant and our car would not go any further. Corey rescued my family and did it in a timely professional manner and was extremely reasonable in price. 5 stars aren t enough to describe how he turned what would have been a ruined vacation into a success story that put my wife s mind at ease and my family s safety a top priority. Not only did he provide the tow but then we had the work done in his shop and had us back on the road the same day! Our car broke down on a Saturday. We called TnT and Corey was amazing! He came and got our car very quickly and diagnosed the problem and was able to help us out to handle the extra luggage with our other car. These guys are awesome! My husband and I broke down in rush hour Nashville traffic. They came all the way to Nashville to tow us back to Manchester and their price was reasonable. I hope we don't need a tow again but if we do, we will call TNT.

Just like another review, on a Sunday my car lost power on I 24 on our way home 400 miles away. TNT towed me and offered to fix my car so we could get home. They did a fantastic job. At a very reasonable cost as well

Three girls with a flat tire at 10 pm on a back country road 3 hours from home not a great experience. Called Corey and he saved our butts. Circumstances dictated that we HAD to get home that night, so Corey towed us all the way home to Knoxville. He was very funny and polite and let us stop for a bathroom break when we needed it. Couldn t have asked for a better tow experience in the midst of a disaster. We now refer to him as our friendly tow truck driver who didn t murder us. WOW! Owner answered my call to assist with a flat tire tow at 9:00 at night. Excellent customer service, honest, and efficient. Had a tow truck to me in 20 minutes! Driver (Wayne) was so kind and helped with such a stressful situation. I wish I called them sooner!! Seriously blown away by the organization and entire experience. They even called me to let me know that my car had arrived at the repair shop safely and went the extra mile to ensure I had a ride to my final destination. Thank you so much.Service: Car towing

He called me on February 22nd 2023 about a vehicle I put a application in on to finance. He said he'd be able to get Me in the truck I was looking at. And let me tell you, he stood by his word!! He helped me get into another truck! If I could give more then 5 stars I would because these guys deserve it!!!! Great environment, great people!!! 10 out of 10 definitely recommend!!!

I m a travel nurse whom travels with my family (husband, 2 kids, 2 pups) we were on our way from Florida to Chicago when our truck broke down. These awesome gentlemen were able to tow our vehicle not even 1 hour after the incident, to their shop and assist in helping us come to a solution. Being a Saturday in they did everything possible to help us without situation, including facilitating a ride for us to the nearest airport so we could get a rental. Happy to say we were able to pick up our truck from them today and it runs like brand new.Services: Car towing, Long distance hauling

Awesome Service! My SUV with a trailer attached broke down on interstate 24. Luckily my State Farm roadside assistance sent Wayne from TNT to pick my SUV and hook up my trailer. Not only was he extremely helpful but he went above and beyond. He took me and my dog back to their lot and we dropped off my car and trailer, then he took me to hotel down the street. It was a Saturday evening and all rental places were closed until Monday. Wayne and Corey both reached out to me and made sure I was ok and they looked over my car on Monday. I was driving from Atlanta to Indiana. My car broke down in Tennessee. These guys did the most amazing service for me by taking me all the way to Indiana on a short notice. I never got their names unfortunately but the couple that took me were some amazing people. Made sure I always had what I needed. Kept a smile on my face despite the fact I was having such a horrible day. I would defintley recommend anyone in their area to give them a call when in need. Amazing service as well. Broke down on the side of the road on a Saturday night of Thanksgiving weekend is not something anyone would want, but Corey and TNT Towing came to the rescue! Quick arrival, professional work, and friendly service... all at a reasonable price. They fixed my car ON A SUNDAY so we could drive the 400 remaining miles home. I was involved in a car wreck on a road trip in Manchester Tennessee. This tow truck company was called to help us out and get our rental car off the road. I have never met such genuine and nice people that were willing to help me get to where I need to be and go above and beyond. Their services didn t stop at just towing the car. They made great suggestions and were able to give us a ride to where we need to go. I am so appreciative of their services and kindness. 100% recommend!!!Service: Car towing

Certainly will never call a different tow company, again!! Actually had to call TNT twice over 3 weeks. Phone answered within 2 rings. Both times car was back in my drive within 30 minutes. Friendly driver. Rates fairly the same as all the others or cheaper. Customer service on point !!

Oh my goodness! Wayne literally made a stressful situation and turned it into something memorable, hilarious and calming. Me and my husband car broke down on the way to Chattanooga on our honeymoon. I can t speak highly enough about our experience with TNT last night. We broke down at the foot of Monteagle at sunset and 5 other companies either said no or just ghosted us. TNT didn t flinch and took wonderful care of us and our vehicle. Wayne was awesome and somehow actually made the experience fun.Thanks a lot, Wayne and TNT!

Excellent service, great price, and very helpful. Corey responded quickly to our call after our car broken down over 120 miles from home. He hauled us and our car to our mechanics shop in Clarksville, then drove us home, and even carried my luggage to our front door!!!. We can not say enough good things about Corey's service and friendliness. We highly recommend!! Thank you for all your help.

If I could, I would give him 10 stars and could not have asked for better service! I was traveling through TN during a move from Chicago to Atlanta when my car broke down and Corey came to the rescue. He was not only very pleasant to talk to but also helped me to me problem solve my car troubles as it was Sunday and his mechanic was off. When there was nothing left to be done he offered to haul my friend and I with my car the rest of the way for a very reasonable price. While waiting for the trailer he went the extra mile to make sure both my friend and I were comfortable while waiting. I have been in customer for 15 years and in all my life have never had such a great experience during a stressful time like this.
