Brought a tire up to get plugged and got right in. Was in and out in about 15 minutes. Best part, HE DIDN'T EVEN CHARGE ME!!! Next time I need a tire plugged or mounted, I'll be bringing back to Freedom.

Did a lot of work on a friend's truck. He was very satisfied with their service. His truck is a GMC with 12" lift kit, 35" tires, and other extras.

Ran over a tire thread on a road trip which broke my exhaust system. Freedom was able to diagnose and fix immediately, getting is back on the road. Awesome service.

Excellent tire and wheel shop that puts the customer first. Quality over quantity here. They have state of the art hunter tire mounting and alignment rack. The ONLY place I bring my expensive wheels with low profile tires.

Camping with family at Old Stone Fort Park and had a tire go flat, put air in it but it was gushing out..went to Gateway in Manchester they basically ignored us told us we were on a waiting list and after talking to another customer there who had been waiting 2 hours already we decided to go to the next closest repair shop. SO GLAD WE DID!! These guys took us right in and got the repair started without hesitation.

Wonderful shop! We were a few hours into our 10 hour road trip when it flashed we had a low tire. Googled shops near us and found freedoms. They took our car back immediately and fixed the hole due to a screw, had us back on the road in under 20 minutes. Friendly staff and great services! 10/10Service: TiresService: Tires

The customer service I received from Brandon and the team at Freedom are unlike anywhere else! I've been treated right and as a single mama I appreciate the level of service they provided without overcharging me for every little thing. They really went above and beyond! I was road tripping through Tennessee at night and hit a large hazard which tore open my front bumper. I went to Freedom Automotive first thing the next morning. Joe patched up the car and got it back to me within 30 minutes, allowing me to complete the trip with almost no delay. Incredible service. If I lived near Manchester, Freedom Automotive would be getting all of my business. Highly recommend.Service: Body & Trim

This is princess I just wanted to give a special shout-out and thanks to all of the wonderful talented men at freedom automotive services this is a great place to take your vehicle I don't know what people was referring to with services being overpriced since today to make sure! I'm safe they did mine cComplementary! Go gentleman!This is an absolutely great place to take your vehicle! They have four wheelers ATVs all around the place there a real country southern gentleman spot! To make sure we are safe during travel!Please visit!Stay safe!

I have been coming here for years. These guys are the VERY BEST at what they do and have reasonable prices. They also have never tried to take advantage of me being a female who doesn't have much car knowledge. Brandon and Joe are both extremely knowledgeable. They always do an excellent job of explaining things to me in a way a non car savy person would understand, and are patient with all of my questions. I had a random flat tire this morning and I came straight to Freedom because I knew I'd be well taken care of like always. They got me in as soon as they opened and I was on my way in no time. These are genuinely good, down to earth, respectful people. Don't give coming here a second thought. You'll leave happy every time!

We have used Freedom several times and have always been pleased with their professionalism, honesty, and promptness. Each time they have drove our vehicles and made sure they were exactly right on what the issue was and after to make sure it was fixed properly.They get the job done with quality work and in a very timely manner. When we go in now, they know us and we usually get the same tech and he is wonderful! I lost the serpentine belt on the interstate in the middle of a 600 mile trip. They worked my car in and were finished in just over an hour. Fast, efficient, friendly, and helpful. I would definitely use this auto shop again.

My son was at Bonnaroo June 2022 and the car overheated. He took it to Freedom, they fixed it in one day and he was on the road again, back to Florida. Fast forward to today, the car overheated again and Brandon went above and beyond to resolve the situation from Tennessee, while we were in Florida. No charge for the parts and he followed up just to make sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommended Freedom for all your mechanical needs.

Couldn't recommend more. I was on my way to a funeral out of state when some significant problems with my car came up. I pulled into Freedom by a chance Google search. They immediately took it for a test drive and started calling to source some parts and get pricing. They were very transparent in pricing and timing from the start. They had my car repaired and on my way in a short time. I wish they were closer to my home as I'd use them as my regular mechanic without a doubt.

We were driving to Atlanta and blew a tire on our boat trailer. They had two of the size we needed. They replaced one and we bought the other as a spare. They also checked the tires and made sure everything was ok. Very nice and fast service.Service: TiresService: Tires

Took my truck in to have an alignment done. Waited a bit but i did come in right around lunch time on a Friday. Once my truck was in the shop and on the lift, they had it done with in 20 minutes. Great service and very clean and professional. If i need any repairs done that i can't do myself i will be taking it to them.

I am SO impressed with Freedom Automotive. I needed two new tires and they fixed me up with four new tires for the same price (including labor) I was quoted for two somewhere else! Everyone there is so friendly and willing to help with anything you need!! They also fit me in right then to change my tires and took less than an hour! I HIGHLY recommend this company! Great owner and awesome staff! Very professional!!

Had a mid & rear muffler delete on my 2016 Charger. They done a fantastic & timely job. Next project will be a cold-air intake & I WILL be taking it there. Fast & friendly service!!! Shout out to all the guys there!!

I went to Freedom Auto for an alignment. I'd definitely recommend this shop to anyone. Everyone was so kind. Prices were awesome!! & their work is even more awesome. My suv drove better than it ever has.

Thank you Joe and the crew at Freedom!! My wife and mother-in-law broke down on I-24. Everyone was friendly, reassuring and most importantly, honest. The repair estimate was fair, but the final bill was LESS! They got my family back on the road in a few hours. Even shuttling them from the hotel to the shop. They turned a tough situation into a pleasant experience. Please support this business! There are so few shops run by truly good people. Freedom is one of them.

I am traveling from Missouri to Florida to see family. While driving through Tennessee I was stuck in traffic for an hour. During this time my check engine light came on. Went to a shop recommend by O'Rileys. Had to get hotel that night as it was 7 pm. Went said shop at 7am. This shop said, " care is fine to drive to Florida." Also this shop could not get the part take & it would take 2 days to repair. I left that shop and went to Freedom. Joe got my part ordered within an hour that morning . Joe replaced my Catalytic converter and had me back on road by 1pm today 7/28. The service and price was great. I can not say enough nice things. I was upset and and trying not to cry. Joe and another guy ( sorry didn't get his name ) was extremely nice and explained everything. I would totally recommend these guys at this shop . Honest and extremely nice. Thank you so much guys. Car is running great ! If I could give them 10 stars I would. They so deserve it. If I lived in area this would be my machanic.
