Hello ,My name is Ed Lillard . I own a KIA sorento and I had a dead battery so I went to the Autozone in Manchester on Hillsboro to purchase a new one. A young man named Andrew was exceedingly helpful. I am 63 y.o. and I had surgery on my back a few weeks ago. I could not have installed that battery myself. After he got off from work, Andrew came to our house and , in the pouring down rain, installed the battery for us.I would say that Andrew is an exceptional young man. Would to God there were more people like him in this world.

Didn't have parts labeled correctly and lots of stock items as like advanced auto parts did not have inventory between other town autozones .their inventory needs to be restocked.Particular part I needed was labeled as another part name and as well listed as a general purpose item which is not acceptable nor trustworthy to get back with to find it similar but not uses le

During our family vacation, we were driving home and had some car issues. Thankfully my husband is car savvy and was able to identify the issue. We Google searched the nearest Autozone and this location popped up. I can t even begin to express my gratitude to the gentleman who assisted us. Not only was he extremely helpful and kind, but he even went above and beyond with my 7 year old daughter. He printed out some fun pages for her to color while we waiting for my husband to fix the issue. Craig was so helpful and knowledgeable! The only issue I now have is this Autozone is TOO FAR AWAY from where I live otherwise this would be our go-to place for all of our automotive needs! Thanks again for great service! Truly exceptional, above and beyond!!!

Amazing! The store manager helped me and he was polite, knowledgeable and professional. I woke up this morning to leave for work and my car wouldn't start. My mom came over and helped me jump it. I brought my vehicle up to autozone and had him test the battery and sure enough it was about dead. He understood my finances and didn't try to up-sell me he laid it on me straight with knowledge to back it up. I needed a replacement. I believe he also understood I had very little knowledge on how to take a battery out of a Honda pilot so he made sure to come help me. He had it changed out and up and running very quick and didn't seem bothered to do it. I will always choose autozone and will highly recommend to a friend in need.

Awesome experience at this location. Service members were extremely helpful in getting us back on the road after our alternator went out when traveling home from vacation. They truly went beyond what was expected not only using their knowledge but personal connections to help me find a technician.

Wonderful store! They checked my battery, helped me pick out the right one replacement, and installed it. The whole thing took less than a half an hour and everyone was super nice and friendly.

GREAT JUST DIDN'T HAVE WHAT I WANTED. BUT VERY PROFESSIONAL.WELL WENT TO AUTO ZONE IN MANCHESTER TENNESSEE AGAIN TODAY I EVERYTHING WAS GOOD ACTUALLY HAD THE TOOL I NEEDED. BUT THE ATTENDANT WASN'T HELPFUL AT ALL HE COULDN'T LOOK THE TOOL UP FOR ME TO MAKE SURE I GOT THE RIGHT ONE. I BELIEVE HE JUST DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO LOOK IT UP.

Awesome experience with the Manchester store! After trying to do a warranty swap in Tullahoma with Elaine and being told that It looks like you bought it in 2014 and returned it for a refund in 2017, so I can t do a warranty swap on it when it was clearly swapped out ( who gives a refund on a 3 year old part!?) I called the Manchester store and my warranty was immediately found and swapped. Derrik and Rhonda were great! From now on I will take all my business to the Manchester store. Jarred and Dewayne are awesome in Tullahoma, but Elaine has made it to where I won t go there anymore even though it is only one mile from my house!

I had an issue with my truck back seat this morning and Craig figured it out and got the seat back down. Craig also helped me with the tire psi, one of my blinker lights and the headlights. The wisest generations turning out I don't think we need automated restaurants I think we need Self-Service auto parts stores when we could look up our own parts in order them ourselves to some of these kids that are working have no clue what anything is how do they even get a job working for an auto parts store puzzles me..

Like any parts store it depends on who you talk to as to how your experience will be there, however this particular location has some of the most knowledgeable people I've ever met by far. This is my go-to place for parts and should be yours as well. Huge shout out to Bruce, cliff, and barb for making this location as amazing as it is! You guys are awesome!

Manchester TN Auto Zone is amazing! Craig went out of his way to assist me in replacing seat covers in my elderly fathers truck. I had problems removing the headrest to slip them on and he worked diligently to get them on correctly!! Thank you so much for all of your help Craig, you helped me make Father s Day perfect!!

The entire staff has been very helpful throughout the years, which is very helpful for a DIY, budget minded kinda guy such as I. I love their loan-a-tool program, where you can "check out" (like a library, but with a deposit) a vast number of dedicated, specific tools for a job, for a period of time, and get your deposit in full back upon return! I have also enjoyed a lot of free $20 coupons with their rewards program! The Manchester store is on their way to being honored with my "Tipster Todd's 5 Star Favs!" award. Keep up the great work guys and gals!

Very friendly and helpful staff. I had my alternator tested and unfortunately it failed, but, even though I was obviously going to need a new one, I was never pressed to purchase one from there. It was a pleasant customer service experience for me.

I was traveling back home to chicago when my car alternator went bad. I was blessed to break down in front of this AutoZone in Manchester. Mr. Wayne was very helpful they sold me the correct parts that was needed. And gave my car a jump start to send me on my way home

Went there to get a toggle switch two guys are standing at the counter as soon as I walked in and they walked behind I think going into the officer behind racks and talking to each other seems like there's three of them back they're none of them offered to help me. I seen about a 56 year-old man that was actually kind of immature in doing work as I grabbed my purchase and went to the counter and stood there for about 15 minutes the older gentleman came and helped me while the other young kids step Decker and just chitchat the whole time will not go back

This was Best autozone. I had a flat over the weekend in Tennessee and Craig helped me and my girlfriend call around to who can help us replace our tires because it was a sunday. Awesome place! when i need any supplies, I will come back to this autozone if i m close.

I usually like AutoZone but this one was a disappointment. Only 3 people working & only one of those was helping customers. After some time & a growing line of 5+ people, a second person finally came to help. If they were any slower, they would've been closed!

Friendly service, knowledgeable people. Had a problem with my car and they helped me narrow it down to a few things to check for first before I spent a bunch of money that I didn't need to, also they hold up to their warranties . They are more than willing to help as much as they can. Seems all of the associates have a background in automotive and know what they are talking about, it's NOT just a body behind a counter selling you parts or guessing what it could be.

Store manager ripped me off for my $75 alternator refund? People are thieves!! Go elsewhere.I'm mailing written complaint to autozone corporate and BBC TN!Inexcusable! Store manager and staff should be terminated

Made 3 trips for simple parts & return to get the parts corrected that were in NEW boxes.They never tried to fix the problem or apologize!!!! So ended up having to get refund & going somewhere else. They need to learn the CUSTOMER SHOULD be treated with respect not like they're ignorant just for a sale that could ruin your vehicle. So you need to know mechanics if you go there
