My truck is named Rusty because I bought it up in Boston and it s got some rust issues, as you can see it s a real work horse up on Bell Buckle Ridge in Tennessee. Steve in the John Roberts Toyota service department is AWESOME, as are the mechanics. Did a great job this trip on replacing the hard brake lines and getting some deferred maintenance up to date. I highly recommend this professional team to anyone. Great job!!!

Showed up here on a whim looking for a 4 Runner for my family. Caleb was probably the most well knowledge and easy salesman to work with. Through nice friendly negotiation we were able to bring home a perfect car for our growing family. Would recommend buying a vehicle from Caleb anytime very personable and very accommodating to all of our needs.

Very easy process with ordering vehicle. Good communication. Jake our salesman was amazing and made the process very efficient. And our finance lady Harriette was so nice. Had 0 issues!!!

These are bad, unethical people. It's bad enough that I overpaid for my car, but after I signed they backed it up straight to the door and walked me to the car. When I got home I saw why. THEY WRECKED MY CAR. Must have backed it into something because the bumber had deep scratches that were not there before. If that wasn't bad enough, they gave it to me with a quarter tank of gas, bald tires, and cheap, squeaky brakes. I expected better from my sales person. I'm deeply disappointed. I knew they had a bad reputation in Manchester, but this was unbelievable. How they can be so unethical is beyond me. This is not an anonymous review, I have a verified purchase. Do not but a car here.UPDATEIn response to the dealership reply, yes I left the review later because I typically do not leave reviews. However, my resentment has grown. I also did not realize the tires were bald until I took it in for an oil change. I have already paid to replace the tires. The brakes are fine, just cheap and squeaky. When I called them back, they just argued with me, saying I was wrong, until THEY HUNG UP ON ME. I'm not sure what they were trying to accomplish - I'm not asking for anything. This was probably some sort of accident, but to call me back just to pick a fight? Absolutely ridiculous. I am honestly surprised and disappointed with the poor customer service in responce to this review. They said they I should have called them sooner, and maybe that is true, but I do not trust a company that will wreck my car while I am signing papers and then say nothing about it. I stand by what I said.

I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase at John Roberts Toyota. Sales representative Jordan was fantastic, keeping me updated on any changes regarding my truck delivery. He also clearly set up-front expectations. From arriving at the dealership to driving away in my new truck, the entire process only took 1.5 hours. For any future purchases and maintenance, I'll be returning to John Roberts Toyota. They have gained a lifelong customer.

Good service from Caleb. He was very nice, and welcoming. He made sure we found exactly what we have been looking for. He answered every question I had. One thing I loved about John Roberts is they have an awesome play room. It made the process so much easier with a toddler. Caleb even did our paper work in the play room. It was very convenient. I would recommend him,and this dealership to everyone.

Exceptional experience at this dealership! The staff were professional and accommodating, working collaboratively to ensure a deal that left everyone satisfied. Driving 63 miles was well worth it to find the truck I desired, accompanied by a wonderful team. Highly recommend!

Saw the vehicle online and expressed interest. Jacob emailed and called the next morning to discuss it. My wife and I drove 1 hour to see the vehicle and ended up purchasing it. Everyone we worked with and met were extremely nice.

Steve did a great job from the service department they had my truck done in one day. They did a great job on getting the rotors turned and the recalls on the truck done for me to be able to use my truck In Nashville the next day. Thank you John Roberts Toyota.

I would highly recommend if you are even thinking about looking for a car go talk to Jordan! Not one time was I pressured into buying a car that I didn t want or wasn t interested in. Jordan, was so helpful, amazing, and patient. When it came to the buying process Dan was the guy! Dan, was on top of explaining everything to me and answering all the many questions I had to ask. I would not go anywhere else to buy a car! Hands down they are the best and the easiest when it comes to buying a car!

STEVE CLINE IS THE BEST! He always goes out of his way to correct any issue I have with my car. His extensive experience with John Roberts Toyota service department shows in his excellent customer service and his willingness to listen to concerns. Amazing dealership!I went in and was greeted by Ben who guided me in the direction I wanted as far as my budget. A very helpful car salesman. Ben was especially helpful when it came to all the bell and whistles of my new vehicle. I'm not use to all the new features,. My other car was plain. I had a great experience all the way to paper signing with Dan.I would highly recommend.

Ben Blessing was fantastic! He listened to what we wanted in a car and found an even better one on another dealers lot. He really made the whole experience enjoyable.Dan also did a great job signing all the paperwork, the part I usually dislike. Everyone we worked with was kind and there was none of the typical high pressure nonsense you would typically encounter, which made me want to do business with them.We love our new RAV4 Hybrid and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Caleb is the best salesman ever ! He is extremely knowledgeable, kind and honest. I love the fact that they care about you and your not just another number and they willing to work with you and answer all your questions to make sure you satisfied . I highly recommend to anyone who is wanting to buy a car to look nowhere else and get to this dealership asap. They are the best in TN .

Scored a 2024 Toyota Corolla from John Roberts Toyota in Manchester TN. It was my very first brand new vehicle! Caleb was very helpful, patient and completely understanding with me and about the vehicle that I had any questions for. He was very knowledgeable and honestly, when I go to buy another vehicle, I will definitely be asking for Caleb again. I Had a great time and the best of experiences.

My experience with John Roberts Toyota, Jerrick (sales) and Harriette (finance), was the best car buying experience ever. Jerrick communicated regularly about vehicle delivery, was efficient, and so friendly. He guided me through the purchase with ease and then sent me along to Harriette who was equally friendly, efficient and gave me guidance on how to purchase additional warranties if desired - no high pressure warranty pushing at all. I will be back for service and will guide all of my family and friends to Jerrick at John Roberts for the most wonderful, friendly, and customer focused experience! Thanks so much!

I recently purchased a Toyota Grand Highlander from Caleb at John Roberts Toyota. The entire experience was fantastic! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from them. My salesperson, Caleb, was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. Caleb was really awesome. He made the process of getting my new Tundra seamless. It s been a while since I ve had a brand new ride. He took the time to go over all the features with me and has checked in with me since the purchase to make sure there wasn t anything else I needed or needed help with. 5 stars all around. JRT is where I ll bring my daughter to buy her car one day.

Bought a 2015 buick encore from here, and it was quick and easy. They had it all ready for me. They were all really nice and treated me with respect. I love the car and I would recommend them to anyone who wants to get a car. Tax season is coming up.. John Roberts Toyota is the place to go with your tax money if you're needing a car..just to add Caleb was the salesman and he answered every question I had.

Easy to schedule service. Every employee was patient, helpful, and flexible. My experience was excellent. I do wish there were later appointment times for those who struggle to get off work early, but they were willing to wait for me to get there. Definitely recommend.
