These people are incredible! Very honest and trustworthy, which is rare these days with mechanics. Multiple times now they have taken great care of me on repairs. Very reasonable on prices. I will absolutely go back to them everytime because of their wonderful customer service. Thanks so much!

I have used this shop since 2007, and never had any complaints until now.Today my husband called to set up an appointment because my car is leaking oil and was denied. The employee on the phone said "Oh that's nothing just let it leak, Volkswagens are just gonna leak oil" This is an incredibly unprofessional response and I'm very disappointed. I will never do business here again.

Called to see if they were capable of BMW repairs, other than just replacing parts. Man answering the phone was dismissive and made it seem like talking to their BMW Tech was an impossible feat, and did not seem very interested in our business. The offer for repair was "Call back in a month, we are booked out". When dealing with a repair that could run as high as $7,000, a quick talk with the tech should be a given. We took our car to German Motor Works in Nashville. Brent and his staff are absolute professionals and had the car in and out in about 2 days and were willing to answer all of my questions. Clower Automotive did not get our business nor will they get any in the future.

My friend s car needed immediate attention so I called Clower Auto and got an appointment. They quickly diagnosed the issues and replaced a Crankcase Sensor, Exhaust Pipe, Changed the Oil and replaced the Power Steering Pump. You d think my friend won the lottery - they were so happy with the service they received. I personally enjoyed our conversation in the front office. These are good people doing good work in our community! I definitely recommend Clower Automotive.

I haven't added any reviews before, But I felt in this place that I'm home. Ron and Cyndi, they are both great and kind, they made my car like a new one. My advice for everyone is if you are using I24 and you want to check your car stop here even if you don't have any problem they will be honest with you. Thank you so much

Ron, Cyndi, Travis and Jay are the best! My husband and I took our vehicles to them since 1990s and were satisfied. When my husband passed away we had our Subaru in their shop. They were awesome and became like family to me. I have been able to trust them to check out several used vehicles I needed to purchase for my kids as they began driving. They do a through check and repair any issues whenever I bring each of our vehicles in for maintenance. The peace and confidence they have given me to provide safe dependable transportation for my family is beyond any blessing I could hope for. I trust them and they have always gone above and beyond whenever one of our vehicles have needed service. Travis is very knowledgeable. I appreciate that he has always spoken to me with respect and has never been dismissive or talked down to me (as so many "car guys" tend still to do). I had a problem with my heating and air conditioning. Turned out to be a pretty big problem more than we anticipated Ron was not able to fix it but he did not charge me a penny either that is a great company and I highly recommend them for anythingService: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

Clowers told us the repairs had been done. Came to pick up the car, paid for the service. Before we drove off noticed the check engine light was still on. Asked them to check it. They told us they were sorry but for some reason the car actually never even had the work done! Never even changed the parts out. So left the car with them, I had to call the following week to see if they had finished the work. It was ready. When we tried to pick up the car they had lost our keys. Had no clue where they were. Asked if we had a spare set. Never offered any type of reimbursement for the ridiculous service we received. Will never take any vehicle back there!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Ron and Cyndi were amazing to work with. They were able to take my descriptions of what I was hearing and noticing and made great recommendations. Also they could have up-saled me on a few items and I wouldn't have been the wiser but instead said I only needed x instead of replacing all of my parts that I was accustom to hearing from other shops. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a full service mechanic shop in coffee county.

They did a good job fixing my starter and brought up my battery was not the right size for my car. I had them go ahead snd change it even though he told me it was a good battery and that may have solved a phantom issue Id been having. They are always honest and treat you like friends. Will definitely recommend them!!

It's hard to put into words how encouraging and refreshing it is to have these folks take care of my vehicles. But these words come to mind: polite, thorough, fair, honest, dependable, knowledgable, expert, generous, exceptional, outstanding, exemplary ... You get the idea. I'm so thankful there is still a mechanic repair shop with people that you can trust implicitly.

Travis is great, he talks to you like you're family. Trans went out of our van. We took it there and they not only replaced it but Travis also dealt with the warranty company to get paid instead of me having to spend all that time on the phone. I'll definitely use them again!

This place worked on my car and they got me in quickly and was done in a timely manner, the service I received was excellent. I will use this place again with the well service that I received from them, if you have any issues with your vehicle call them for service.

While traveling back home to Florida we had a bearing go out on our truck. They had us back on the road in 1 1/2. Very friendly and kind and as a auto repair owner ourselves they were very reasonably priced as they charged exactly what we charge for the hub and bearing work. Highly recommend Clower Automotive. I was recommended this shop for an alignment and had my truck delivered on a Monday around lunchtime. Wednesday morning came and it hadn't been completedor even started on. I walked in and said I wanted my truck and without checking any identification, the guy gave me my keys which I didn't like. So I drove it to another local shop and it took them around a hour and a half to complete.

I am new to the area and did not know anybody to get recommendations from when my car needed a repair. I went to Clower's because it was very close to my house. I am so thankful I did. These guys are honest and will shoot you straight. They saved me hundreds of dollars on the repair, which is rare for a shop. They fixed my problem, shot me straight, and saved me money. These guys have earned a loyal customer's trust by simply being honest. I will go here with any problem I have in the future. Thanks Clower's!

Very honest people and good at what they do. I took my car in to have it checked out before driving across the country, and instead of taking advantage of the situation and "finding" things that were wrong they were honest with me. They found and fixed a small oil leak on the cheap. Needless to say my car made the trip.

Ron and Cyndi Clower are more than just owners of an automobile service center: they're vital members of the community. We have been taking our vehicles to Clower for nearly 10 years, and I don't even want to think about taking them anywhere else. We're not just customers there... we're treated like members of the family. Honest, efficient and trustworthy. Those are rare traits in an auto mechanic these days... that's why I trust our vehicles to Clower without reservation.

Great service! Had an emergency - my driver side wiper stopped working on a way to Florida in heavy rain, they fixed it in just 20 minutes. Very friendly place!
