Joe Hudson did a great job on my repair. Even with the impact of the automotive strike I know they worked tirelessly and got my repairs done in the most timely manner. Thank you and I would highly recommend.

They did an excellent job. Highly recommend. The only suggestion is to change the air freshener you use. Made for an unpleasant drive home.

Was behind, took forever, no communication hardly. I had to call constantly. They tore the interior of my truck up , broke a door handle, tore up back door panel, didn't put back noise barrier in my door behind the panel, seal was not put in right, & scratched my tint. Went back ,& showed them,& was told they would replace what they tore up, in one day ,& get parts ordered. That was April, it is now August. Have not heard from them since. Poor quality work in my case, no communication in my case, & what they said would be a 3 day ordeal took nearly a month! This used to be my go to place, but do not think I will return. High prices, & don't do what they say they'll do. Have photos included if anyone wants to see. Forgot to mention the black overspray in my vehicle all over windows as well. I took my personal vehicle in to them because my insurance recommended them. They are short staffed. I waited almost a month after agreeing to use them before they could get me in to drop it off. After waiting that long, the parts were not ordered till I dropped it off. This led to them not starting till the next week. (due to parts not being available).The 2 ladies at the front desk were very kind and understanding.I wish

Very professional. We got text when to drop off our vehicle and regular updates about the progress. Then got updates to let us know a scheduled completion date. We were very pleased and satisfied. We would definitely recommend.

I hit a deer with my 2020 Toyota 4Runner, luckily the damage was very minor and limited to the passenger front bumper but of course it still had to be replaced since it is plastic. The local Toyota dealership recommended them to me so I called and spoke with Stephanie who is an absolute sweetheart! She made an appointment for me to come in to have the damage evaluated and get an estimate for my insurance company but did explain right up front that they were backed up and it would be about 3 months before I could actually get the repairs done. Since they came so highly recommended I decided to go ahead and make the appointments and get on the schedule. I also wanted my back bumper repaired where someone had scratched it probably with a shopping cart in a parking lot. I saw the adjuster and he was awesome! He went over my vehicle, explained everything that would need to be done and gave me the written estimates for both items. I was actually surprised at how low they were! I expected twice that amount due to the type of vehicle I own.I finally dropped it off last week and they gave me a timeframe of about a week due to painting and drying time.The mechanic Wes called to give me a status report and to make sure he was doing everything I wanted done. (I left a note on my seat asking if they could repair a new scratch on a door handle). He went over several options and we decided he would paint and buff it out. When I asked how much the cost was for him to do that work, he said nothing!! He already had my color mixed up and it wouldn t really take that much time for him to do it so he wasn t going to charge me.I don t know any body shop that does work for free.I emailed her Friday to see if I was going to be able to get it early this week since I ve decided to trade it in on a larger SUV and I needed to have it detailed before I took it to a car lot. She emailed immediately saying that they were going to detail it for me before I picked it up!REALLY?? What shop details your vehicle before they give it back to you??? How awesome is that!!! Again, no charge for that service either! Normally I have to pay $90 for it to be done!Today is Monday and I emailed her again to check on the timeframe since I found a vehicle and although it hadn t been to the detailer yet, she offered to take pictures for me and email them if that would help with getting a value from the car lot. I told her I would wait since it was getting ready to go in and she kept me updated on the detailers progress so I could be there when it was finished.I cannot say enough good things about the service,the friendly staff and the beautiful job they did on my vehicle. I have found the only place I will ever take a vehicle to or recommend from this day forward! They are just amazing and really care about their customers. Thank you so much!!PatiOh, the only thing that I didn t like was whatever spray they use when detailing. It kind of stinks. I wanted to like it but I just couldn t. I had to drive with the windows down all the way home. Please get something else.Service: Body & Trim

Brought my vehicle here for an insurance claim - was in rough shape. They did a fantastic job - great communication, follow-up, and service. My vehicle went from un-driveable to being like new. Would HIGHLY recommend Joe Hudson's to anyone needing service for their vehicle. Do not use. It took 3 weeks for these ladies to write up a joke of an estimate. I will be putting theirs up with others I get so you can see the difference. This place is a joke and a mechanic never looked at my car, she just took pictures and forgot to upload my estimate and just sent some garbage through when she was asked what was taking so long. Literally go anywhere but here

