They were an absolute godsend. We hit a pothole and something came loose, but they were able to fix it and we could get back home. On top of that, their employees and service were phenomenal. I would 100% recommend taking your cars here.

Absolutely amazing and honest people running this place! Took my bus here after having it at another shop that messed around for 2 weeks, and Wyatt had me fixed up and ready to go in a day! Great communication and direct business. This will definitely be my go to shop!

My Honda Ridgeline broke down on the interstate and based on reviews I had it towed to J&W. So glad I did! They had it repaired the same day they got it and for alot less than I expected! I'm local but my usual repair shop was too busy to even look at it so took a chance with these guys. They will be my go to place from now on. Highly recommend!

Appointments are made quickly. The receptionist are personable and on task. The technicians are smart and seasoned. They are down to earth and honest. They will talk to you personally about your vehicle. If they notice something not mentioned they talk to you about it. Without a doubt, the best experience I've ever had with a vehicle repair shop. It's not fancy but the best is what you get!

Provided service to this business for a little over a year. Owner, Wyatt Nettles, always busted my balls whenever there was an issue that never existed. Man just never understood the service he signed up for. ALWAYS busted my sack and pinched pennies on what was already a cheap service. Good riddance!!

I went in because I was having a really loud noise when I put my car in reverse. I was on a long road trip with 3 babies. Took the car to J&W to find it was only a bolt that had fallen off. He fixed it quick at a reasonable price. Everyone in the office was very nice and thank you cards were posted on the wall from other satisfied customers. I am a woman who knows nothing about cars. He could have easily been dishonest with me, but he was nothing but caring. He even showed me exactly what was wrong. I would recommend them any day! Thanks for taking care of us!!

Definitely use these guys! AAA service for sure! We were on our way to Ocala Florida and our truck was acting up so I pulled off and tried to see if I could figure out what was up. I had no idea what was happening. Being a gas engine guy myself I didn't want to mess stuff up. So I stopped into the parts store to get a fuel filter to see if that was the issue. The guy behind the counter didn't have a clue what I was describing and said there was a guy back up the street that might know. Went to the other guy and he said he didn't work on diesel trucks, but he knew the best diesel mechanics in town were over at J & W Auto Repair. Drove a little ways up the road and found the joint. I tell you it was an act of God, us breaking down in this small town. We met the friendliest, nicest, and most knowledgeable crew. We were pulling our 42 ft RV and we're trying to plan on how we were going to drop off the thing and get the truck back to J&W. John told us not to worry about it and had us pull up next to the shop so we could plug in and hook up water!!! He said we could stay there as long as it took them to fix the truck! We felt so blessed not having to deal with the extra stress of finding an RV spot in the mix of it all. 2 days later they finally got the parts in and us back on the road. They found the cause and gave great info on how to resolve my issues and questions! Thank all Y'all for everything! And a special thank you to Lunchbox for all the hard work and great information on how to beef up the Cummins!!!

Called asking for an idea of what it would cost for wheel bearings to be replace. John was professional and called me back with answers. I arranged for my car to be repaired. The staff and mechanic were fantastic. Prices were very reasonable too. Definitely my mechanic for any future work I need done.

So yesterday early AM (around 4) our brakeline got a cut and we had no brakes. We were traveling from Indiana to Florida. Lucky for us we found J&W Repair. They are some of the nicest folk you would ever want to meet. They were able to locate the part, have it delivered and repaired our brakeline. Wyatt the owner went above and beyond letting us use a car to go take our 9 year old daughter for some breakfast. I cannot Express how appreciative we are for your kindness and excellent work. Thank you Jon for doing such a wonderful job and insuring we were good to go. You all are the best. We will remember you always. Best car repair shop around Manchester.......I would say YES!!!!

Our truck broke down on the highway. I saw the high review rating and they were the closest, so we had our truck towed. The guys were fantastic! So glad we found them. They got us up and running again! Very grateful for them!

Whether it's our company vehicles or my own personal vehicle, J&W always takes care of us! John is very helpful and informative, and I would definitely recommend them to anybody. Best mechanic in Coffee County!

