Bought an RV and broke the fan / alternator belt an hour into the trip. The staff here was very helpful and double checked to make sure the belt would work. They also loaned me tools to fix it. Turned a mechanical failure to a bump in the road. Thanks!

No issues with friendly staff but issues with the fact that their stock is running out on certain parts and surrounding stores as well didn't have a part that usually could have been sent from another store.

This place is amazing. The employees are super wonderful and helpful. They are very supportive and I ve seen several employees in the parking lot helping people in need. This is the place to go for automotive parts. The community around the Oriellys is worth more than any part you d need. If you find yourself needing some help in the store, ask for Miss Christy and she will get you exactly what you need.

The guys in here super nice. Especially the young man. Didn't get his name. But exceptional Custer service. This is why I love O'Riely over any other auto parts store. From Missouri and this company has great employees.

Just stopped here because we were on a trip and our Jeep threw an engine code. The TPS I replaced yesterday from Murfreesboro was faulty. The awesome staff gave me a new part and swapped it out under warranty in no time and without hassle.

Went in for an engine air filter and a few other things. I believe there was one other customer in the store. I was never acknowledged much less offered help. A store associate came back to the filter area where I was but didn't offer any assistance. After being unable to find the item I needed, I put my other items back and left the store. The associate at the counter was too busy playing on his phone to do his job. Just go to Advance Auto Parts. It's a few blocks west on Hillsboro. I went there and immediately was assisted. I'd give this O'Reilly location zero stars if I could.

Bought a radiator for my Camry. Service was great, however they didn't tighten the transmission line. Leaked transmission fluid all over front of car. Had to buy 2 quarts of fluid. If they weren't going to tighten it, they should have left it loose in the box.

Very nice people always helping us out with windshield wipers. Plus military discount don't hurt. But just got my battery changed that I have lasted six and a half years. Woohoo thank-you O'Reilly!

Nice place to get stuff like oil and regular things. Parts are often not in stock though.

My husband and I stood in line waiting for actual service while the clerk was too busy chatting with someone about the old pony express. After a while he acknowledged us with a small nod but kept on talking, in no hurry to actually do his job. We waited patiently and then got tired of waiting and took our business elsewhere.

They actually have knowledgeable associates and they help you make a decision on what you need for your car, instead of pushing you to buy the most expensive part they have. Thanks again fellas

Want to express a HUGH thank you to Winchester, Tennessee O'Reilly employee Kevin. On June 10, myhusband and I had traveled over 10 hours, and our vehicle suffered a part failure and left us stranded at an exit on I24. We called the Winchester, Tn O'Reilly and Kevin answered, thank goodness. He was understanding of our situation and not only had the parts we needed, he found a way to get them to us. With the shape our country is in today we sure could use more people like this young man who are willing to go the extra mileand for a stranger at that. THANK YOU KEVIN & O'REILLY AUTO. PARTS.

I needed a new windshield wiper blade for my van. The man behind the counter looked up the correct size, scanned my rewards card and even went out in the cold rain and put it on for me without me even asking him to.