My car was involved in an accident and my insurance company sent me to them. Hands down the best company to repair your car! You couldn t even tell that my car had been damaged. I was so very impressed with the folks at Joe Hudson Collision Center. The ease of getting an estimate, getting parts ordered, keeping me advised and updated for repair schedule was totally professional! Even though they had to reschedule twice, due to problems with getting parts from the manufacturer, it was not their fault. They completed the repair as soon as they got the parts, and kept me advised of each step they were in with the repairs. Very refreshing to be treated as a partner in completing the job. I was very impressed as soon as I walked in the door with the friendly staff. They were very good at keeping me up to date as my car was being repaired. When I picked my car up I was extremely impressed on how well of a job they did. 10/10 would recommend Joe Hudson s Collision Center in Manchester, TN any day! This company went above and beyond my expectations. USAA recommended them for an auto claim I made. They were timely, kept me in the loop, detailed (and I mean detailed, restored my headlights), and did excellent work. Would recommend again and again. I will return for any other work I need done.

Actual Customer Here... My Experience Was So Much Better Than I imagined, all members of their team gave excellent service! From scheduling, communication, setting up the rental & MORE! My vehicle looked amazing when they were done! Definitely went above and beyond every expectation! Super Friendly and they changed a bad experience into a good one! Thank You EveryOne At Joe Hudson!

They were very professional and nice. Ginger helped with any questions that I had. The text updates were awesome. Ginger even left me a message update sometimes. My vehicle was repaired quickly and looks great. They even detailed it for me. That was a wonderful surprise. Highly recommend.

The Frustrating:It took almost 3 months to get my vehicle back. To be 100% fair, it took about a month to get the responsible parties insurance to approve payment. I had to call for updates myself and was never told about their website where I could of been checking to see a real time repair status.The Pleasant:The staff there were very friendly. My vehicle was detailed diligently. It appeared to have even been waxed, which made it look better than it did when I bought it. All repairs were made as described and I've so far, 1 month post repair, had zero issues with it.

My daughter had rear ended someone. My insurance company recommended Joe Hudson Collision Center. I didn t know anything about them. I am glad they told me about them. They were very professional from beginning to end. They kept me updated throughout the whole process. I was notified when it moved through to the next step. They had my car finished when they had said it would be ready. My car looks great! You can t tell that it was in an accident. I would have no hesitation to take my vehicles to them for any repairs.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

I got in an accident late February. I was recommended to Joe Hudson s from John Roberts Nissan. My Armada got towed to Joe Hudson s not long after. (Fender had to be replaced as well as some suspension work from the accident) Any concerns I had they took care of. Friendly staff. Got my vehicle back today in great condition! I recommend Joe Hudson s in Manchester, TN. They were very prompt & knowledgeable. Thank you Joe Hudson s !(Parts were delayed a little due to COVID , but that s everywhere, & still got done in a timely manner)

Professional group!From the initial estimate through picking up our ride, these folks were beyond what I expected. Every step was explained on a level I could understand. Updates on progress came through daily. There were a few things that had been damaged that were not seen until the grill was removed and they immediately called to explain what they had found and settled that with the insurance company so I wouldn t be bothered. Which I loved because I don t have a lot of free time to deal with things like that. I couldn t recommend them enough. If you have repair needs these folks are the real deal! We will forever be customers. Thank you Joe Hudson you should be proud of your team!

These guys are awesome!! I needed my van fixed after hitting a bobcat. Pat and his crew took care of me and my family through the whole process. I was able to pick up my rental at their business. They kept in contact with updates on my repairs which meant a great deal. Even when the van was fixed the outside AND inside were clean!!! My van looked like it rolled off the assembly line.I will refer all my friends and family to Midstate Collision. A true family business.

Everyone was so helpful and informative especially Brian. The repair on our van made it look brand new!! The color matched perfectly. I liked the text messages that kept us up to date on the status of the repair. They were very professional. I would highly recommend Joe Hudson's Collision Center in Manchester

These folks did an amazing job! Lisa in the front office and Brian the estimator were so personable, professional and friendly. Philip Bush and Brian followed my repair from start to finish and the whole crew did an amazing job. Though I hope I never need their services again, I would make Joe Hudson's my first stop for any major or minor repair work needed.

We took my car to Midstate Collision back in August of 2015 my car had several damges and dents due to a car accident and I'm very pleased with their work!! My car come back looking brand new and also they cleaned it inside and out for us! Great people to deal with and very trustworthy! I will definitely recommend them to anyone I come in contact with.