Broke down on the interstate, searched the closest auto repair place and J & W popped up and so glad it did they had a wrecker service he reccommreco come out whom were great and friendly. And had my Yukon fixed in no time we were going on vacation and asked if I could pick it up on the way home and pay him and he accommodate that. First class auto repair and price. Thank you for putting my family at ease at that time in our vacation Highly reccomenr these folks..Thank You!

I had broken down in the middle of the night, 9 days before Christmas, 6 hours from home on interstate 24. I limped it to this repair shop. At 7:45 in the morning, before opening time, Wyatt had his mechanic looking at my car. A spark plug had broken off and one of my cylinders wasn't firing. A kid, hours from home, stuck in the middle of no where it would of been easy for the owner to be dishonest. He could of said more was wrong and it could of been a costly repair (100's of dollars). He fixed my car for cheap and was extremely nice. You can go here and trust that you won't be taken advantage of. Thanks for helping me make it home for Christmas! Wyatt and his crew are the best!

We took our 2003 Toyota Avalon in recently to J&W Repair in Manchester, TN to have both front turn signal lights to be replaced and to have the rear sound speaker replaced.Later in the morning they called to tell us that the only place they could get a rear speaker was from Toyota and they advised us that the replacement cost was several hundred dollars. We chose not to replace the speaker. We really appreciated J&W chasing the cost down and letting us know before going ahead with the replacement.The replacement of the turn signals went well and was done quickly.Earlier this month I dropped by J&W Repair to ask what they thought about using Flex Fuel in our 2014 Chevrolet Impala and they gave me some very good advice at no charge.From now on we plan to have J&W Repair do all of our regular servicingand repairs on both of our vehicles.Gilbert

I recently brought my 09 Frontier to J & W with concerns about it's reduced gas mileage. After checking it they concluded it was simply poor gas quality. There was no charge. Great people.Roy from Hillsboro.

It is easy to see why J&W Repair has been voted Manchester's Finest Mechanic for two years running. Coming off the Interstate today and had a little turbulence under the hood due to a wiring issue... had us fixed in less than an hour and a half for less than $45.00 for the fix. Advised us that our brakes that we thought were fine were also about to go out and to get them fixed asap! Good advice, thanks J&W!

My truck was running poorly after traveling to North Carolina during the rain storms of 3 Oct. I took my truck in and requested a diagnostic and oil change. J&W analyzed that contaminated fuel had been put into the tank. They pumped out the contaminated fuel from the tank, flushed the lines, replaced the fuel filter and completed an oil change. Took the truck to New York and it ran like a champ; full power like it was new. Great service! Thanks

They fixed the main problem, but ignored a few things like my heat shield and fan shroud. I leave a truck that has no issues with boost, but now I have a boost leak. They replace the brackets to fix the fan shroud, but the boost leak is tripping codes. Evidentaly my truck developed a lead while at the shop. Im sad to post this because the staff are amazing and curious ND go above and beyond, but i got mybtruck back in a slightly worse state.

Highly ethical in their service. I can trust them to give me the straight diagnosis on my vehicles and their repair costs have been reasonable. After their repairs I have never had to go back to have additional work done on the initial problem I took it in. I trust them.

We were traveling from Nashville to Atlanta when we started experiencing minor car trouble. We stopped in at J&W and were quickly back on the road. Their customer service, explanation, and repair was top notch!

These people was great. My grandfather was very sick (terminal cancer) and his truck broke down. They fixed it right up and charged a very fair price. Very happy with the service!

Each time I need a vehicle serviced, J&W is the place I go. Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly, and I feel that I can trust the repairmen. I have always had good experiences with this business, and I highly recommend J&W Repair.

Driving back from a mission trip with 15 teenagers and our 2003 15 passenger Dodge van died. Had it towed to J&W and then rented another van to continue home to indianapolis. Wyatt and his team did an awesome job of repairing the van (the ignition coli failed). Thank you Wyatt and the team at J&W.
